Update 6 Sep 24: yet another amazing experience with Louie at Axion. He only uses OEM genuine parts, unless you specifically request otherwise, and I am still blown away by his fairness and honesty and overall personability. He has 100% won me over as a loyal customer. I could not be happier, if you have a Honda or Acura, don’t take your car anywhere else! The owner is honest and more than fair pricing! He will not do work that does not need to be done, and will give you an estimate of when you might need it in the future. He is personable and straightforward, and for someone who is always skeptical of mechanics, I felt completely comfortable. Very grateful I found Axion for my Honda.

After a horrible experience at a Honda dealership in El Paso, I was so blessed to have Axion Motorsports recommended to me. Louie from Axion Motorsports was professional, prompt with his responses, and explained everything very well. He even showed me all the parts they took out of my car to replace. It is very evident that he's extremely knowledgeable in his trade, loves cars, and truly loves what he does. This is the only place I'll take my car (Honda S2000) from this point forward and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Axion Motorsports for allowing me to trust a car service center again as I was skeptical of any and all places after my experience at the Honda dealership. Keep up the great work and work ethic!! 5 stars!

Vader sounds 100%! I appreciate the shop being flex with my unique schedule. All the work you’ve done on my car feels like nearly a ‘done deal’ Vader will be around for another 100,000 miles just in time for the new Prelude. As a single woman, mechanics make me dubious, your shop and all the work has me feeling very confident. I highly recommend this shop for Hondas! ps. Love the name on the key chain ( jejeje VADER )

Louie at Axion Motors is the best. I have been a client since 2017. Service is excellent, done in a timely fashion, reasonably priced, very ethical and accommodating. Honors his work. I broke down driving through El Paso, and Axion came highly recommended by friends. They found the part, and fixed the problem. Total professionals, excellent work, reasonable prices, and really nice people. I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend axionmotors for all automotive repairs including diagnosis, maintenance and repair. The superior service plus excellent customer interaction is my criteria for selection of a business. The price for total maintenance of my vehicle was half the price quoted by the dealership. The explanation and cost of needed repairs is given prior to any work being performed. Word of mouth recommendation is the best and I considered the abundance of positive reviews before selecting axionmotors.

The guy here doesn’t honor the warranty. I took my car back after he did the engine because it kept on leaking oil, he just said “it’s nothing related to what I did.” Then took it somewhere else and they had to clean up his mess. This place doesn’t honor any warranty because it’s too much work for him to redo the work but it looks very nice on paper and when he tells you about it. When he ends up in court is when he is going to learn to be honest

The team at axion were very quick to diagnose my cars issue(s), it had been sputtering and making a loud whine. An 08 civic that I heavily rely on for everything. Louie and his team got me in quick and got me going way faster than I imagined and a fair price. So much that I was able to finally get that AC cooling like new again. Go-to mechanic for life. Competent. Honest. Reliable.

Worst service. Took my car back to show that I was having the same problems. He just said that it had nothing to do with the work he did. No warranty at all after he charged whatever he wanted to charge. From now on I am only taking my car to the dealership because every independent mechanic is a liar and a thief

This place rocks. The auto techs know what they are talking about and what they do. They are a great alternative and will be my go-to place to fix any of my Hondas! Got a water pump kit that included the timing belt /tensioner and was repaired the same day! Very reasonably priced! The shop is super clean, you know they take what they do very serious and with pride!

Professional owner and mechanic trained at a Honda Center. He is honest and the best diagnostician. And he can find parts for a car that are difficult to find. I highly recommend Louis Arroyos.

The place to go for your Honda needs. Hands down a great guy, knows what he's talking about and will always be fair with you. Have been going here for quite some time. I highly recommend this place for your Honda. He's even corrected a best of the best business in El Paso who ruined my truck and charged me too much for bad work.

These guys are the best, I broke down in the desert in a blizzard at night traveling home to ATL from PHX, Found them on the web, got AAA to drop my car there. The guys jumped on it first thing in the morning and had a new alternator installed in just a few hours. Got me back on the road. I cant thank them enough.
