Terrible service. First off they were over 4 hours late. I called the scheduling lady 3 hours before my appointment and told her i had towed the truck to my house she sent the tech to the original location which added another 30 minutes but thats not all. The guy who came out had no clue what he was doing and was basically following my lead the whole time. Didn’t do any diagnostics whatsoever then tried to charge me $350 for a battery that the vehicle didn’t need he didn’t even have jumper cables or a jumpstarter had to use my cables completly UNPROFESSIONAL. The guy said he couldn’t even pull a code which is all i really needed them to do. ended up buying a scanner and hooking it up to it and pulled the codes it was a fuel issue just as i thought and had told him it had to be. I fixed it no help from them. I basically just lit $200 on fire.

These guys were a lifesaver today! Buying a car from out of state (I couldn't get to AZ myself) and needed an expert to inspect it before I spent a bunch of money. Called this morning and they got it taken care of by the afternoon. Jarred was fantastic doing the inspection and Igor was super helpful getting the whole thing set up for me. They made it easy. Very impressed. Igor was very thorough and efficient with an intermittent electric issue diagnosis in my Silverado. Resolved it for a very reasonable price, and without upselling.

Igor is fantastic!!! I just had my battery replaced and he did everything quickly. He even took the time to wait to make sure the car stayed working. I highly recommend this business. They are the only ones who were able to come out today and even called me back to let me know that there was an earlier appointment! Just wonderful!!!

At 7am this morning, we noticed the breaks on our 2018 Honda Pilot started scraping. We called AZ 1 Mobile and before noon, we had both front break pads replaced at a very affordable price. And I didn't even need to leave the house! Igor was friendly and polite and made sure he found us the best price on parts. We couldn't be happier with our experience with AZ 1 Mobile and will definitely use them again for future service.

Contacted AZ 1 after my wife heard grinding on our Honda Pilot brakes. Responded within minutes on price to come out and diagnose, arrived on time with positive attitude. Thorough diagnosis and quote. Work done quickly and price was extremely fair. Will use again and share with family. Igor was very pleasant and customer focused. Thank you

I’ve had Igor out to do a few jobs on my current and previous car and have been satisfied every time. He does quality work at a fair price and I have never personally met a mechanic with as good of customer service as him. Most mechanics are pretty uninviting but Igor is a cool dude and a hard worker, definitely recommend 👍

The mechanic failed to diagnose my car issues correctly. I got a second opinion and was told that Mr Igor burnt out the car's PCM when replacing the starter. After paying him over $1200 and missing days of work, the car is in worse condition and will cost me over $1500 additional to fix. The mechanic failed to admit the error and failed to provide me with any kind of reimbursement, failed and REFUSES to provide me with receipts and the funny thing is that he blames me for it..... unbelievable!!! I didn't want to post this but I remembered what Igor told me about another business "give them a bad review, it will hurt their business"....Karma!! ....And you are a liar!!! Never once did you ask me for a diagnosis!! I told you what the car was doing and you said that "It's usually always the starter when it does that....So you want me to bring one or do you want to provide one yourself?"....Stay away from the guy that all he talks about is his personal relationship with his ex ......very unprofessional.

Excellent prices, very humble and honest mechanic who does great work. Came to my house, even went to the store to get fluid for me that I did not provide. (Job: Clutch + Trans mount + Clutch Slave Cylinder + Clutch Bleed)

I called and talked to a lady told her what I needed to be done on my car and all she told me is that it would be $200 dollars and she didn't say anything about that the $200 was just for the diagnostic I had already checked around at other places and we thought that the $200 was a good deal so I called them and then it turned into $300 plus which was more than I had already checked out at a couple of other places so if you call them make sure that they tell you everything I can get the job done by a local auto shop why would I even call these people if it was going to cost me $30 dollars more

Never replaced berrings just abs sensor, ab light still on, never replaced ring. LIED about OTHER stuff wrong with car for more money, There watching , YouTube videos on how to fix car, was mean and rude, bully, wanted payment before work. Paid someone else knowledgeable to fix RIGHT, BEWARE, BE WARNED, ID STAY AWAY

I really cant say enough good things about AZ 1 Mobile Auto Repair. I give him ☆☆☆☆☆ for Experience, Availability, Price and professionalism. At first i was a little skeptical bc it just seemed to good to be true. Starting with the convenience. He was willing to come to us though our living situation didn't allow it so we took our car to him? We rented a car thinking he'd have it for a day or so and within just a few hours he called with the car finished. The price I'm not exaggerating when I say he did it for ⅓ of the price that other mechanics had quoted us and did it in less than half the time. It's been over a month since he worked on our car and I wanted to be sure that i left a review bc our experience really was exceptional and he will be our go to for any mechanical issues we have in the future.

Igor replaced the starter on my 2004 Nissan Xterra. He was so nice! I bought the wrong part (totally my fault) and he was so kind to help me get the correct part and finish the job. Next time, I'll just let him get the part. Truck works great now and we'll have him back to fix some other minor issues in the future. Would highly recommend!

Been 4months 1200$ and my vehicle still has no brakes. Try being patient and understanding and tried communicating with them with no success. Just want my money back and my old parts so I can go elsewhere but havnt received that either. Will be filing complaint with BBB. Update-owner honored gave me a full refund and made everything right.

Amazing experience with the AZ1 Team. They helped me install a new motor into my vehicle and went above and beyond during the process. My Honda Crosstour needed its front cv axle replaced. My husband knew what needed to be done and could have done it, but I’m sure he would have suffered and would have had to buy tools to do the job. He did some research and found AZ 1 Mobile Auto Repair. All I can say is WOW and thank you. My husband spoke with Evan, received the quote set up the appointment time and it went so smoothly. I can’t thank Evan enough for getting this job done in such a short amount of time and sparing my husband the grief I’m sure he would have endured if he did it himself and the amount of money we saved by NOT going to the dealer. I had an issue with my truck a/c blowing cool but not cold. I asked for a quote and the response was very quick, within the hour. So I explained what I needed and the quote was reasonable. Zack came out the very next morning. Very nice respectful man, Explained what he was going to do. Showed me his findings and told me he had to go and get a part from the store so he did that and fixed the problem! It was easy and very convenient and I would definitely call them again.

I just had Igor rebuild a 350s/b for my 1946 Ford. He did a great job and had to clean up the mess that someone else started. He was honest and hard working. I would recommend his services.

Was down in phx for when i noticed some strange noise. Had them replace a cv axle and they found a missing caliper bolt. They went out of their way to help with a missing bolt, and helped me out of a potentially fatal spot. After hours also. Definitely reccomend

I agree with all the comments here and I just want to say thank you to Igor. He did a great job. My fuel was leaking and he was able to fix it right away. We have several cars that are 20 years old and he knows what to do. I highly recommend AZ 1 Mobile Auto Repair. Also, if you like the convenience of having a mechanic come out to your house, then you will be very happy.
