I've been going to Autoworx for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They're quick, thorough, have been super honest with me about the work I need done and finding ways to prioritize problems, and are generally super pleasant to deal with. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I had my tires and brakes replaced here and had an excellent experience. Don is very nice, the service is quick, and they gave me a free upgrade on my tires become I am I Pitt student. Will be returning

Been coming here for 3 years for inspection, maintenance, and repairs, and the service is always excellent. Don is always willing to take the time to make sure you understand exactly what needs to be repaired and why, and listens carefully and asks follow up questions when you're describing an issue. Love these guys.

I stopped in here, because AAA/DMV notified me of something I needed from a mechanic that was not on the website. I drove over and they welcomed me in right away and filled out the form for me. I also asked if I could come back and get the car inspected after the DMV And they welcome me in without an appointment and did the inspection. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

Professional. Efficient. Courteous. Don and his team of automotive professionals were able to take me in on walk-in basis for a State inspection. The whole process was completed within a couple of hours; check-in, inspection, payment, and vehicle pick up. Compared with another recommended automotive service provider in the area who said “I can see you sometime next Tuesday (8 days later)—drop it off and we’ll do our best.” Really?? What a contrast!! Loyal customer for so many years I’ve lost count. Never thought I’d be the type to have a ‘regular’ mechanic, but we recently leveled up to ‘sharing pictures of our kids,’ and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have built a trusting relationship with the AAMCO/Autoworx East End staff. I know my car is in the best hands, I know all my questions will be answered before any work is done, and I know the price will be fair. The only place I’ll recommend for car repair in Pittsburgh. Thank you!!

Easy to schedule an appointment.Staff is always attentive to one's questions or concerns.Professionally communicates their assessment findings and recommended repairs,timing, and estimated cost throughout the service visit as is necessary. Easy drop off and pick up procedure.Good location in the East End of Pittsburgh.

I had a no-start issue and called Autoworx the next day, Don got me in the same day and fixed up the day after that. Super thorough and detailed findings and they won’t do any work until you’ve signed off. Very efficient and courteous!

Went here on a referral from another shop. They got the work done quickly- in one day-with a very helpful vehicle inspection. Don was very friendly. I would highly recommend the shop for any transmission issues.

Always the best service!!!! I was nervous finding a mechanic after my dad passed. He had a shop and was my mechanic. These guys all have easied my concerns and have always been great to us.I recommend them to everyone. Works always done right and in a timely manner. 5 stars everytime!!

If I can give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommended! Don was very honest, nice, patient, and detailed in terms of explaining the car issues. He also did a very thorough car inspection, provide estimated price, and provide helpful information to help you easily decide whether to buy the car or not. As a person who knows little things about cars, I feel confident in trusting his recommendations.

I had a great experience here! My car broke down unexpectedly and got towed here after hours. When I called the next day, Don was very understanding of the situation and called back quickly to let me know what issues he saw and what my options were. Thank you!

I would be very very careful with this auto shop. Took my car in to get tires changed (double the price of another local shop), they claimed my car was “dangerous and needed new break pads” (gave me a $1K quote lol) I got a second opinion from another local shop and they said it was completely fine. The receptionist who called me was really pushing how dangerous the car was, it was a scummy sales tactic. Be careful.
