Very fair and very thorough! Juan does not do anything to your car that doesn’t need to be done… And he even takes care of some of the things that you might not have known about… But always and only after asking your permission!

This review is long overdue. My vehicle's starter was on the verge of death. It was Sunday afternoon and I had a long road trip in two days, a deadline I HAD to meet. Every other mechanic shop was either closed or unable to service my vehicle until Friday. Juan and his mechanics were able to change the starter on my vehicle in a little over one hour. He charged me far less than I expected, it was a fair price considering the circumstances. While I was waiting, I got to know Juan and I believe he is a hard working father, earning an honest living. I am grateful to have found his shop and would definitely recommend his services. Thank you, Juan. I hope you and your family are doing well.

Mr. Avila is definitely top tier. For single ladies not wanting to get taken advantage of, Mr Avila will take good care of you. He did excellent work on my car and was reasonable. I've found a mechanic I trust and will not go anywhere else.

This is the best shop in the area. Juan and his guys helped me with custom welding on my bumper, replaced parts, and even went back to replace a faulty fuel pump days after it was put in at no extra charge DAYS before I had to move. I told them I was on an urgent deadline and they said no problem, we can do it. These guys are fast and professional. Don't waste your time at some of the bigger shops that'll sit on your car for days without touching it!

I pulled up with emergency service and he didn't ask me no questions just told me what part to get I returned and he got straight to work with 3 others cars up on the lift thing and then trusted me to go to ATM awesome service and he has a good heart I will always come back for any repair

Called for a starter replacement pretty late in the afternoon. They gave me the lowest price I could find across SA, and got the part immediately and got me fixed the same day - They worked past closing hours for me. From what I could tell, honest mechanics that know what they are doing. They also warned me of a problem with my battery terminal cables that should be replaced in the future, which could lead to frying my new starter if I don't. If they had malicious intent, they would not have warned me about something like this for more business I would think... So needless to say, they have the best intentions. Juan and his guys are a great team that bounce off of each other, and I couldn't recommend them enough. As a local, I would definitely drive across town again for future issues.

I’ve called around town to find a reasonable mechanic to install my motor mounts for me and Juan had the best prices. He was patient with me on any questions I’ve asked about what I needed done. I dropped my car off to him and he replaced my motor mounts in under two hours. My car idles much smoother now. I definitely recommend Juan Avila and company. Thank you again and support local!

Took my BMW in on a Saturday for a coolant leak. Not only did Mr. Avila and his crew get my car in right away, but it was also done same day! He also showed me exactly what he did and informed me on some parts I should be looking out for. If you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic this is the spot. Amazing customer service and even better pricing. Cars running good as new now. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Am not gonna lie, at first I had my doubts about this place, but I took a chance and I'm Very glad I did. I spoke to the owner ( which I've spoke to customers myself due my work) and just by listening to him I could tell this guy is a True people person! He assured me of his work, time frame was right on. They replaced A/C compressor, filled with free-on at a price that I could NOT say No to. AND came with Great warranty, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Avila Auto Service and I'm going to when someone asks me for a mechanic!

Avila’s fixed up my car that was leaking coolant. They changed all the freeze plugs, water pump, and changed out a pulley that had been squealing. They did so in a timely manner and cheaper than other repair shops. They kept me updated by sending me pictures of the progress. Definitely always taking my car there!

I had a coolant leak and he found it immediately. He was very kind and didn’t try to take advantage of me being a woman and not knowing much about cars. His prices are very reasonable and he got it done in the time frame I needed it done because I was going out of town. I highly recommend Avilas Auto service for any of your car needs. The customer service is impeccable. He really works to give great communication making it easy to build trust with him. I had an issue with my car and took it in and got a diagnosis and everything was taken care of that same day. He did his best to acknowledge how efficiently I needed to have my car fixed. He thoroughly explained the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. I will go back to him for any car needs as well as recommend his services to everyone.

I shopped around for a mechanic for a while. Because I didn't want to get ripped off. I've been to his shop twice and he will do the job right and he'll fix it in a hurry. If you want a fair deal in a mechanic definitely go here.

Professional service. I didn't speak Spanish but the mechanic was helpful in making sure he explained what was needed and didn't charge a life savings price for his service. Definitely recommend. I will be a regularly returning customer.

This place was great. Juan was very kind and the prices were very reasonable. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need like a lot of places. I needed a lot of work done and now my truck drives like it's brand new.
