Great experience at the shop. It was nice to take to an experienced Technician with knowledge that knew right away what was wrong with my 2019 GMC Sierra. Also Chris at the front desk was great. Thanks again. And I will definitely bring our other 2 vehicles there for service as well.

10/10 Service. Chris was super knowledgeable and helpful getting us just what we needed. Very stress free considering our unexpected car issues. He also helped us understand exactly what was wrong and gave us a quote so we knew what we're paying for, before they did anything.

Absolutely fantastic crew. Of all the garages I've ever been to, they have it all. Smart and informed front counter staff, consisting of Chris and Chris. Back shop crew to include a well skilled GS and a top notch all around tech. Tough transitioning from a "transmission" only shop to a "do it all" shop, but they've done it and done it well. This is a place that people can go and trust. Trust is the #1 quality of any service facility. They will earn your trust.

Been going to this place for 3 years. Always thought they were honest and hooked me up…. Will no longer be a customer as of today. Decided to get an oil change at the dealership because I had a coupon. Had them check my breaks and routers because you guys said I was “borderline going to fail an inspection” 4 MONTHS AGO… walked into the dealer today was going to have them change them because according to you guys I was way over due. They double TRIPLE checked all my breaks and routers and told me I wasn’t even close to needing new breaks. I could understand if it was close and a could be a simple accident but was assured my breaks are in great condition and no where near needing new ones! Makes me wonder over the years how much money you guys have stolen from me. SHAME ON YOU.

I am Ray Dougherty. On October 4th, I brought in my 2018 Cadillac CTS for service. It had a rumbling/shaking noise/feeling when driving between 30-40 MPH. Chris took it for a ride, and came back and put it on the lift, and then he called me into the maintenance area to show me his findings. He described everything to me in detail. I got an estimate for Transmission Service, Transfer Case drain and refill, and rear differential drain and refill. I agreed to the estimate, and two hours later I was driving home! It was incredible. It was perfect I am so happy with the service from Chris and will recommend Autoworx to anyone with similar mechanical concerns. Thanks so much!!!!!

The work truck, a 2010 Ford F150, needed brakes , rotors and calipers replaced within 24 hrs. A diagnostic was done for $34.00 and work was scheduled for the next day at a cost of $887.08. The new manager was courteous, professional and the mechanic had the replacements done on time as promised. The owner is very satisfied with the workmanship and service overall.

I brought my own tires in not realizing they were the wrong size. They charge me $382 just to install my own tires. The tires are hitting my struts because they are too big. As a auto repair place they should have known that these tires were the wrong size. Now I $382 for tires that are too big for my car. They should have known this and not installed them and called and told me.

I came with problem my car shakes while pressing accelerator. I was charged $376 but problem is not fixed. Two persons tried to diagnose the fault both were having different opinion and after making payment I took the car with same problem.

This was my 1st time getting a big job done and they exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t aware that in order for my install to be completed, they had to do some modifications. Very pleased with the outcome & will return for future custom work for my vehicle.

We had a problem with the low beams on our Honda CRV and another light. I thought I would need both front headlight systems replaced. The technician found I just needed three new light bulbs. Thanks everything is now working great.

Chris kept me informed of everything that needed me to be done. And when they had to keep it longer because the work was more extensive than what we anticipated which was inspection, and I was going to be out of town, offered to deliver my vehicle to my house. I would call that excellent service. And I appreciate it. I am assuming the work on the vehicle will be equally as professional.

My 2016 Chevy cruze had a major oil leak. It was not covered under the GWC warranty that was about to expire on 9/25/24. My son took it to a Chevy dealership on West Liberty Avenue and they would not cover it under the warranty. I met a nice lady on the bus home from work who recommended Autoworx on Rte. 60. I called the next morning, they had me drop off my car before they closed at 5:00 p.m. last Thursday and had it completely repaired the next day. They kept me informed throughout the day on Friday, and I was able to pick up my car before they closed on Friday. They inspected it early for me also where I would normally get it done by the end of September at the Chevy dealership in Wexford where I bought the car almost three years ago on 9/25/21. I would highly recommend Autoworx and will return to them for my car maintenance. I only have two names, Colin and Chris, but all of the staff at Autoworx were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to the lady on the bus for this recommendation because it all worked out for me and I am a satisfied customer of Autoworx, the Chevy dealerships in Pittsburgh on West Liberty Avenue and Wexford not so much. Very personal care, they ran a free diagnostic, provided pictures of the issues, a complete breakdown of what the problems were. Let me know what needed to be done now and what could wait, an opportunity to approve our decline each thing online. Then they were able to fix everything right away, and have the key waiting for me in a secure location for pickup. That was the best auto repair experience I've ever had! Chris and his crew are awesome, I will definitely be coming back!

Unbelievably great experience here. Here is what to expect when dropping off your vehicle for repairs based on my experience: 1.) greeted by very nice, approachable and knowledgeable mechanics. 2.) once the car has been diagnosed, you’re texted a link that shows you all of the individual things they found could be fixed on your car given the issue you told them. 3.) they might call and ask if you have any questions. (They do not pressure you) 4.) they text you a similar link with what they plan on doing and how much it costs (parts/labor). From there, you can approve/decline whatever you feel is necessary. 5.) car is fixed! Thank you Chris for your amazing service
