Scott and The Staff are the best thing that happened to our 2005 GXP Pontiac Bonneville. We bought the car New and it needed tender loving care. Their work was second to none. I recommend these great people in the shop to anyone who has that special car. Thank you Scott for you great work. Sincerely Michael Hardy After a year We have found many Items that were not put back in there Original place, like heater hose, and many wiring harness. Taking pictures before tear down would have made a difference. 9/24 After I made this posting I had a major problem with the engine Scott had just worked on. I decided to contact Scott to get his opinion on what was taking place. For no fault of their own a Head Castet failed and the engine was losing cooling fluid. Scott asked me to bring the car back to see what it was doing. The results were indeed a head gasket had failed and was the cause of my cooling fluid problem. Long story short, the Kind folks at AutoExtend repaired the engine that had warranty left in it. My cost was zero amount. This once again shows me these things do happen and having Scott and his Professional Staff are truly a FIVE Star Auto repair shop. I would highly recommend them for you Auto needs and repair.

Tried to charge me 14000!! For a new motor when it’s just the valve covers come here they love to rip you off if they think you got money

I had a feeling that I had something in my tire. While I waited in the nice waiting room I got a complimentary drink. Shortly thereafter I was told that a nail was in my tire but didn't go through it so there was no charge. I truly appreciated them and now trust them and will definitely be going back to them for any other car needs!

We had our car towed there because we thought it had a starter issue. They determined vehicle was out of gas and only charged us $5.69 for gas and checkup. They were super nice!

Great auto shop. Very professional personnel here and very reasonable cost, much less than the dealer. Had our Ford Escape SEL 60K servicing performed and they did an excellent job. Will continue having AutoXtend service our vehicle in future. Many thanks! John&Tina G.

Totally screwed up my car! They rushed an engine replacement. Did not wait for Jasper's instructions and left a cable harness ground attached. Then lied about it for about 2 years while needlessly replacing multiple controllers. I finally had to take it away from them and fix it myself!

We’ve used this shop several times in the last two years. This last visit had some issues with communication and we did have to bring our jeep back in to get some work redone but the team here has worked hard to remedy the situation satisfactorily and been back on their usual excellent communication.

Honest work. Eric and the rest of his team do a good job. When you don't need anything, they'll let you know. A little pricey, but they're worth it in my experience. I've taken 4 of my vehicles here.

AutoXtend saved the life of my new-to-me car when another shop (Carmax) told me it couldn’t be salvaged! I was completely helpless, as I know nothing about cars, but I know enough to now trust all our automotive needs to AutoExtend!!

I don't recommend and that's all I have to say about that.i was stranded and needed help i was just down the road and called your place of business and they left me broke down didn't even offer to help me I'm disabled and I was left in need of help that's why I gave you the review .

I have been coming to auto extend for many years now. I trust them for oil changes, tires and repairs. Nice guys, always quick and professional. They also provide a lovely waiting area with clean restrooms.

Kept their word on the "callback" which hardly anyone does anymore. Polite and informative. Told me all I needed to know abt getting my Northstar engine repaired. If I decide on the repair, this is where it will be done. Thanks for your advice.

Got my wife’s car brought over there. They told me I was good to come pick it up and it should be good, just to monitor the problem. Showed up and paid. Headed out and the car was breaking down on me again leaving me stranded on the side of a busy highway. Best thing they told me I could do was just have it towed to the dealership. Nothing else to offer to help after sending me off and me getting stranded.
