I have to say I was SUPPER excited to see Experts, Honest & professional, so I put them to the test and I can honestly say they won't do anything for my 1983 240d Mercedes W123 it's basically a tractor The easy of the easy... a W123 Mercedes is so basic it astounds me they say one thing yet can't do the basics No computer all old school.. so I guess like most they say one thing yet mean the opposite. I guess knowing your limitations is a matter of maturity;,it's as basic as a car could be... SMH

Visited Auto Xperts today for an oil change and was extremely pleased with my experience all around. Highly recommend!! Mariah was the manager on duty during my visit and she was awesome! Auto XPerts is amazing! They will never rip you off. I was told I needed an alternator by another company. Mariah said I only needed a new battery because of LV’s 117 degree heat wave. She called Auto Zone since my battery was still under warranty. She got the battery, installed it and my car started immediately! How would I have known if not for Auto XPerts telling me the truth? I only paid $50.00 instead of almost $800.00! To have found an honest small business mechanic is such a blessing! This is why they are always booked. Mariah and AutoXperts need to be honored for their honesty and integrity! Thank you, again and again!

I cannot believe I had to wait 6 hours on an extremely hot day for not just one day, but two! The first day was just to have them check to see if my compressor for my A/C was bad. I waited six hours. People came and went. I got there at 12:30 am and it was after 5pm when they gave the car back to me. I’d been to two other shops before that only took a half an hour, to check the compressor, but I had to go here because of the warranty. Not to mention I had to travel 40-45 minutes to get here, from my current location at the time. Next day was a repeat, only they were replacing the compressor. I mentioned I had a migraine and wasn’t feeling well and asked them to text me when the car was done. But after checking once then waiting again till 2:30, I decided to check again because I was getting more ill . The car was in the parking lot! They never called to tell me it was done, despite telling them I was ill and requesting twice for them to call when done. When I got the keys back, and tried to start it up, it wouldn’t start, battery check light came on. They had drained my brand new battery. They jerked me around! FOR TWO DAYS In response to your response: How does a battery drain when the engine is ON? I was in the car at 8:30-9:00, with the engine on. I did not drain the battery. When I picked up the car after 2pm, it wouldn't start, the dead battery indicator light came on. Those are facts. I frequently sit in my car, while it's running, when I park at home and I have never had a problem before. That's my habit. The location is 30-40 minutes from my home, so I had no one to drive me there and back for two days. Who would? I was assigned by my warranty to this location, which was the closest option. My issue remains that 6 hours was a long time. On the first day, I used the warranty app, which gave me AutoXPerts schedule. It offered two slots 1) available now or 2) available at end of day. I selected the first choice. It’s AutoXPerts manager’s responsibility to make sure they’ve programmed in the right responses. But I called before coming anyway. They said come in. It wasn’t till I had driven 45 minutes when I arrived that I was told I’d have to wait to the end of day or else I could leave the car. But when I asked if I could get a rental car through the warranty, she said I’d have to arrange that myself. The client cannot arrange warranty covered rentals. So, I felt forced to stay. On the second day, I did not expect to be there all day when I was instructed to arrive at 8-8:30. No one said I'd be there the whole day. Why tell me to drop it off at 8:30, if you weren't going to work on it till afternoon? I did not see your person park the car. I was busy trying not to vomit & pass out. If she had just put the car there, then it was circumstance and that complaint I'll retract. However, your response was reactive and hot-headed. I found it unprofessional as do I concerning this whole affair.

I went to AutoXperts for a second opinion, I was at Tireworks on Silverado Ranch just for a oil change and out of left field they recommend a get a new timing belt,anyway it was a new service manager and a little bit pushy for me. My car is important to me because I'm a care taker,anyway I went to AutoXperts and spoke with Mariah, she is very knowledgeable and friendly and cared about my situation, she didn't push anything on me, Yes I would definitely go back to AutoXperts

I didn't like the work, 3 light bulbs changed for 102 dollars and they even gave me the car with the bumper loose! Horrible and dishonest work! Only the receptionist was attentive! don't come

Great experience with this business. Had some problems with my Ford Escape, and was expecting it to cost a lot. We had some minor problems after their initial repair but after taking my car back, they made the additional repairs free of charge. They even noticed my brake pads were worn and changed them without charge. Honesty and professionalism are the words I choose to describe this business. Mariah runs a classy business.

My BMW motor needed replacing due to a crack oil cooler. Mariah was very professional during my time dealing with them and she stayed on top of keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. They were actually very pleasant to work with and I feel that is hard to say nowadays about businesses. My car is now fixed and running perfectly. I will absolutely take my car back if I find the need for a trustworthy place.

We were traveling through Las Vegas with our travel trailer on the way back home from a vacation. The truck transmission had developed a small leak and we wanted to be sure we could make it home to southern Utah. We stopped at AutoXperts to get it checked. They were very professional and courteous. The got us right in, checked out the problem and assured us it would make it home as long as we took our time and kept the rpms low. I'm very thankful for the reassurance and fast friendly service.
