I had a 90's Bronco dropped off to get AC checked and an inspection where I specifically stated that the Bronco needs to make a long road trip across country and I needed a thorough inspection. AVP kept the Bronco for almost three weeks as they inspected and searched for AC housing parts. Part of my specific request was they check the 4x4 engagement and leaks. They told me the 4x4 engages and there were no leaks. When I got the Bronco back the 4x4 did not engage and there was a transmission pan leak and thermostat was not working AVP replaced the serpentine belt and the top radiator hose, searched for AC housing with no luck, inspected the Bronco (poorly as they didn't catch the bad thermostat and leak) and charged me north of $650. AVP put me in a bind with no time before I had to make the road trip, which should have been prevented with reasonable effort during the inspection. The only reason they get two stars is that they were really nice. Nice does not equal good.

I won't take my vehicles to anyone else. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the results. Great job!

After being told by my regular shop that I needed a new engine and basically pricing themselves out of trying to fix it, I was referred to AVP Automotive by a friend. After listening to what happened, AVP AUTOMOTIVE came up with a repair plan that was practical and affordable. It's nice to find a real repair shop that isn't just a remove and replace shop!

Would NOT RECOMMEND! This shop had my vehicle for 2 weeks and was unable to figure out the problem that another nearby shop (C.A.R.S) both isolated and repaired within 4 hours. AVP is also terrible at communicating: days would pass without a call to let us know their progress (or lack of), and when we called to get an update, one person would give completely opposite details of what was done/not done than what the mechanic claimed. Plus, they did things that were not even pertinent to the issue we asked them to fix. I really dislike making bad reviews, but this shop did us very badly.

I very highly recommend APV!!! I have a 1990 Mazda Miata (yep. First year model!). Because my wife and I love the car, we decided to get it completely refurbished. We went to a couple of different places that did some basic work but most stated that they didn’t have expertise or could not find parts. Finally, one of the shops recommended APV as having the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Took the car to them. They did ask if we had a specific time frame (we did not) as a complete overhaul (engine, frame, electrical) would take time. THESE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB!!! The car rides like new and the engine purrs with no leaks. APV! Thank you!!!

Amazing and knowledgeable. Fast. I took my car in bc my car kept dying. They had it diagnosed within a couple hours with multiple repair options. We started with the cheapest and most likely. Fixed. They also identified and repaired a coolant leak. Great people.

I would recommend this shop for all my car repairs. They was very informative with the repairs of my car and the amount it will cost. Their customer service was very professional and easy to talk with. They always answered my phone calls and text messages right way. They had my car in and out of their shop with in a day and most places wanted a week to keep my car. I want to say again Thank you for time and service

I don't even live in Tulsa area, but I'll go to AVP Automotive for my car maintenance. Aaron is trustworthy and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else for maintenance, if I could help it.
