Personable, professional staff that communicates well and often.. Nice facility..modern scheduling system. I had to make my first appointment with basically zero notice and they were still willing to hook me up with a loaner. Trustworthiness is apparent from the first interaction and quality of the work is solid. Avid definitely has my business moving forward.

My wife told be about this place because they are connected to Dubwerx where she has her VW serviced. And I must say I love Avid Autocare! It’s so hard to find a reliable trustworthy mechanic. I mean nearly impossible. But the guys at AVID Autocare are fantastic. They communicate well. They do everything exactly the way they say they’re going to do it when they say they’re going to do it and that is extremely rare. I give them my highest marks and plan to use them exclusively to service my Ford Escape

The mostly friendly customer service orientated automotive repair shop I've ever encountered. I'll never take any one of my cars elsewhere. Pricing is very fair and the work they perform is exceptional. Highly recommend!

After having a fuel pump replaced the emblem on my shifter was missing. I confronted them about and they said they would replace it, they sent me a replacement piece that was wrong and isn’t even oem. An original replacement for the emblem was $50 and the fake one your shop tried to replace it with was $19.99. Congrats you lost a customer over $30.

Found AVID in the BBB. I am very happy to say I got excellent service. My air-conditioning was not blowing cold. They did evacuate the system and refilled the refrigerant. They did a proper job. They also provided an uber ride home and back. They did a complimentary inspection and there are a few issues that I was not aware of. I will be back again.

I'm from out of town and was looking at purchasing a used Honda Accord from a local used car dealer. I had Avid perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection for me. They were very accommodating with scheduling for something so time dependent, and the digital inspection was incredibly informative and included pictures. Avid Autocare is a wonderful alternative to the dealer!

My car AC was blowing hot air and Orion at Avid ordered the ports and had my car in and out the same day! The air is cold again! I didn’t expect that I would be offered a loner car so I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was extremely courteous and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Avid Auto Care.

This place could only get better if they offer 5 course meals! They are communicative, reliable, accommodating…I could go on and on. If I need additional work that I didn’t plan for, they give me an estimate so I can plan for it next time. I refuse to go elsewhere if they are able to do my needed work. And I let anyone and everyone know about them.

Fantastic service and knowledege about my car and very reasonably priced. I came here because I previously owned a VW and had wonderful experiences with Dubwerx. Now I have a Mazda. I used to take it to the dealer for service but never again!

Just had work done on high mileage vehicles. Tyler, Justin, Ryan and other employees at Avid are kind, polite, straight forward. They diagnose the issues, lay out the options, and then allow the customer freedom to move forward with some or all work. Avid Autocare is true to their word.

By far the best communication I have ever experienced. They call with updates as they work on your vehicle, diagnosing the problem instead of just guessing at it.

Huge shoutout to Orion and Tylor, but all gentlemen at Avid were amazing! So professional, thorough - and HONEST! My Subi needed a lot of TLC, but the team made it as painless as possible, from facilitating Uber rides to providing a comprehensive summary of all potential issues. They were also quickly responsive to texts and emails, and even went to bat for me with my terrible warranty company. :) I will be making the trek from the Westside here for everything my Subaru needs. Can't recommend highly enough!

The guys here are great. They’ve serviced my 2005 Lexus RX330, 2023 Volvo XC60 and 2015 Volvo XC70. Every single time it’s been a great experience. Very knowledgeable and communicative! Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Very professional staff, great mechanics, very clean front receiving area, and an extremely clean and organized shop area! This was the first time using this shop, and I am so happy I did. They provided me an Uber back to work after I dropped off my car, completely free of charge, while they did the initial inspection on my car. After a few hours time I received a text message and an email followed by a call with a full detailed list of all the faults they had found during their inspection. Once they discussed all options and fixes with me, they then provided me with a loaner car while all of the work was done on my car. That is something that I thought was only offered by dealerships, but I was very happy to find out during the process that it was offered by them as well. Once all work was completed, I was called and made aware that I could pick up my car at any time during the operating hours that day or the following day if I was unable to make it before closing. From start to finish, not once did I feel like i was in the dark about what was wrong with my car. Their prices are fair and comparable to other shops in the area, but if I were going to pick somewhere to go next time. I'm definitely choosing them again.

Great place to bring your car! This week was my first time working with Avid Autowerx. I brought in my 2004 Subaru Forester XT for two specific repairs. They first performed a very thorough car inspection. They outlined the positive inspection results and explained all of the suggested repairs clearly (with relevant photos) in a text and email. Then they called to discuss everything before proceeding. They really went the extra mile. They even have a service warranty that is 3 times longer than the dealer's. Highly recommended!

I stopped by with an issue that came up on my way to work. I'm so grateful for everyone at the shop, they were quick to check out my car and provided all the details for the work needed. They even got me a ride back home and were able to get everything done the same day. I appreciate how quick they were to take care of my car and I felt very confident with the work that was done. Everyone is awesome and I'll definitely be back!
