5 stars is the maximum allowed. Were that not the case, I would have chosen more. Nobody wants to be left stranded, right? It's a pretty helpless feeling. Yesterday evening, when that happened to me, I gave A-xpert a call (on a Sunday evening). Not only did they answer, he was quick to lend a hand, showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would and charged exactly what he quoted. An honest mechanic these days is rare, and I KNOW that I have found one. I can rest assured that if I ever need a good, reliable and trustworthy mechanic that I now know EXACTLY who to call.
