Efficient and timely. Great work! Keeps you updated as much or as little as you want through the work. Was out of town and not back by the time they finished (well ahead of schedule) and they held my car inside until I was back. Have used them twice and definitely recommend!

I went in yesterday for an estimate in which I was there over an hour. I cannot remember the service reps name in Irvington but after the wait he gives me an estimate that did not include all of the damage to my car that should have included the suspension. As I'm talking with YOU and asking wad it safe to drive my car because my DASHBOARD states WARNING you go on to tell me it should be OK but it wasn't enough time to check the suspension but give an est. Of 6,000 dollars. My bumper wad hanging fuse box exposed I asked could it at least be covered. You then proceed to state you'll see what you can do. Leaving you duck tape the fusebox with GREEN tape. Bend the bumper hanging trying to basically continue to damage wrapping in this green tape on top of leaving the fuse box hanging as you were pulling. I felt as though my customer service was not valued and only dealt with me because you think after all that I would have B Collision Repair. I asked you why you couldn't get something to tie to the bumper instead of this green tape that was apparent you used to pacify me and you couldn't use body shop materials but gave me this estimate. You were abrupt and rude on top of dealing with my damage you now have me riding with green tape wrapped within the damage. You treated me sub standard and my car has WARNINGS you said I should be ok.

During the repair process, I was given regular updates, and Sam answered all of my questions. Got into a fender bender, and they got me in as quickly as they could. Dropped it off Sunday night, was back in my possession Thursday. Email, text, and calls keeping me up to date each step. It's really hard to match the color of my car but they did a fantastic job. It looks like when I bought her. I had a custom license plate frame & they found me the closest match possible, WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT. Can't speak highly enough of the work & the team there.

They got me in the soonest out of the dozens of auto body shops that I called. Dropped my truck off for front end repair on 12/20/24. I expected between 1-2 months, personally, cause the ice storm had just happened. B street estimated my truck to be done on 1/6/25 ended up getting it back on 12/30/24. The repairs met my expectation and the repair time was superior. Also, they let me drop my rental off there which allowed me to avoid the brain damaged employees at Enterprise.

Using B Street to repair my car was easy. First, I took my car in to get an estimate and it was quick and easy and we went over everything that would occur with the repairs. I returned on the date and time they provided me for the repairs. I spent just a few minutes with the receptionist going over information. They also had an Enterprise driver there waiting for me ready to take me to get a rental car. They told me the repairs would take probably about 3 weeks. I ended up getting my car back within 10 days and the repairs were amazing. I feel like my car almost looked better then it did before I took it in. When picking up my car they just had me leave the keys for the rental and were going to take the time to return it for me so I didn't need to spend the extra time doing that. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I would 100% use B Street again.

Clint was amazing! My vehicle had a rear-end collision and we took our vehicle to B Street in an effort to be proactive. After, we made a claim with the insurance company who informed us to go to authorized or vendor specific collision center. The two quotes were vastly different! It took a while to get our hail damaged car in for repairs but it was certainly worth the wait. This company was an absolute joy to work with. I used them to repair my ram 1500 through an insurance claim. They were a month backed up but was well worth the wait. They provided constant communication on where my truck was at in repairs. I didn't have to haggle with insurance to cover the extra costs after they determined the damage was going to cost more. They asked me before they did any extra work or asked what I wanted before advancing. Also they detailed my truck so that was a pleasant surprise getting in it after. They are well worth the wait and whatever you end up paying is fair to the quality of work...which comes with a lifetime warranty.

This place is a joke. My grandma went to get her car fixed here last here for some front end damage. I ended up buying her car shortly after. The hood was not aligned right. They forgot to put a bolt into the hinge under the hood on the passenger side. I took the car back and told them. The bolt was sitting under the hood the whole time. There is moisture build up in the passenger side headlight. I was told by the advisor that he would reach out to Toyota and ask for a new headlight and he would let me know either way what they say. I never heard anything after that. Definitely would not recommend taking your car here.

B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)! They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them!

This place is good as far as fixing cars,but the only problem I had was they told me they have chargers for EV(they don’t), and whoever drove my car didn’t know that owners have an app for where u drove the car or battery updates. They had miscommunications with pick up dates too, and battery almost died bc notifications keep popping on my dash stating I need to turn off ac so I can make it home due to low battery when it was so hot that day.
