i brought my 2008 subaru tribeca here after a friend recommended them and i’m so glad i did. the service was top tier, friendly and informative and so enthusiastic about explaining things to me. as a queer woman, it feels so nice to have a safe mechanic to go to where i don’t feel belittled. brendan was a delight to speak with and learn from. i’ll keep coming here. ♥️

This shop has done nearly 100% of the work on my classic Bronco and any time there's been something off, it's addressed quickly and fully. I've had everything from my brakes and oil changed to replacing my engine and being able to trust those repairs, as a woman, is absolutely priceless. They explain everything clearly and concisely and are a pleasure to talk to even when I'm at my wits end. There is nowhere else in Oregon I trust my truck and my safety to.

I found Autotek at a booth during gay pride and am so glad I did! I was in the market for a reliable mechanic shop, and they exceeded all my expectations. Recently, I brought in my Prius after the engine blew, and Zack and Brendan went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly responsive, talked me through all my options, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I ultimately decided to get a new car, and they even offered to take a look at it to ensure it was running smoothly. The flexibility they showed with my drop-off and pick-up times made everything so convenient, especially since I had to do it after hours. Zack and Brendan kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention I received—Autotek has definitely earned my trust as my new go-to mechanic shop!

I have had only good experiences over eight years coming to Autotek, where they have been providing maintenance for my truck. As they've grown, changed staff and generally gotten better over time, Zach has always been fantastic to do business with. Their shop is comfortable and inclusive. The care my vehicle received was expertise-informed, and they're good to talk with. Every visit, from oil-changes to engine rebuilds, I've felt like my time was respected. Invoice estimates/communications were clear, fair, and accurate. Autotek Intl. is highly recommended.

They were super friendly and considerate. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I had a scratch in my car and they cleaned it up even though it wasn’t necessarily part of the oil change. Defiantly will go back.

This is the second time my I handed over my beloved Element to Autotek, the first time was when my AC went out a year ago and it has been blowing frostily every since. This time they fixed my power window. Great communication and apparently a favorite among Element owners as there were 3 other Elements in while mine was there!

Dealing with Autotek has been the BEST experience I have ever had with a car mechanic. The office was clean and organized. The garage was the same! I was kept in yhe loop and informed of my choices when repairing my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to ANYONE! THANK YOU AUTOTEK INTERNATIONAL!

Autotek rules. Have taken a couple vehicles here and they’re always friendly, flexible, and fair on price. They get the job done quickly and are happy to answer questions and give reasonable recommendations. Plus I bet your shop doesn’t have your pronouns on file 😁

I’ve been going here for over 4 years now and they’ve always been quick, reliable, and transparent! Zack, Brendan and any of the other staff I’ve interacted with are always very helpful and eager to explain the details of any of their work with me. They’ve done great work on my old VW golf and have helped me make more informed decisions in purchasing a new car. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience here! It’s taken me over a year to find a mechanic that is communicative, affordable, and kind. It’s disheartening to still find sexism and dishonesty in this industry but as soon as I dropped my car off with Brendan I felt a weight melt off of my shoulders. I can’t recommend him enough! Quick turnaround, amazing communication, flexible pickup, and they charged me around $800 less than another well-known auto shop. Will be singing Autotek’s praises to everyone I know :-)

I have taken my car here for the last 6 years and unfortunately times have changed. If you want the dealer experience where you are upsold things you don’t need at double the price this is your place. This time around was extremely different. I was told I needed new breaks/rotors and calipers with a quote of $1,000 dollars with another charge for the break fluid and the new 4% shop tax on top. I did in fact need new break pads but called around and was done for $375 without the need to replace the rotors as they were able to turn them. I understand different places have different charges, however the staff was very condescending. Unfortunately I will be taking my services elsewhere.

They did an amazing job on our car. Thorough, competitive pricing, and best of all - no bull . . . They listed services they would perform, were honest about the level of need, and let us choose what to do today. Will definitely be taking our cars back and recommending to anyone who will listen!!!

Wonderful first experience with this place! I’ve heard nothing but good things about them so decided to schedule a drop off. Brendan was a joy to work with. He was very available and communicative from the beginning and at every step. He took the time and had the patience to explain things to me so I understood what needed work and their recommendations. The process itself was very accessible and transparent, you get breakdowns for everything and approve right on your phone. Some of the jobs have videos to further explain what needs work as well. I felt the cost of the work was very fair. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be bringing my car back!

Incredible customer service from genuine folks who know their trade. Kind and trustworthy. They rise above expectations. No matter who I've spoken with, they explain without being condescending. I'll return as long as I'm in the area.
