I had terrible vandalism done to my car after an attempted car theft. I brought it to Avelar and they quickly fixed my car in no time. It looked brand new again. I had an issue with oil leaking a few weeks later. I called Avelar and they picked up my car within 20min and had it back and ready for me the next day. They are super reliable, quick and have amazing customer service. I am very grateful for them!

Very frustrating situation. I took my car to be evaluated for how much it would cost for possible wheel alignment issues and the muffler being bent after an accident. I was given a quote which did not include the wheel alignment at all and was lied to about the price. I was quoted $1800 and the invoice showed $2600. I was told it would be $100 for the assessment when I confirmed over the phone before I took the car that the price for the evaluation would be $75. When driving the car back the car (which ran without any issue before going in) kept stalling and at one point I was stuck at a very busy intersection for 7 or 8 cycles of the traffic light (causing a huge traffic jam), finally was able to coast into a grocery store parking lot and popped the hood… the air filter compartment had been opened and not put back together correctly…clips open, hose detached, etc. I had to put it back together. They’re not honest, not thorough, try to upcharge you, and didn’t put everything back correctly causing a stressful scenario driving the car. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Response to the comment: Never asked for an oil change and ended up taking the car somewhere else and got everything fixed for $200 on the exterior instead of $2600 as was suggested by Avelar. I asked about the alignment being fixed and was ignored and told they couldn't do anything about it. My car ran perfectly fine before and when taking it to the shop. Car passed state inspection so my car was perfectly fine and safe to drive. The team did not put the air filter together correctly and that is their fault for it not running correctly, not mine. I found it super suspicious it all of a sudden was not running correctly after I took it to their shop. I have enough money to do my car repairs, just didn't want to be ripped off for no reason. A company should also use correct spelling when answering as it helps to promote their business. :) I speak Spanish too but there is Google Translate.

To find this place was a miracle and such blessing! People have been eating my money telling me lies about fixing the front frame of my Mazda, only thing someone mechanics guys knows it lies and eating people money! Let me tell you guys honestly speaking Mr Francisco is the best men I have ever met, is so loyal and honest with his job never tell you lies. Today Im driving my car and enjoying eat the way I wanted it to be after struggling to find a honest men who can work on my car’s body frame. Thanks Mr Francisco for your job!!

Avelar Auto Service is fantastic and fair. I was recommended by a close friend and I was not disappointed. Francisco is friendly and eager to help. I had minor body damage repaired on my 4Runner. The repair was turned around in expert timing and I can’t tell that there was any previous damage at all. This is a place you can trust with your repairs.

I brought my car there after minor collision. He charged 1500 dollar for changing a highlight and replace the used tyre. The tire he changed was disgusting, had leakage. This repair center is sucking.

Mr. Avelar has kept transportation going for me and my family for ten years. Our A/C went out and my wife has asthma. Meet him Tuesday afternoon and our car was ready by noon the next day. The quality of his services and pricing can't be matched. I have other family members that has used his services and were very satisfied as well. A great mechanic is hard to find and a true friendship makes it special. No one better for any type of mechanical and collision repairs.

My car was supposed to get an estimate done lady told me with her machanic that my car wasn’t drivable they kept my car since Thursday February 23rd,2023 went yesterday to check status of my car since been spending on Uber to get from home and to work and Uber is expensive. They told me car would be available by Saturday okay so now I’m calling both owners to what time I can go pick up my car tomorrow and they send me straight to voicemail. Didn’t get a rental didn’t get a response from them sending me straight to voicemail. And when I ask about the status of my car can’t because they don’t pick up. That’s how they had it I see reviews say fixed in 2 days why does it take them to fix my car a whole week in the half almost 2 weeks update: I got my car today I’m happy because I’m tired on spending on Uber

This mechanic is thorough and does a phenomenal job! We are so grateful he actually made the car even stronger than it would have been had we replaced the part. I would only say watch out for the woman that takes payment as I believe she charged us erroneously. She claimed there is a $25 dollar service charge just to use your credit card. So do yourself a favor and bypass her as you may get charged an additional fee for her services (nothing). Seriously if not for the sweet kindness and knowledge of his art I couldn’t have given all five stars. Just make sure you take cash because I have literally never heard of a credit card company charging $25 just to process your card. That will never believe or trust. Cash only!
