I can't say enough good things about Avo's Automotive & his team of honest, friendly, Service Professionals. I've used them for 2 years. They have accurately diagnosed and made repairs that eluded 2 other shops & 1 dealer. And they got it right the first time in each case. They use high quality parts and I know I am getting good advice & the best value on every dollar spent. They even let me know that some recommended services were not needed and would not affect the problems for which they were recommended. I've never had to bring my car back for the same problem twice.

Let me start by saying how knowledgeable Avo is about his craft, he was spot on with the problem, diagnosed it quickly and accurately. The time in and out of the shop was very quick, less than 2 days. From the time I dropped off my Jeep until I picked it up, they were providing me updates throughout the process. Even after I picked up my Jeep Avo's Automotive reached out to me again to follow up and make sure everything was good with the repairs. I am 100%, satisfied and impressed with this business. World class service and knowledge. Don't go anywhere else.

Really thrilled!! For the last 5 years since moving back to LA after college I've been struggling to find a decent shop. I feel confident I wont have to look any longer. The shop and Avo treated me with respect and took my concerns very seriously. They were very through, actually solving my cursed car's many issues after plenty of other shops had given up. I can finally get my tags again lmao

Been going to this mechanic shop for almost 7 years had many oil changes, tune-ups and transmission replaced. Smog checks for both cars were done within 15 minutes this place gets the job done top-quality. Ask for a Avo he will tell you what your car needs to be done he would not try to milk you. He uses top quality oil and transmission fluid do not go cheap on your car, spend the money knowing your car is well taken care of. Very friendly down to earth person.

I took my car to be serviced the morning of March 9th and it came to my attention that my car had been used for personal errands by two of the mechanics at this shop. They drove my car all the way to Montebello, around 16 miles to and from the mechanic shop. I know that the car needs to be driven for inspection but my understanding is that it is driven around the block no more than a mile or two. However, it is unacceptable that they used my car to pick up their lunch. I was told my vehicle would be done by three but the videos indicate that it was ready much sooner. Beware of leaving your vehicle unattended at this shop and check your miles and gas gauge before leaving.

Avos is amazing and I wish I lived here to be able to have these guys as my mechanic always! My car started acting like it was going to stall after a trip from SF to LA. I took it here and he figured out the issue quickly (hose came off) and spent more time explaining/educating than it took to diagnose. I fee like I understand my car better. He doesn’t want to charge me for anything because the work took 10 minutes. I’m going to see if I can strongarm him into letting me pay for the time. ;)

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received from the hard working men at Avo’s . There isn’t another mechanic I will ever take my cars to because Avo’s has earned my trust completely. What other auto shop in the world could you be quoted a price, agree to pay that price, yet actually pay LESS when the work is done? No where, but here and it just speaks to the standard of integrity this place holds itself to. Throughout the day I was kept informed and undated about the problems my car was facing and given options about how to proceed. I honestly felt my car was like a patient in the operating room, getting the best care available and I appreciate that level of consideration. All I can say is happy car, happy life. Thank you Avo’s!

I’ve dealt with so many mechanics and man I can honestly say Avo’s the real deal. Walked into his shop and immediately felt like family. No high-pressure sales, no unnecessary extras, just straight talk about what my car needed and his work was spot on. Every detail was taken care of and my car runs better than ever before.
