Took my car here last week because the metal part on the bottom of my car started hanging and dragging on the street while I drove. I did not have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in the very next day after I called. I dropped my car off early in the morning and they called me with an update within just a couple hours! Said it was a super simple fix, just needed some bolts replaced and they didn't even end up charging me! Would highly recommend this place!

*THIRD VISIT WITHIN A MONTH* Recently bought a vehicle that needed a few things looked over. I had tried a few other shops in the area but AZ Auto Works was absolutely the right choice for me. The front office is clean and simple. You're not walking through piles of broken cars, and grease stains and the sounds of power tools to get to the front desk. Liked that a lot. They had very reasonable labor/hour prices and were very communicative about what the problems were and the options to fix them. What I liked most was their HONESTY. I had a problem that I thought would cost and arm & a leg to fix, but they took good care of the issue for a lot less. Also pointed out other issues that could become problems, and how urgent they needed to be addressed. Most of all, they worked around my schedule. I did not have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and the work was done promptly, with the car being ready to pick up twice ahead of schedule. Great team, they deserve all the good business they can get. Will return after I break another part on my offroad rig!

Amazing service, team and great results! Cars AC went out and engine began to overheat, contacted Charles who scheduled service the very next day. He identified the problem on the spot, provided a quote and completely fixed the car that same day. No surprises or up-charges, straight to the source of the problem and as a courtesy he reviewed future maintenance work to keep an eye out for. Could not say enough good things about this experience with Charles and his team! Would highly recommend!

Love this place! The service I received was so fast and efficient. Charles explained everything that needed to get done on my car so thoroughly so that I understood what was happening! I’ve been taking my vehicle that is modified here for quite some time, they always make sure that when I leave it’s up to there standard. Great manager and boss over there. There techs know what they’re doing too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What a great place. Came here got my brakes done, I was close to work, did a great job on them, and I got my vehicle back the same day. Dropped it off in the morning it was ready by 2:00. Lots of parking, easy access. I don't take my truck just anywhere, it has to be recommended. :)

Aaron does great work! He’s fixed both my AC and an engine issue. Both times he far surpassed the service of dealerships I had been to for the same problem. No nonsense and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my cars to Aaron since the opening of his shop. Aaron & his team are the best in providing the service we all look for in a mechanic. They are honest, trustworthy, fast, and affordable. I am so happy to have found them! I recommend them to everyone. My 2008 honda civic loves them too! I drive it a lot since I use it for work. They help me maintain it, and it never has broke down. :)

I found AZ Auto worx about 6 months ago from a referral from a friend. I believe they have been honest and truthful about what’s needed and not needed as far as repairs go. I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with 84,000 miles on it. I started looking for an independent shop when my extended warranty expired. Now that my Jeep is reaching the second stage of its life there’s been some growing pains between us so having a professional opinion helps. Az auto worx has replaced my struts and lower control arms as well as an oil change. I highly recommend them!

I travel 40 miles from Tempe to have AZ Motor Worx service my cars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time I leave the shop I feel like I’ve got a new car. I’m always amazed at how I’m informed along the way. It’s always ready when promised. Aaron isn’t just the proprietor and a mechanic. He’s the MAN!!!

I've taken my car to AZ Auto Worx multiple times now and have always been impressed with the service I receive from the time I walk in the door until my car is finished. The service advisor has excellent customer service skills and always explains what my car needs and why. The mechanics are thorough and have done an excellent job each time I've been there. I took my car to a dealership for an oil change and inspection, I left with a feeling of distrust, and an inspection quoting over $4,000. I was done going to dealerships but more importantly I was worried about how I could afford something like that out of nowhere? I had to get second look but didn't know where to go, finally I decided to go to a small shop for the first time of my life. I handed my receipt from the dealership to the technician and asked if I really need to be worried and if I could cross one off the list and get an alignment. I relaxed in the waiting room for less than an hour before being called out to my car. All my doubts were set aside by the pure knowledge and passion of the technician. They showed me what I actually need to worry about, and what I can relax about for now. The $4,000 booklet I handed them turned into a $79.99 alignment and a roadmap for the right approach of taking care of my car. First the alignment was significantly cheaper and faster than the dealership, but it was the first time I left a shop and felt like I was in good hands. Everyone was so passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly! I'm excited to bring my car back, pay an affordable and reasonable cost, and leave with a plan for the next thing on the list.

He is fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable, etc, etc. Most important, He is honest with customers. Great workmanship! Took my 21 mustang gt to over 5 shops, and was told by every other shop I needed thousands of dollars of repairs to fix the popping in my front end. Was referred to az autoworx and immediately felt comfortable by the honesty of cj and Aaron . They looked over the car and immediately found the sway bar end link was causing the popping noise, they fixed it in less then 1hr and I was charged $125.00. I was so impressed by the honesty and attention to detail. I will be getting other work done on the car in the near future. This will be my go-to shop from here on out. I recommend them to anyone that needs a second opinion. Go check them out!
