Had two different appointments within the same month, both for different damages done on my vehicle. Everyone was very nice both times. I trust them and the work is efficient. They even waited after closing time to make sure I could get my vehicle back since I was catching rides. I appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy.

Fixed broke out rear passenger window and key ignition car was stolen. They cleaned glass and re-tinted window great job. Was able to drop off enterprise rental with as well.

Very friendly, courteous, and professional people. It was convenient. They worked close with the insurance company. The rental was picked up there. The repairs were done good and done days earlier than expected. They also cleaned up the inside of my car. Yes I recommend them.

This is the third time I’ve gone to them for collision repairs and the level of service & communication is top notch! They work closely with you insurance carrier to get payment & coverage resolved. They took a while to fix my car(there was four other cars in line to get fixed before me), but they were super helpful with any questions I had, texted constant updates, and even answered my questions when I called after getting my car and having my car at another shop. I’d recommend them.

Usually i've been happy with the service from B St. But this time i'm disappointed. My doors will not lock using the primary lock on driver side door so I have to get out and lock each door individually. My key fob will not work. I was told to get batteries for it. Just disappointed.

The Folks at B Street Collision could not have done a finer job restoring my subaru after being rear ended. It looks like it never happened. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car which was a very pleasant unexpected surprise. Thanks Ya’ll.

They are very courteous and handled the insurance requirements. They did a through inspection and did an excellent job of repairs. Was in the shop a minimal time.

I was excited to learn that B Street Collision center which Baxter Toyota (where I bought my 2014 Avalon) recommended, had a location close to where I live. I have had this car repaired several times at Dave's Auto body, also connected to B Street way up north in Omaha at the Irvington road exit. I had one estimate a few days ago. And decided to go to the Baxter Toyota recommendation of B Street. I just left the downtown Paul Street location and I'm totally disgusted! The guy that did the estimate kept adding and adding and adding and telling me things that they were going to add so it started out $6,600 then it went up to $7,800 and then the final idiotic thing he told me was that to figure on $10,000 for a total. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! The B Street estimate was totally bogus!!! A total scam, and it was way more than double my first estimate. Guess where I'm going? I will never, ever deal with B Street or any of their locations ever again! Horrible experience! After giving Dave's Auto Body thousands and thousands of dollars in the past years.

They were great! Neil gave us the estimate and told us when the car would be fixed. He had the car ready when he told us it would be ready. They did what they said they would do. We will go back to B Street Collision anytime we need car repairs.

Well, I crashed my wife's car while she was out of town and I needed a miracle. The new B Street Collision Center north Lincoln was able to grant me a miracle and get my car in for repair. The team at B Street did a fantastic job. Thank you so much!
