The most experiences BEST and most honest Auto Repair Shop in Knoxville. I have been taking my cars to Autoworks for 25 years since moving to Farragut. They have repeatedly taken the time to find the problem and fix it right the first time. They actually diagnose the problem instead of simply guessing and replacing parts. Their rates are fair and competitve. They can do everything your overpriced dealer will do for a fraction of the price.

I had a great experience at AutoWorks. I was having some car trouble close by the shop- long story short my car needed a quick fix. After they scanned my car quickly to make sure it something easy, they put my car back in the right setting and sent me on my way. They were beyond kind and were genuinely worried about me as the customer. I cannot say enough nice things about AutoWorks. When my car does have a serious need in the future, I will be bringing it here.

They diagnosed the problem on my truck, which reduced the original estimate by 2/3. They could have charged me for the original estimated repair but did not. The final bill was true to the revised lower estimate. I recommend this place for auto and truck repair.

I’ve been there before and they did a great job, but when I went today they totally went above and beyond. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but my experience left me feeling like I needed to. They’re respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and the price was right. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

I took my new used vehicle in for a front end alignment. I needed some additional work done on the front end. They were able to get the new parts and get me back on the road within a few hours.

Dishonest. I flew up here from Atlanta to purchase a vehicle. After asking numerous questions about the condition of the vehicle, received pictures, and assurance everything was working and there were no issues. I arrived and there was a check engine light. “Something to do with the cats” I was told. I figured catalytic converters or O2 sensors. Easy fix. Turns out the integrated exhaust manifold/catalytic converters on the car was at least a $3000 fix. I find it hard to believe had no idea the repair costs. Yes I failed to do research or verify the codes myself before purchasing. A heads up about the CEL would have been nice before flying up and buying the car.

This place came highly recommended. Left an old truck for an oil pan replacement which I supplied the parts. For close to two weeks the vehicle was just sitting there. I never even received a call from the shop. I had to call them. When I first showed up, it was a prior 2 weeks so I could set an appointment with them. The man who took my appointment lacked courtesy and etiquette. Like he didn’t want to be there. I wouldn’t leave any car you care about here. This place was probably good at one point, but times are hard and this place has been hit good. Very disappointed.

ALL CARRIERS and Auto transporters out there please be on look out for this place, I have transported 2020 Chevy Suburban for them from Dallas,TX to Knoxville,TN it's been almost 2 months already they haven't paid me for transport service. they have told me they are going to contact their shipment team "KNOXVILLE AUTO TRANSPORT LLC" a big NEGATIVE to this fellas

Great professionalism by the staff. Miss Stephanie is super polite ALL the time. Never rude or acting like I’m bothering her. Great work. They will never work on your car till you give the Ok. Only charge you for what work you asked for, nothing extra like most places say” Oh you had a cracked hose so we changed that too”. Lol Highly recommended by myself and my family as we have taken other vehicles to them also.

The team at Autoworks built and installed a new crate motor in my 1970 Corvette. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the transformation of my vehicle, it runs and performs better than my expectations which by the way we’re very high.
