Since the first phone call Avalon Motorsports was 10/10. Their customer service is incredible. I ran over a rock and tore up the bottom of my car and they were very prompt with diagnosing the damage that was done. During repairs they gave me many updates, a loaner car and walked me through everything. My car drives great again and I’m so happy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I am really pleased with the service I got from Avalon. I thought my 2015 Audi A3 Quattro was finished. I had another mechanic shop fix an oil leak and it ended up not being fixed. My car started stalling and running loud. I scheduled an appointment and brought it in to get it diagnosed and they found the problem in a couple hours. I will have to admit the repair costs were pricey but considering everything I needed fixed and the condition it was in, I’d say the price was fair. They offered an 4 year warranty with it, made me even happier. The car has been running smoothly again. I will definitely return to do more business. They obviously are really experienced with foreign cars and I trust they know what they are doing.

Avalon has always done the highest quality of work on my old Jetta. And they stand by their work too. I recently needed a part replaced which they worked on previously. Not only was the part under warranty, but so was their service. They did the repairs for no charge. Great work, great service! I'll never go anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from Avalon Motorsports in February. When test driving the vehicle with an employee I was told the AC worked. It was a colder day so I wasn't 100 percent sure it worked but I was trusting what the employee was telling me. When summer time hit and it was time to turn on the air it didn't work. I took the car back they charged it and about a month later the air stopped working again. This time they wanted to charge me 900 dollars to fix the issue. I don't feel this right at all. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I had of known the AC didn't work. I most definitely wouldn't have paid what I paid for the vehicle either. I think they should fix the problem free of charge since the AC didnt work from day one. The dishonesty and lack of care about this situation puts a real bad taste in my mouth.

Had to replace the evaporator on my Jetta wagon. While the repair estimate was similar to the dealer, the 4 year warranty won me over (dealer only 1 year). I'm happy with the repair and the AC is still working :-). I plan to return for future service needs.

I really appreciate Avalon because they got my car in quickly when I called in a panic, and gave me a really great price for the work my car needed. Two shops had previously said they refused to work on my car and Avalon was excited to have my business. They were kind and explained things to me, and COMMUNICATED VERY WELL! I trust Avalon and their price transparency! It's a week or so later now and they have called to make sure my car was still working well and asked if they could have done anything better! I am beyond pleased and impressed. I'm moving to another state soon but will probably come back because of the exceptional service!

If I gotta go see the mechanics, there's no place I'd rather go with my BMW wagon. Experience is stellar -- great communication, lots of different options presented, and the quality of service is always top notch.

This place is GREAT! It's very clean. The staff is polite, and efficient. They had me in and out(with a smile) in less than a day. I will not take my Audi Q7 anywhere else but here in the future. Give them a call!! You will NOT be disappointed!

These guys have done a great job recently and a few years ago on my 2014 BMW 328D. I absolutely hate using the dealership, and I'm so happy to have found Avalon. Working with them is always efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

During a cross-counrry move, I was essentially stranded in Denver due to my VW Tiguan's water pump failing. After contacting several other shops in the region, Avalon Motorsports was very understanding of my precarious situation and agreed to take my car in last minute for an emergency repair and fixed the issue in a matter of hours which would have otherwise taken days. Throughout the process, the team communicated exceptionally well and the service was top-notch. I cannot recommed Avalon Motorsports enough!

So glad I found these guys. Recently had my BMW 330i serviced for some scheduled maintenance. Avalon’s price was half of what I was quoted at the dealer, after using a coupon I received in the mail. The shop is clean and easy to access with plenty of parking. Really friendly service also. Will definitely use them again.

Came in for synthetic oil/filter change went above and beyond! Not only did they give me a full diagnostic of things I need to monitor long term and short term on my q5 ( usually costs at least $100) they washed and cleaned my engine cover as well without saying anything. If you own a German car and use a diff mechanic in Denver you are making a mistake.
