This place is a joke. My grandma went to get her car fixed here last here for some front end damage. I ended up buying her car shortly after. The hood was not aligned right. They forgot to put a bolt into the hinge under the hood on the passenger side. I took the car back and told them. The bolt was sitting under the hood the whole time. There is moisture build up in the passenger side headlight. I was told by the advisor that he would reach out to Toyota and ask for a new headlight and he would let me know either way what they say. I never heard anything after that. Definitely would not recommend taking your car here.

This company was an absolute joy to work with. I used them to repair my ram 1500 through an insurance claim. They were a month backed up but was well worth the wait. They provided constant communication on where my truck was at in repairs. I didn't have to haggle with insurance to cover the extra costs after they determined the damage was going to cost more. They asked me before they did any extra work or asked what I wanted before advancing. Also they detailed my truck so that was a pleasant surprise getting in it after. They are well worth the wait and whatever you end up paying is fair to the quality of work...which comes with a lifetime warranty.

Clint was amazing! My vehicle had a rear-end collision and we took our vehicle to B Street in an effort to be proactive. After, we made a claim with the insurance company who informed us to go to authorized or vendor specific collision center. The two quotes were vastly different! I went back to Clint and B Street because it's a name in the industry that I trust. Clint is the reason why. He went above and beyond. He kept me informed at every stage of the process. It took a while to get our hail damaged car in for repairs but it was certainly worth the wait. B Street worked with us and our insurance company to determine the best possible way for the repairs and stay within the budget. The repair work was done professionally. The front desk staff and technicians kept us well informed of each step along the way. It made our experience seamless.

I thought the level of personally keeping you informed was spectacular of Clint. Then my Rogue turned out beautiful. I could not of been more impressed with either of these two services. The craftsmanship will keep me coming back but Clint’s performance makes it for life. Michael

B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)! They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them!

This place is good as far as fixing cars,but the only problem I had was they told me they have chargers for EV(they don’t), and whoever drove my car didn’t know that owners have an app for where u drove the car or battery updates. They had miscommunications with pick up dates too, and battery almost died bc notifications keep popping on my dash stating I need to turn off ac so I can make it home due to low battery when it was so hot that day.

Awesome when they were Dave’s. Had great experiences every time. Today however not so much. First and foremost what was done should have been a simple 1 maybe 2 hour job. It took 6 hours. Then they ended up adding more labor into what was done and didn’t tell me until after it was done so I couldn’t discuss the price and take my car somewhere else or refuse the work. Added $60 more onto my already more than what the work was worth bill. So I’m very disappointed to say the least. I miss Dave’s!

These guys are a bit on the pricey side but that's because they don't cut corners. OEM parts. Fantastic paint. Perfect recalibration. They talk to you about every detail and communicate throughout the process. Definitely worth an estimate.

Everyone is amazing at B street collision center!!! They took ALL the stress out of getting me back in my car after I was side swiped. They had my rental car set up they dealt with the insurance I got my car back 10 days early they did an amazing job they even cleaned the inside of my car 😊. Thank you so much!!! Courteous and professional. That is how I would describe B Street / Dave's. Once they got in the needed parts, they gave me a projected completion date and stuck to it. And when a low-flying flock of birds scored direct hits on a number of cars, including mine, they gave me a second car cleaning. Not that I hope to need more body work, but if I do, I'll be back.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and great with communication. They got us in right away and kept us updated every step of the way.
