Before I took my car here I had it in a repair shop for six months just throwing money down the drain on it thousands of dollars, and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Auto Tek got it fixed in a couple of days working fine so glad I decided to use these guys. I highly recommend their services. Friendly honest and quality work

This is the most honest mechanics shop around. I took my car in because I thought I needed brakes and they told me they were fine. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and wouldn’t go any place else.

edit: Did my back brakes myself about a week ago at a third of the cost with higher quality parts and actually cleaned around the wheel after working on it. I had to go back and take off the tires i got work done and wire brush them clean. Paying such a large fee you would think that they would make the wheel sparkle. They should either charge less or do higher quality. quoted $1200 to do 4 sets of brake pads and rotors on a honda civic 2012. To buy all the equipment and parts to do just my back brakes myself cost me $212. original post: The service feels okay and I didn’t have any issues post front brake pads and disc replacements. I wish there was a little more transparency on parts used, the receipt just said “brake pads” and “brake rotors.” I asked for what disc and pads were installed and just got the brand, which is eh because makes it harder to understand the breakdown of specifically parts cost. Total cost seemed about 10-15% more than other shops but I’ve also had issues with other shops after getting work done so it’s a trade off.

Brian and his team were fabulous. They did a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I ended up purchasing. They got me in quickly (next day) and identified an issue I had the dealership address right away. I would absolutely recommend AutoTek!

My husband and I started taking our cars to AutoTek over 23 years ago. We have never been disappointed with quality of repairs or service. Not only are the costs reasonable, the mechanics will fully explain repairs, answer all your questions and offer alternatives if feasible. I will continue to have my car serviced at AutoTek Since my husband died Auto Tek has handled all the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles with efficiency and professional service. They are keeping my vehicle running smoothly at very reasonable rates. I never have to worry about breakdowns or unnecessary repairs with this company.

AutoTek was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my wife’s vehicle. They made sure she was aware of any other issues and didn’t pressure her into anything unnecessary. I had a great experience with AutoTek. I could not get my car to drive after I came from the store. Called and the kind gentleman Brian helped me arrange a tow truck (who came in 10 minutes) got to the shop and they evaluated my car quickly. The manager brought out a few parts for show and tell to help me understand what was wrong. They fix it and I was very happy, especially with the excellent customer service. Auto Tek is my new Auto Shop home. Thank you!!
