Amir is horrible tried avoiding me I kept asking when my car will be done.I had to go up there and show my face and when I got it back it was still messed up for the problem I sent it for, on different cylinder tried charging me 100 dollars for one fuel injector. Found a set on Amazon for 40 bucks. and lost a 10mm nut on my intake bracket when I tried calling and telling him about what happened. He said he would call me and fix problem never called back never will come here again horrible business. Be careful HE WILL RIP YOU OFF and won’t fix problem

Accidentally got a scratch on my car while parked when someone backed into me. Found this place nearby and they were great! They were very affordable and professional and exceeded my expectations, looks like nothing ever happened!They were very communicative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend!

Best service ever. I just got a new car 2 days ago and someone side swiped my front passenger side while I was at work in the parking lot. It was just some small smudges but still new car and that happens. I was so sad and stressed, I brought it here and they got me in so fast and you can hardly tell anymore. I left very happy. And they were so friendly. 10/10. Thank you so much!!

I had a very satisfying and easy experience with these guys. I got rear ended while stopping at a red light. I went to two body shops and both of them told me I have to buy a  brand new bumper. However, these guys gave me a very fair  quote  and repaired/painted the old bumper. Honestly it looks exactly like before. They are super honest and I got the best quote from their shop. They are also very professional and their expertise is amazing. They gave me several options to choose according to my budget. I strongly recommend AZ Auto Repair and Body.

I have a 2000 Jaguar Vanden Plas which I have kept in excellent conditions over the years. Unfortunately with time and Arizona sun the clear coat started to fail on the hood. I asked for several bids and all but AZ Auto Repair attempted to charge up to $11k to repaint the entire car(!!!!!). AZ Auto Repair was the only response that honored my specific request instead of treating me like a target to milk money out of by upselling. The job that AZ Auto Repair did was excellent. The hood is perfectly matched and I had a couple of bumper blemishes done as well. The car is car to looking perfect for its next 24 years. Total cost $900. Thank you!!!!!!!! I highly recommend...

Heavy driveway out there from Gilbert to his shop only to tell me he can’t lift the car up and look under it because the lifts are taking up but he told me to come down there. I told him I’m driving far. I didn’t want to stay there anyway, because they didn’t have no air conditioner working, I don’t recommend nobody

Horrible shop and terrible owner. They scammed my daughters (who share a truck) when I was out of the country on deployment. They pretended they repaired a part, check engine light came on a week later, they took it to the dealership for diagnostics, dealership confirmed the new part was NEVER installed as they claimed. It wouldn’t have gone down like that if I were present! Women, ladies and girls…stay away! Take your service somewhere that will value you and your vehicle. Guys, if you have a wife, daughter or mother, think of her and how she would be treated here before giving them your service. Also, the reviews are fake…keep scrolling, the owner and employees left 5 star reviews and forgot to sign out of their Google accounts first! Unskilled and unprofessional “business”. No idea how they’re still open.

My whole experience from start to finish was such a smooth process. I texted in a picture of the scrap on my car, I got a quote back in minutes (it was also the cheapest quote I received) , dropped my car off the next day, and the job was complete within 4 days. My car looked good as new!! The customer service at AZ Auto Repair and Body is top notch, and they are one of the only body shops I've found that offered me a fair price! AZ Auto Repair is my new body shop 100%!!!

Pretty awful place. I trusted the reviews and took my Jeep in for some repairs. I had them replace all four brakes and discs and one caliper. The quote was $900 and within two months the brake was giving issues. Within 6 months the front driver side bearing was broken. I don't even take the jeep off-road or anything. To top it off, they returned my car with one of the hood latches missing. When I brought this to their attention, then claimed it was not missing and I lost it.

I took my car in for a second opinion from a diagnostic given from a different shop and it was the best decision I made. The mechanic there was very knowledgeable and helpful he was kind enough to explain everything in a way I understood perfectly and being a girl I’ve experienced many mechanics who just want to take your money and say your car needs this this and that. He found the issue almost instantly and fixed in a decent time frame unlike other shops where they take weeks even months with your car in there. Amir is a good shop owner. Also very good prices!!

