I came in complaining about a rattling and scraping sound under the hood and paid $500 for diagnostics. I was told that the oil was very low (likely true) and I paid an additional $3500+ in repairs and maintenance. Four days after I got my car back the engine mount failed and the engine fell while I was driving, crushing the axle below and costing me an additional $2000 in repairs. Thankfully I was driving slowly and not in traffic. They refused to acknowledge that they could have missed something and continued to blame the sound, which persisted after they returned the car but is now gone after the engine mount was replaced, on the low oil. I gave two stars because the work that they did was good and my car is running well. I will no longer be using their services, though.

These guys really helped me out today. I rolled in at 4pm with a blown tire and they were able to get me a new tire and get me door in under an hour. I really appreciated them working me into their schedule like that.

Pros: friendly customer service, thorough car inspection. Cons: very expensive I am aware that my car needs work but unfortunately I did not proceed with the repairs since the quote far exceeded what I believe I can find somewhere else.

The online booking was a breeze as was the whole process really. Great communication via texts; like with the actual people there, you could just ask them random stuff and get an actual answer. The inspector is meticulous, like seriously, he pointed out a bunch of stuff that I totally don’t care about, but at the same time there was no pressure for that stuff. The report even said nothing was needed. Regardless, it was nice to have a detailed report of everything.

Great service! I’ve brought my car here for everything from oil changes to tires replacement to new brakes, control arms, etc. The mechanics have always been helpful in walking me through everything and letting me decide what work I wanted to have done. They’ve gone above and beyond with offering Ubers and loaner vehicles. While the prices might be a little higher than other places, I trust the work they do. I also appreciate that they use carfax as well as maintain their own history of the car so you can get a detailed picture of what has been done.

I came in looking to get a safety inspection and quite a few repairs. Eric kept me informed and made quick work of a part replacement order that was needed. It could have been a lengthy wait/lead time, but their turnaround time was quick and efficient. (They got the work completed before the weekend) I will definitely be returning for future work as needed. I highly recommend. You will be in good hands and their customer service is very professional.

I contacted AutoStream for a radiator leak, my non functioning air conditioning and the parking brake. Eric and the team did a thorough inspection and presented the items that required repair in a beautiful “traffic light” system via their website. Eric wonderfully communicated high risk repairs that were needed to keep my truck running for years to come with my family’s safety in mind. Eric’s kindness and ethical standards were extremely appreciated and has made me a long term customer for my truck’s care. Just picked up my car from AutoStream. Have to say, from beginning to end the care I received was exceptional. I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give AutoStream a try. I have never been able to find an auto care center I was satisfied with. Years of going from one to the next with no satisfaction. I went online to make an appointment and Eric called me the same day to discuss appointment times. He was truly a gem. We made an appointment for the next day - oil change and inspection with diagnostic report. Dropping off the car was super easy and convenient. They even gave me a ride to the Hopkins Shuttle where I could hop on for free to get to work at Bayview. Saved a nice $30 Uber ride. Then, Eric stayed in touch with me all day about their findings on my car - quite a few things needed maintenance but I was never pressured into getting anything done immediately. I gave permission to do what had to be done. The diagnostic report was actually easy to read and understand even for a non-car person! Had pictures too! Picking up my car was easy and convenient with the state of the art key drop thing - very cool. Eric was fantastic and I let him know that he is now my "car guy". I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire change, and I found that there were a lot of little other repairs (and a few major ones, at that!) that needed to be made. The guys were honest and transparent about exactly what needed to be done and how urgent each repair would have been - they even provided clear pictures and detailed reports and recommendations. I ended up having to spend a bit more in repairs than I'd hoped, but seeing as my car is approaching 100,000 miles, it's not the end of the world, and it's worth it to squeeze another several years of life out of my beloved Subaru. Service was friendly, punctual, professional, and overall an excellent experience. The new tires are awesome, and my car feels like it hasn't in ages. Awesome work, folks!

Friendly and responsive staff. They send you a link with an evaluation of your car, ranking more pressing concerns and minor things for consideration. Includes photos and videos tutorials of specific items, which is helpful for the less mechanically inclined. Price competitive. Honest.

I brought my car to this establishment for a Maryland state inspection. I knew there would be issues with the car because of it being 15+ years old. However the gentleman at Autostream were very up front about the repairs needed and the prices. Communication was very easy and I never felt pressured. I was offered a rental car for free while they worked on my car. The best part was the total amount was much much less because some issues with my car were not as extensive as previously thought. I really appreciate their honesty. I would not have known the difference. Communication throughout the entire process was frequent, honest, professional, and kind. I will not take my car anywhere else after this experience. Thank you especially to Brett, Eric, and Dave. 🙏🏽😊
