A $162 (including tax) MD State Inspection was requested to qualify a car I was considering to purchase from a private owner ( not from a dealership.) After depositing the vehicle and returning to pay for it, Jeff states, "If you have a vehicle that you'd like inspected for $89 (without paying the State Inspection fee), we can do that for you. " I asked "Why didn't you say that before -- that's what I needed right now!" That would have let me know that I could trust that he would look out for me in future repairs. Life has many expenses, and I appreciate when a salesman considers helping a customer become a repeat customer.

I had an issue with my chevy cruze and took it in to be looked at. From the beginning, Jeff explained everything to me carefully and how the diagnostics process would be. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Once I got the diagnostics test done, it was sent via link and the link told me EVERYTHING I needed to know as well as he gave me a follow up phone call (while I was reading the link) immediately. He further explained everything in the link and gave me wonderful options. Also to mention, I didn't have to pay for the diagnostics test until I went to pick up my car. Customer service is top tier and you can tell that they are genuine and honest which is hard to find nowadays with car places. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I can’t recommend this place. Go to Certified Car Care instead—their inspection fee is $95, compared to $165 here, and they don’t charge a $50 reinspection fee. I was quoted $2,600 to fix the suspension, replace three burnt-out light bulbs, and repair a cracked tail light. When I asked for the suspension repair only, the quote was $1,800—meaning they wanted $800 to replace a tail light and a few light bulbs. Ridiculous. I got the tail light for $40 and the bulbs for $8. Save yourself the hassle and unnecessary expenses—there are much better options out there.

My experience here was great. I had no doubt that it would be, because I returned here based on my first visit. Stone was very knowledgeable & detailed when it came to discussing the recommendations for my vehicle. It helped with me making my decision to return for all my car needs. The folks at AutoStream - especially this one on Smith Ave - are great. You'll always get friendly, professional service there. Jeff especially is really nice, honest about what work he would recommend now versus what can wait, clearly knowledgeable about his work, and just chatting with him you know you and your car are in good hands.

Thought about this for a while, and decided to truthfully review even though I hate complaining and Jeff is very nice. However, EVERYONE I have spoken to about my starter replacement thinks that I was gouged by at least twice as much as I should have paid. "Vampire" was mentioned frequently. $1200 for consultation and replacement. If they hadn't been so close when I needed a tow. I would have declined. Save yourself the torture. Get pricing and compare.

Went to get an oil change, I have had this car for 11 years was told today by the service writer that mu car needs full synthetic oil which I have never used, so I decided not to have the service, the manager came out and asked why I told him his response was but the 'computer' says it requires full synthetic. below is the google search for what oil is required for MY YEAR car. A 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe takes 5W-20 or 5W-30 motor oil. The preferred oil is SAE 5W-20. The oil capacity is 4.9 quarts with a filter. Explanation You can use conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic oil in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Conventional oil is the most common type of oil used in vehicles. Synthetic oils are usually more durable and perform better in high and low temperatures than conventional oils. However, using the wrong type of oil can damage your engine It is clear they rely way to much on the computer program Had he entered the correct info he would have gotten THE CORRECT INFO and not try to upsell me!