These guys did a great job on my 740i. They were reasonably priced and the work was done in sufficient time. Would def recommend them for body work. I checked other locations and was told i need to replace the quarter panel. All the other shops saw was $$$ to me. Went in on a Sunday to check out the place (yes they are open 7 days a week) so you know they mean business. See the photos for Ya self. Appreciate you guys allot. #Golopes

Their mechanic is horrible. Shouldn’t be working there. The boss needs to fire him. Starts yelling and cussing out of nowhere. Very unprofessional. If he talks to people like that imagine how he talks to his kids and wife??? Don’t do business here

They stole $50 from my car and didn’t fix my oil leak. Went back multiple times but they couldn’t fix my original leak. Was still charged too and never got money back. STAY AWAY

If I could give -5 stars I would. Spoke with the mechanic and agreed to an oil change, alignment and electrical short repair and one tire. He also mentioned that it needed a new battery. We agreed to his quote for all services except the battery. We estimated approx $500 in repairs. Go to pick up the car and the bill was $1000+. My daughter reviews the bill and they are charging $450 for a battery, which we NEVER would have agreed to because our battery had a warranty. They are asked to remove the battery and put back the old one. They refuse stating they don’t have the old battery. They were asked again to remove the battery and the OWNER tells my daughter that if he removes the battery it will ruin the electrical and cost much more to repair. Again, asked to remove it and they refuse. My daughter calls me crying and I have to drive down there and get nasty in order to get the battery removed. The tire that they replaced for $175 we notice is not new. It was late in the day so we had to get a tow truck because there is no way we are leaving the car there. The tow guy tells us the tire is not new and already losing air. Still no battery which he states he will “try” and get tomorrow and as for the tire, doubt he will make it right when we send someone to pick up the battery. The manner in which they spoke to my daughter was clearly because she is a female and when I called him out he asked me to leave. Which I did step out, there was no way I was leaving my daughter there alone. In the end we paid $500, no battery and a used tire that was $175. We try to support local small businesses but then this happens. We still have to worry about the quality of the work they did do. So, lesson learned and please learn from our mistake of trusting them. Do better Az auto repair and body, do better.

We thought the job was well done until we found out the body shop damaged the front camera while working on the front bumper. At that time, the owner, Amir, admitted that the windshield had been replaced by a friend of his that he did not know the last name of, nor the name of the windshield company and could not provide an invoice or a warranty for the windshield replacement. No invoice for the complete job was ever provided. Amir reluctantly agreed to have a licensed specialist re calibrate the new windshield. Amir still refuses to fix the front camera. Besides posting the appropriate reviews on social media and filing a complaint with BBB, we are hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit with the Phoenix Court.

Do not judge a book by its cover. AZ Auto Repair & Body does not have that franchise look, but they do have that franchise quality. I was in town for a brief period of time and needed some body work done ASAP. I used the website to initiate our communication, ultimately providing photos of the damaged area. AMIR provided a quote which was acceptable, more important he promised the repairs to be completed within a couple of days by squeezing me into their schedule. When I brought the car to his shop he noticed a couple of other minor scratches that were not obvious from the photos, but still held his quote. The craftsmanship of the repair was 5 Star and he completed the repairs within the quoted time frame. Highly recommended.

I met AZ auto repair and body after needing some help getting a hitch installed on my Camaro. They were more than willing to help and went out of their way to get the hitch installed, I can say that I am relieved and happy they helped me out in a time a need. Very good people , when I brought my vehicle to be serviced for the next day , AZ Auto Repair and Body decided to work on my vehicle at the end of the day , so I won't have to ride the bus home or ride the bus to work in the morning , then ride the bus from my work at the end of the day to pick up my vehicle . That's a good service , you hardly ever get service like that any more . Thumbs up to AZ Auto Repair and Body 👍

I would highly recommend them they repaired my Honda fit bumper and side of my vehicle. They were very responsive and even detailed my car after the repair! Also they were very affordable.
