While visiting Greenwood for Thanksgiving with family, I had a check engine light come on Thanksgiving night. The problem was I had to be in Tennessee the next afternoon. I came to Auto Tire Car care hoping they could help me. Wow, did they ever, the manager had a scan done immediately and found a hose disconnected. The technician re attached it, and it was fixed. I can't thank the crew and manager enough. They saved us a great deal of worry and it was done with a smile. GREAT place to take your car for first class service. THANK YOU

I originally chose this place because of its convenient location next to where I work, great and friendly service. I both purchased and had installed a set of winter tires on my vehicle. Dropped my car off in the morning, they graciously gave me a ride to work. When I picked it up in the afternoon it was snowing (perfect timing for testing out those tires!) and the gentleman at the front even cleaned the snow off my windshield. Would highly recommend

This is literally the best shop in Indiana. I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else. They treat you like family and are always on top of everything with my vehicles .

I can not say this enough This shop is absolutely the best. I'm a female that was married to a auto mechanic for many years. My husband would tell me many stories about upsaleing and more. He lost 2 jobs 1 was Andy Mohr in Plainfield for not upsaleing. I have a very hard time trusting shops. This shop always makes me feel safe. Doesn't try to sale me the most expensive product. Doesn't push me with Maintenance things my car should have done. I truly am thankful for these gentlemen taking care of my community. Keep up the good work Southport AutoTire! All people should feel heard and taken care of. Thank you!

I paid $160 for diagnostic testing when my check engine light came on only to be told nothing was wrong with my vehicle at all. The check engine light came on less than three months later. I took it to another place I frequent and they were able to quickly figure out what the problem was, didn’t charge me for diagnostics, and the part to fix it was only $70. I called Auto Tire back to express that I felt that I had paid $160 for nothing, and they told me that the place I took it to was wrong, that the $70 part wasn’t the problem, and that I potentially could need a whole new transmission. The car is a 2019 with 60,000 miles on it. I find it hard to believe I would need a new transmission at 60,000 miles.

Very professional and helpful, the staff is kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable about what they’re doing. The prices might be a bit higher than your run of the mill car center but it’s well worth the quality you receive. 100/10 highly recommend!

I walked in this morning and a older gentleman just stared at me slumped over his coffee. There were 2 other people in the waiting room and I did not hear anything going on in the shop at 7:30am. I had to initiate conversation and said, “I think the alignment of my Audi may need looked at after hitting a pothole.” He said sorry, “I’m booked out probably the next 2-3 days.” He never asked me if I would like to make an appointment or anything. I had the feeling, he may not service Audi’s but he never said so. I thanked him and walked out the door. His customer service skills need a little work. Needless to say. I will never go back to this shop again.

Called after driving through tar on the road and was taken care of by a kind gentleman who genuinely cared about me and my car and not upselling anything. I did not need new tires at this visit however I will absolutely come here in the future for tires and other services. Thank you again.

As finding a good car repair shop can be difficult, I have always bounced around whenever I needed repairs done that I could not do myself. Thankfully, I believe I will no longer need to do that. After receiving a recommendation to use Southport AutoTire for a repair I needed done earlier this year, I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed with the way I was treated, price, timeliness of repair, and the condition of the shop. The way luck would have it, another repair was just needed and I was interested to see if Southport AutoTire could duplicate their past performance. Once again, they delivered. I have high standards whenever I hire anyone for anything, just I would expect of anyone using my services. Southport AutoTire has earned my business as well as my recommendation to friends, family and google reviews. If you aren't using them for your auto needs then you should start....seriously. Fantastic job Southport AutoTire, keep up the good work!!

Had a fantastic experience. Got me in and out even though they were very busy this morning! Got a nail in my tire on my way to work. They made my day by getting me in and out so quickly!! Of to work I go
