My husband & I had made a 12 hour drive from Waxahachie, Texas to Colorado Springs on Sept. 19th. As we enter the mountains our truck became sluggish & check engine light came on. We ended up at the Autosmith to see what was going on. The mechanic drove it checked out, needed plugs and wires. They ordered the parts our truck was repaired and we were on our ways in 3 hours. The owner and employees are the best. If you find yourself needed vehicle repair in Colorado Springs look them up!!!

This place really fell off. I've been bringing my car here for years. They used to be super reliable, fast, and explanatory, but my most recent experience was anything but. I ended up bringing my car in for a total of 4 times for the same exact issues, and each time I brought it back there was something different that was wrong, or something was done incorrectly last time that apparently none of the mechanics could explain. Barely even a week after I brought it in for the last time, my breaks are already squeaking again. Super disappointed that I've paid close to 2k for them to not even fix or diagnose anything properly. I still cannot drive on the highway because the original issues I brought it in for, and paid for, are not fixed. Trying to talk to Rick is super discouraging. He brushed me off every time I was asking questions with "we've just been super busy." I can understand that, but why have me bring in my car so it can sit in your lot for days if you're not even going to touch it? I'm unsure if Thomas still works there, but I never had any issues here when he was around.

Tore up my steering column like they were using a flat head screw driver to pry it off. I would leave zero stars if I could. They also didn't put on the clock spring on my steering wheel correctly. These guys working here are clowns. Don't waste your money or you will regret it.

Great shop! It’s so hard to find a good shop with good mechanics these days. I’ve worked on cars since I was 9 and I know my way around drivetrains and suspensions very well. We were loaded with 4 kids on the way up to woodland park. The rear wheel bearing was in the process of exploding on our Infiniti QX56(Nissan Armada). I pulled in here around 3:30PM on a Tuesday. They had the issue diagnosed and fixed by 5:05PM. UNHEARD OF. Thanks for making a super stressful start to our vacation as stress-free as possible!

Thomas has been really amazing. My car started having issues after a recall Ford refused to even look at. Instead of jumping to an expensive repair, he gave me a cheaper option. We're waiting to see if that works and if it doesn't, I know I can go back to him and he'll make it right. I appreciate him walking me through the whole process and not jumping immediately to a transmission replacement if I don't need it!

Brought my old Mazda 3 in for suspension work and some leaky valves . Thomas was very informative and helpful. Repair work ain’t cheap these days, so it was nice to feel like my car was in good hands. Would recommend for sure. Thanks for bringing my car back to life!

Thomas was great. Met the owner LT. Great duo. I had a problem with my car that I spent over 1,000.00 on at another shop and it wasn't fixed. I took it in to get a secong opinion terrified they would charge me another 1000.00. Thomas called me a few hours after I dropped it off and told me it was fixed. They fixed it while diagnosing it. It happened to be a loose ground wire they said. I only had to pay the original diagnostic fee i had agreed on when i left it. They could have over charged me and I would have never known. That is amazing. My new shop for life. You can't put a price on a shop you can 100% trust. My entire family will be coming here. My car is running great now. Thank you Thomas and L.T. you have my trust and business for life. Wish I could give 10✨️✨️✨️

Thomas provided excellent service; however, the technician who inspected my car did not resolve the shift performance unavailable problem. Initially, he attributed it to the battery, then indirectly linked it to the radio. Subsequently, I sought assistance from another mechanic, and the issue was successfully resolved. It was the camshaft position sensor. The other mechanic said there was no point on replacing the radio. I would not recommend this shop to no one.

Brought our 2013 Toyota Sienna to Autosmith this week for annual inspection. Was able to meet the new owner, Lawrence, and the service writer, Thomas. They recommend only what truly needs to be repaired. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Excellent service for the right price. That's the takeaway of my review here. The details though are just as important though. Thomas ensured constant communications each step of the way as the safety checks and diagnosis went on. Made sure I understood what the various issues were, how they were to be fixed, and pricing, each step of the way. All the things that earn your trust as a mechanic.

Had some vibration in the brakes and trouble with my four-wheel-drive. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. Very knowledgeable on the factory recommend repairs. Easy process to get a loaner car to get me to work.

I recently had my vehicle into the shop for an oil change. Later that day, I was called suggesting I should replace master/slave clutch cylinder and I agreed. I picked up car and 24 miles later the clutch was not working for me to get up driveway. Autosmith returned calls and texts on monday and car was back in shop. The car is now running like a champ. This is a great example how Autosmith deals with it’s customers with integrity, backs up their workmanship, and deserves to be trusted.

I was lucky enough to serve them at my table one night about 5 years ago. I've never felt comfortable with mechanics. But I've feel 100% comfortable with Autosmith since day one! Helpful, honest and friendly. I'm sad to be moving out of state!! I wish I could take them with me!

Support small business! After a run around from the dealer, we called Autosmith. They were a few days out on work but fit us in. They went above and beyond as our water pump was bad. Printed all of our warranty paperwork that GMC should have honored and replaced all belts, fluids etc. Honest, easy and reasonable rates.

Took my 2002 blazer in with a weird issue- the car would NOT go into park. Very few other shops in the area wanted to touch it just cause it was 20+ years old, and the ones who did were booked out for weeks and weeks. After being directed to Autosmith, Thomas helped me out personally. Although we couldn’t do it that day (I got in about an hour before close on Friday), we scheduled a time for first thing Monday morning. Thomas called me to let me know what was wrong and what our options were. I’m not a car guy, but he explained eveything in a way I could understand. He ordered the necessary part that needed replacement and completely fixed my issue. I’m very happy with the service Autosmith did for me, and how quickly they were able to get it done.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this auto shop! A few years back my husbands reverse lights would pop on when he would hit breaks and we took it to multiple shops. Then within 15 minutes of looking at it here they found the problem! Recently my car had to be brought it and I was told one thing by another shop, but once they looked it they informed me the other place had been wrong and fixed it that day for me, it was an all day fix! Also the front desk ladies are so kind! This is hands down the best shop in town and are so knowledgeable on Toyota’s and Honda’s, as I can say from them working on my husbands and my car!
