Please don’t go here even if you are in emergency. I called him for then engine light showing in my car, he told me to buy all four o2 sensors, its funny there’s only two when I checked in with professional mechanic. They told us that he installed the wrong ones and even damaged the one he installed😂. Bro like don’t stop rigging other people bro. He charged me 175$ for diagnosing the problem plus 462$ for the parts and 425$ for installing them. When I called him what did you charge me 425$ for? He started abusing. Have a great one Mr. John

John was great! Did what I asked and then some and didn’t charge me for things he could have. Very knowledgeable, will use again and definitely recommend to others when they need a mechanic outside normal hours or for the mobility he provides!

*Edit to add that the mechanic called me back after this review was posted and called me every name under the sun, including the ones that start with “B”. This response from the “management” is giving “someone else typed this for me”…and as I stated while John was yelling profanities in my ear, he needs therapy and also needs to understand that the 40+ 1-star reviews say that YOU are the common denominator. Just called to inquire about getting work on my car. I already knew what the issue was, but the mechanic insisted on the $175, which would be waived if I chose to go with him. This wasn’t a problem. The mechanic also said that he only accepts cash. I explained that would be no issue, but since my car wasn’t working, I would have to make arrangements to go to the atm. He went on a very disrespectful rant about how he was annoyed and I politely ended the call. Such a shame that I couldn’t help this black owned business due to his ego and attitude.

I needed a good mobile mechanic for my father whose car broke down while pulling my trailer. It was a Sunday. John came out and fixed it on the spot. It was not an easy job! Super grateful and blessed to have someone I could rely on and who knew his stuff! Highly recommended.

He is extremely rude. Attitude and customer service goes a long way. I was going to patronize with him however his poor attitude and lack of customer service lost him business. I am a loyal consumer and would’ve brought him a lot of business.

Used him once to replace a battery. The battery died within 6 months. Call him out for a service call. He estimated his arrival at 11AM. He stated he was running slow on a prior job. When he still had not shown up at 4PM, I called again. He admitted he could not make the appointment. Very, very unreliable. Use someone else.

John is a one man wrecking crew! On call 24/7 or as humanly possible & very professional with customers! I have a 97 Toyota 4Runner that needed a fuel filter to be replaced. He replaced it but found it also needed a wire harness. He looked around but no one had it so he went to a pick a part in the rain and got one. He came back that night & finished the job at minimal cost. Excellent worker!! I would recommend BnB Mobile Mechanic to anyone at all. In a bind or not!!

I had lost and had ruined break pads, my break fluid was leaking, my back two rotators needed a full replacement, and all before I needed to make deadlines they day before. The mechanic not only came when called upon, but he got me the fairest deal and lowest deal for the parts cost for me and helped me out with a low labor fee. He then worked from noon all the way into the late evening in the cold without a complaint and kept it entirely professional and was more than kind. Before hand, when he said he needed cash, he was considerate enough to offer me a ride when I said I would try to get the funds asap out of the ATM. Whatever the bad reviews are, they really do lie about this man's hard work, professionalism, and caring nature. I couldn't have asked for a better saving grace than this gentleman right here.

He came out I didn’t have to wait too long. He never said he couldn’t do it which I appreciate. I didn’t know what to do since I’ve never broke down before. He really came through for me. When it rained he stayed there tell it quit and finished the job. We need more mechanics like this that care and take pride in there work 💪 I needed a new belt and tension pulley is what was wrong with the car.

I read a lot of reviews prior to calling … as we are new to texas … let me just say I am SO HAPPY I CALLED. First a lot of reviews were that the tech John was rude, or confrontational ect. I’m sorry I didn’t get that from him …. He is definitely a straight to the business person and that’s ok! I called for a mechanic not a new friend .:… or someone to talk to ! He was very informative, respectful, understanding and knows his business! We called on a Saturday at 7pm he was to our house by 830 or so told us what the issues were explained in detail what we needed to get said he’d be back Sunday morning. He was back Sunday morning and had our vehicle back up and running by 2pm … we are eternally grateful for the service quality, customer service , punctuality, we have a couple more things that need to be fixed and when the parts arrive John will be on speed dial!!!! B&B will be our go to …. And will be who we recommend to anyone that’s asks for a reputable, affordable mechanic! Thank you B&B and John for getting us back on the road ontime to get to work and life!!

