I had an amazing experience at Avenue Body Shop! The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and they quickly assessed the damage to my car. The repair process was explained in detail, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the excellent customer service. We've spent several days working with the body shop to complete the quote and take photos of our vehicle to our insurance company. I'm not sure why Avenue Body Shop denied uploading these photos to Insurance company after all this effort, but it's been quite frustrating and time-consuming for us.

ABS did a masterful job in repairing a significant dent to our passenger side door. Our Subaru looks better than new. Joel provided excellent advice and repaired other minor knicks as well. The team made dealings with Farmers Insurance super simple, which was a relief to us as we’ve never been through the process. Amazing Body Shop. Not only did these guys do incredible work but they are really great people. They were extremely helpful in navigating this whole process and worked with my insurance to ensure my replacement parts were all OEM when the insurance company was trying to only pay for aftermarket parts. Their attention to detail was really great and they even took care of a minor issue with my decals just to prevent future headaches for me. This feels like a true neighborhood shop doing high end work! And when I picked my car up, it was washed and buffed and looked better than when I dropped it off.

I had a great experience here! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My car was returned looking better than ever. I was not expecting them to detail the inside and outside of the car - my old Honda civic looks like a brand new car. They went above and beyond in my opinion! The dealt entirely with my insurance which was great. I can’t speak for the prices since I did not have to pay out of pocket. It did take some time for the repair to be completed, but that could have been from my insurance slowing the process down. So I would recommend making sure your insurance claim is approved and all set before bringing your car in, if possible.

Avenue Body Shop is a family owned business and it shows from the moment you walk in. Everyone is always in a good mood and will greet you with a smile, even when they’re super busy! They are open and honest about your options and take care of all the insurance paperwork. 10/10 recommended

5/5! Super nice staff and incredibly responsive 🙏🏻Joel and the team are very professional, kind, and funny. They keep you up to date on your car while it’s in the shop. Highly recommend this body shop to anyone ❤️ We got into a fender bender and the car was returned better than when we got it! Inside and out! They cleaned the exterior and interior (which I was not expecting) We have a husky so there’s always hairs in our car even after we clean it but when I picked up the car- the car looked brand new! It was waxed inside and out (we have red leather seats) and they even got some paint scratches out. Their services exceeded my expectations. I will be coming back here again for my car needs and detailing. ❤️ Thank you again Avenue Body Shop!

Took my car in due because the front of my car and paint was damaged. Spoke with Saul, he was very nice, caring, and informative about the whole repairing and insurance process. Got my car back sooner than expected. And came back looking WAY better than i left it of course. They blended all the paint perfectly and matched panels just like OEM. My interior roof liner was also sagging a bit, and the they fixed without me asking about it. This just shows that this shop goes above and beyond for their customers and knows what they're doing, for sure.

Hire them!!! We sons car was damaged days before he was taking the car to University. We stopped by and met Joel and his team. We gave them a short lead time that involved a difficult repair. The repair was done on time, on budget and with great attention to detail. I would certainly use them again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I love Avenue Body Shop. Everyone there treats you like family. This will be my forever place, even to stop by to say Hi to everyone. Everytime i came Joel always was amazing he helped me through my stressful times with my car and ensured me that everything will be taken care of. Walter is a pressure to speak to about cars and just updating me on things I should know. Literally everyone is truly amazing. I would give this place a million stars if i had the option. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!!!

I've been going to this body shop for years. Not once have I had any trouble. Not only do they take pride in their work, they communicate very timely throughout the process. I've taken 4 different cars, different brands, different colors and I've been amazed each time. Joel has a very good way of explaining what work is needed to repair damages and is transparent of the progress of repair. I learn a lot each time I speak to him about body work. Not only do they have knowledgeable people working at this shop, the work they do truly shows they know what they're doing. All of my cars have been saved by this shop, and so have the cars of many people I know. There's a good reason many locals know about this body shop. I strongly recommend Avenue Body Shop for all repairs and paint jobs. They'll take care of you.

It’s these little hidden gems in the city that make it all worthwhile. I could go on about the professionalism, quality attention to detail, or throwing in an extra couple panels of paint for free while they’re at it that you get from these family style smaller shops but it just doesn’t do justice to the feeling you get when you get your baby back and see the finished product!

Brought our Tesla to fix the bumper and trunk door. Not only did those areas look like new, my car overall looked better than when I left it there. For a body shop, fixing the car is the baseline, but what makes this place special is the people. I felt very welcomed, and they practically treated me like family. They even let my son (safely) view the body shop and cars - he loved it. They told me I was in good hands there, and that was more than true! Highly recommend!

Easily (not even close) the most reputable and skilled body shop I've ever worked with. It's a close-knit family business, with a long history in SF. I've brought my truck in 3 times. Once for some elective work and twice after someone else banged it up. The work is immaculate, and everyone there is incredibly nice. They don't just do the repair, they return your vehicle to you in pristine (i.e., detailed) condition.

Really exceptional service from Joel who helped me out with some scratches and dents in my car! I originally came in with some paint damage to my car and the entire team has been super friendly and prompt with keeping me updated about the services for the car. They made the car look brand new for the damaged parts and even replaced the headlights with new ones and returned the car spotless on the inside interior and also under the hood! I had also lost my keys and they offered a replacement for me included in the cost of the damage repair. When I called in for updates all of the team at Avenue have been super sweet and prompt and walked me through the claim process with my insurance provider. They've taken a huge load off my mind while dealing with the damages. Highly recommended and I will let all my friends and family know of their services.
