The reviews don’t lie. Best experience I have ever had with a car shop/ mechanic. Fast, great price, and little touches like cleaning old parts they removed for the project and securing my grill with wire bc it had a broken clip.

Austin and Scott were so kind and amazing. Our 4Runner started making a rattling noise on the road. We were just passing through town late on a Friday and they were able to get us fixed up and back on the road super quick. We went to another mechanic in the last town and they couldn’t find the issue - we were only at A&W for five minutes and they knew what was wrong and how to fix it. Super fast and efficient! They were transparent with everything they were doing and did an amazing job fixing our vehicle. Life savers!

Good experience with A&W. Got diagnosed and repaired on a Friday last minute on an 02 Toyota Highlander which was overheating. Reasonable prices too! Thanks guys! We know where to take our car from now on!

UPDATE 6/3/24: as usual, I continue to go to a&w from LC to EP. It is very well worth the extra travel time and gas to go there. They did my water pump and thermostat as well as AC service. Great job a&w! Thank you! UPDATE 7/14/22:. Please be aware that they now have two locations. I come to the one off Burnham because it's more convenient for me. I've had excellent experiences in both places. Today, I met Ozzy at the new location and he's such a nice guy. My car got taken in right away and the new location is just amazing and comfortable. Good job Austin and his team! You will get very far and continue to grow. I'll be there with you all through your continuous growth and excellence. I really love bringing my car to A&W. Austin is a very polite and honest guy. His team worked on my car very well. They took their time to do quality work. Austin gave me a pay-in-cash discount that really helped a lot. I feel confident taking my car all the way to El Paso to get services done. My car had been taken there by the prior owner and he gave me history on my car that made me feel confident I made the right choice. I will continue to go there and recommend A&W to anyone who wants dealership work at a fraction of the cost. Thanks to all of you!

I am blown away by Austin's committment to his customers. We had the linkage come loose on our 2014 Highlander on a Friday and couldn't shift to any gear. I called Ozzy and Austin was at my house on a Friday late afternoon and fixed the problem in a manner of minutes! I am grateful for A&W and more specifically, Austin, for being a masterful technician and a good person.

I've been going to ANW Automotive since the original owner, Alvy, ran this business. El Paso has been extremely fortunate to have had honest technicians/mechanics continue running this shop. Austin at the new location and Scott at the Montwood location both will explain the diagnosis and repairs needed. The prices for the repairs are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive repairs.

Skip the hassle of the Toyota dealerships and take your Toyota to A&W. A&W offers high quality work at reasonable prices. With A&W I’ve serviced my front and rear diff with transfer case, cooling system service, induction service, transmission service, rotor and brake service and multiple lube, oil and filter changes. Personally, I think these guys are the best and happy to recommend them to anyone. They also update the carfax.