John came out and handled business. My 2012 Chrysler is back up and running. He also quoted me a price I couldn't turn down. He traveled a pretty good distance. My car wouldn't even turn over now its roaring with power. No check engine lights on. I thought it was just a battery but needed a new altenator and serpentine belt plus a new radiator pump. Very pleased with the work he did, fair pricing and expertise. This company really came through in a huge way. I'm back to work. If I need any work done will definitely call again. Recommended.

John was amazing! Answered the call on a triple digit heat Sunday afternoon to replace a belt for us. Not only did he work quickly but he was honest. Super rude and unprofessional. I also took time to edit my review after the business replied to my review trying to gaslight me. If you read all the other negative reviews with this company they do NOT take any accountability and claim the customer cussed at them or talked to them crazy. Which he also did to my review. I am not above calling people out. These people or person is extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone and actually hung up in my face ( hence why I made the negative review.) Hopefully he’ll take time to reflect on his actions instead of shift blaming. Be blessed!

This guy deserves NEGATIVE RATING. Said $175 will go towards fixing. He came and literally spent 10 mins and adviser that i need to take it to the shop. I asked him how much he would charge he said $475. He was not in the mood to fix the vehicle. He just wanted to Earn $175 for nothing. I said you never said that you would charge me this much just to come and he was 10 mins far from my place. He was shouting and using inappropriate language in front of my kids. He said that he is calling police and i did call too and made a report on him. He offered me $275 but i said no because i have doubt if he is going to messup instead of fixing l. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY He is short temper. so be careful

This guy is hands down the truth at fixing cars and he definitely gets A+++. Very great with his prices. I had him change the Alternator on my Chrysler Sebring Convertible and he came right out did an excellent job 👍👍👍👍👍. Great customer service all they way. I called this Mobile Mechanic to replace a broken serpentine belt on my car, the mechanic was so rude and unprofessional, I paid 175$ just to replace the belt- he didn’t diagnose the issue because I told him what’s wrong with the car and i took off the wheel by myself , when he finished he refused to put back the wheel, He refused the credit card and asked only for cash and without receipt.

He came out fast but has not helped properly, didn't have cable and he went to buy cable didn't call and come back,when I call he said he won't come. Then later on he came back with no cable and only wanted to chance peace of metal but the problem was damaged battery cable. He was just in hurry get some money but do nothing

I contacted the mobile services on a Saturday 5/21/22 I was told it was $175 to see what the issue is and if I decided to get it fixed it would go towards my services. That did not happen I wasn’t able to obtain the part I needed because parts were closed on weekends. He stated he would go to pull a part and get the part I asked how much he stated $700. I waited until parts were open and explained he doesn’t have to remove the part. I found a part on 5/23/22 I asked how much the service would be he said $400.00 I asked if my 175 would go towards the services he said no, that’s gone I should’ve paid 700 for extra work and money. John is rude uses profanity and shouldn’t service anyone. All he did was cost me more money. Go to a shop!!! I’m currently at Mechanic shop turns out I don’t need the part and John took it apart and kept my screws. This place is a rip off and should be shut down.

I see all these reviews about this Mechanic. His responses are very funny and unprofessional. I see a 125 trip fee charged automatically even if they can't do anything about it you will get charged haha. Business sounds like a whole scam look somewhere else.

They came out quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it within a few hours. Prices were up front, transparent, and very reasonable considering it's a 24hr emergency service. Everything was closed since it was Sunday and they were life savers.
