The other week I was leaving the doctor's office and my tire pressure light came on. It was on 26, I knew something was wrong. I also knew I didn't know where I could go on the Southside to get a tire checked. I glanced at a shop and took a chance. I read it was a Mobile Tire Service, but still went in to confirm. The guy was so nice and he confirmed what I read, but asked what was the problem. I told him and he came checked out my tire, found the nail, plugged it and had me back rolling. I asked what was the damage and he responded a Google review! When you have encounters like this, I believe we should share. He didn't have to help and he certainly did not have to do it for free! He was a very polite gentleman and if you ever need mobile tire service amongst other things (check out the website) he services Bham and T-town. We were talking and realized we live in the same city and subdivisions were a street over from each other. Great business owner!! Go support!!

We had a blow out in the worst place on 459 just now. The service was impeccable and he came in the promised time. He was fast but quality wasn’t wavered. I hope to never have a blowout again but if I do, I want to be in their vicinity. Thank you!

I wanted to share about my fantastic experience with AUTOTREAD. I ordered tires for a newer high-end car from Simple Tire and had them delivered to AUTOTREAD. They scheduled with me right away and Carl came out and was kind and professional. He was able to mountain balance five tires in about an hour, and took his time, not to scratch or scrape anything on a relatively new car. I can be a pretty particular customer, so I appreciate his patience as I asked a lot of questions. Will be using them again!

On our last day of vacation in Birmingham, AL we got a screw in our tire. After the local Porsche dealer didn't answer or return our calls, we were lucky to have a local person recommend us to AutoTread Mobile Tire Service. Carl provided us with reasonable options and promptly came to where we were staying and replaced the tire on the spot. I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found out about AutoTread.

Really fast service (both in scheduling and actual replacement of tires). About the same cost as taking it to a tire place but so much easier to just have it parked at home and let them handle it (as opposed to dropping it off at a tire place and not have a car for who knows how long). Would gladly do business with again.

Highly recommend Carl & his team here! They went to my apartment while I was at work to replace my flat tire with a whole new one and called me shortly after to say my car was ready to go, and texted me a picture of the completion. So nice and very efficient!

Carl was extremely friendly and professional and quickly patched up two punctures in my tire. They take the time to handle your wheels with care as to not damage anything and properly torque the lug nuts. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Birmingham area, I’ll be back in the future when I need new tires!

I went to Carl for a tire rotation today (01/02/24). This is something that most places rush through and can end up in damaged wheels and stripped lug nuts. Setting up an appointment was easy and the location was very convenient for me. Carl is very personable and took his time to ensure things were done right the first time with high attention to detail by making sure my lugs were torqued correctly and not overtightened as some other places have done in the past. First time using this company and working with Carl. If I could give 10 stars I would. Tires came to him from Simpletire about a day or two ago. Carl had already touched base with me before they got to the shop. He texted me today asked where the car was located I gave him my address and in less than an hour or two everything was done completed. I work from home and used Mavis previously. Sorry can’t recommend them. But Carl showed up asked me which rims I had two sets and he told me he’d take care of it and he did. I drove one them today of course and they were fantastic. Carl was really personably friendly and does great work. If you get in a bind with tires or even need new ones this is who you should reach out to first. I’m a form believer in acknowledging good work and this was great.

I noticed I had a flat tire before going to work. I called AutoTread, and they were able to come to my home in Trussville, fixed the tire, all within an hour. I was travelling through Birmingham area in a Uhaul and had tire blow out. Carl was dispatched through Uhaul roadside and he was great. Totally professional, arrived VERY fast and prepared for any tire fix. Back on the road in about 30 minutes. Thank you very much for the excellent service and prompt arrival! Give Carl a raise. Our experience: We were planning a camping trip to Georgia and discovered a front tire issue the night before. We called multiple vendors without a replacement available for at least 3 days. The timely , professional service provided by Autotread allowed us to continue with our trip as planned with minimal delay. Carl had the tire in stock, met us, and changed the tire in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company!!! 5+ stars!!!

Whether you need new tires or just a quick patch job, there’s nowhere I would recommend more than Auto Tread. Carl has accommodated me last minute on my lunch break for patch jobs more times than I can count, and charges a negligible fee, if anything. As for new tires, Auto Tread quoted me at less than half of what a popular competitor quoted me to replace 2 tires, and Carl replaced them in 20 minutes. Plus, he’s super friendly. I would be shocked if you could find better tire service.
