I had a persisting issue with my car for 6+ months of it constantly squealing and progressively getting worse and worse. I noticed poor engine performance and loss of acceleration as I drove highway speeds. I had a couple of different shops in town pry at my car to have no answer. I happen to live behind AutoTrust Repairs shop and decided to give it a shot and see what they could find out. Within 2 hours they told me it was my catalytic converter making the obnoxious squealing noise. Malcolm was a big help the whole way and even helped me around the first time with the diagnosis and didn’t try and penny pinch and was understanding of my situation financially. His patience was unwavering and his knowledge helped guide me through the repair process and what was needed to be done for my car to be back on the road again. Chava visited with me about how he came across the issue almost instantly and even advised me that the reasoning for the misfire is my ignition coil being worn out and sure enough that fixed the misfiring problem he took care of after replacing my catalytic converter. We talked for a second and he shared a lot of his thoughts and knowledge about the repairs he made. I’m grateful for him and Malcolm for helping me get my car back on the road and getting everything done right. This shop deserves more attention and foot traffic whether it be diagnostics, oil change, repairs, or something as simple as complimentary roadside assistance. I trust this shop a lot and they are a truly transparent business which is something you don’t see a lot of nowadays after my experience of doing the runaround between mechanics wanting to get over on me with unnecessary repairs and add ons. I took my car out of the shop parking lot and headed straight to work and man does my car actually have speed again and can accelerate and not lose power this makes me so happy to feel any car 100% again. They worked with every step of the way with great pricing and customer service with great positive attitudes. Shout out to Chava and Malcolm at AutoTrust Repairs for helping me out so much!

Happy first time customer! I called a few places before calling Autotrust. What made me decide to go with them, was Mike was extremely friendly on my initial phone call. He was polite and sent out good vibes! Dropping my car off was smooth they provided me with quick service, quicker then I was excepting. I didn’t wait for my car due to work but when it was ready I asked them for a pick up and they pick me up in my own car. I didn’t catch the guys name that picked me up, but he was also very friendly and polite. I feel like they are an honest bunch! So far 10/10! Would highly recommend based on my one time visit, I would definitely go back and plan to! Thanks again for getting me back on the road with confidence!

I went to get an estimate for a transmission fluid and filter change and was welcomed with great customer service from the manager, Alex, and assistant manager, Eric being upfront an honest with different aspects regarding prices and services. Unfortunately they couldn’t beat another estimate I had for my transmission fluid; however, in exchange they offered an unbeatable deal and discount on an oil change and were able to get it done quick while filling up the tires as well. Additionally, they didn't try to up charge or talk me into other services on the vehicle as many other shops do. Overall, I highly recommend going to this shop or their other locations for any needs. I met Eric while getting an inspection. That same day I had received a quote from my regular shop for major work I needed for my Chrysler. So I asked for a quote from him to compare. I saved over $700, all the work was done in 24 hrs (instead of 5/7 days) with a 24 month warranty (instead of 90 days) and no surprise/un-foreseen costs. I highly recommend them! MJM

We called last minute, 1/2 hour before closing, to basically take off the front bumper etc. required to replace the battery. They stayed open a little late to accommodate us coming in so close to closing. Nick and Connor were friendly, professional and helpful, for the job and extra effort it was well worth the cost, which was reasonable overall. Battery wasnt cheap but they dont set the price, labor for taking off the front end ($120.) was not unreasonable. Would highly recommend them, and return if I have future issues.

Went in for a quick oil change. Maybe no more than 15 minutes in and out. It was well priced compared to others and they didn’t try to upcharge me into changing out my air filter or windshield wipers. They also aired up my tires to what they should be at during the oil change. Normally don’t leave reviews for anything, but this was definitely a positive experience and the counter attendant was awesome too.

I've known the owner of this new shop for quite some time, ask for Connor for any mechanical advice you may have about your vehicle. He's highly knowledgeable, very thorough, an absolutely reliable for any mechanical job you can bring his way! I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else

Went to have my car inspected. They were quick, extremely nice and patient while I got my car insurance. This location has just opened last week so they did not charge me for the inspection as way of advertising. I definitely will be using their services in the future... Keep up the Good Work.
