I recently took my car to Auto Scope European Car Care, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the service was. From the moment I called for a quote, David, who assisted me, was incredible. He provided excellent communication every step of the way, from the initial phone call to the in-person drop-off. The service was top-notch! Not only did they take great care of my car, but they also washed it and returned it in pristine condition. They even offered complimentary transportation to and from my home, which was such a thoughtful touch. The driver was professional, friendly, and kept me entertained with great conversation during the rides. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Auto Scope to anyone in need of high-quality car care. I loved how my liason was a girl around my age (I'm in my 30s) who was able to explain to me the issues with my vehicle in a non patronizing, yet simplified, way to where I understood what needed to be fixed and why. I didn't even have to call my husband to mansplain everything 🤣 P.S. the ONLY reason behind me not hiring this shop to do my repairs is pricing. I'm a business owner, and it's feast or famine in my household. We are experiencing a famine as of late..

I recently visited Autoscope European Car Care to get a second opinion on my car’s brakes after the brake light came on. Initially, I took my car to Brakes Plus, where they insisted that the brakes needed immediate attention. Seeking a second opinion, I brought my car to Autoscope. The team at Autoscope thoroughly inspected my car and informed me that I still had 1.5 to 2 years of life left on my brake pads. They also identified that the brake light issue was related to the ABS system, not the brake pads. Additionally, they discovered a bad motor mount, which I decided to have them fix. After the repair, I noticed that the power steering wasn’t functioning correctly. I brought my car back to Autoscope, and they resolved the issue free of charge. To my pleasant surprise, they also filled up my gas tank, washed, and vacuumed my car. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service at Autoscope. The staff is incredibly friendly and even offered me a ride to my office after I dropped off my car. Their honesty, thoroughness, and customer service are truly commendable. I highly recommend Autoscope European Car Care for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car service.

After a detailed assessment of the vehicle, an email of the vehicle inspection with findings, images and summary is sent for review. Easy to understand. They even recommended fixing something I forgot to mention a vehicle drop off. Great diagnosticians. Staff was very helpful. Provided follow up communication.

By far one of the most trustworthy auto shops! Kevin, one of the technicians is super straight forward and works to excellency! Kevin consistently demonstrates efficiency and attentiveness to deliver the best customer satisfaction. I most definitely recommend this shop (and their very hard working technicians) to those who need any maintenance on any European car!

I highly recommend this Repair Shop. Nicole went out of her way to get me everything I asked for and more. I have an older Mercedes Car that completely stopped running. They were able to give me a quote that beat out any other shop in Dallas. They also found some other issues I was not aware of and were kind enough to include all the repairs needed. This is now my go to shop and the place I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Nicole , Iris, Service Manager. You Guys Are Amazing!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the best service/repair shop I've ever dealt with. They were on time, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They take pictures to document issues and check with you on how you would like to proceed then wash and vacuum your car before returning it to you. I highly recommend Auto Scope for anything your vehicle needs.
