No one ever wants to have a reason to bring their vehicle to a collision center, but if it ever happens that you need to, I highly, highly, recommend B Street Collision! Every step of the process was easy, informative, quick, and I truly never had to wonder about what was happening with our vehicle. They worked directly with our insurance, arranged the rental vehicle, took care of our rental vehicle when repairs were done, kept us informed every step of the way, and were kind and thoughtful with every interaction! This seriously couldn’t have been a better experience! I had the unfortunate experience of having a business damage my vehicle when I was inside their store. I took my truck to Corey at B Street and gave him the insurance company info for the other business and asked him to make my truck as good as new. He handled all the insurance nonsense and even took care of setting up the rental car while it was in the shop. I would get text updates and the job was even done early. The truck looks fantastic and I did not have to deal with the insurance company at all. I would definitely recommend B Street for any auto body repairs.

My experience with B Street was 5-star. Lucy was responsive to all texts and calls, and helped get me quotes, answers, and provided guidance on issues I had dealing with another party's insurance. Once repairs started, Cory kept me updated. Repairs took about a week and I was provided updates via email, text, and call. I would recommend this location and its services to others, and if I ever need repairs again (hope not), will definitely be back at this B Street location.

B Street was recommended to me by my Toyo Techs mechanics. The staff was so easy to work with. They were professional, courteous and did an awesome job on my car. Great customer service and workmanship. Kept me updated through texts through each stage of the process. You could never tell most in one side of the car has been replaced and repainted. Highly recommend. Would never use any other repair shop for any future needs.

This shop is very professional and courteous. I love their standard is OEM parts. I was was kept very informed throughout the process. Even while overbooked from hail damage work in the community, they took me in and attempted to get done early. They got my hopes up on early, but but actually delivered on time...can't really complain about that.

I accidentally ruined my passenger side door and had to get the whole door replaced, B Street stepped in and saved the day! I dropped my car off the 6th and was quoted til the 19th. They called back me back on the 13th and told me I could pick up my car. I am impressed not only that but very thankful for the entire staff who worked with me. You can't even tell there was any work done on my vehicle. I appreciate the patience with me and working diligently to get my car back to me! Outstanding job guys, I barely had to talk with my insurance company because they had it handled. I will recommend anyone who needs repairs to go to them! S/o to Cory & Lucy for being my main point of contact for updates, and the entire crew who put together my car! <3

Super helpful! We had a garage fire with our car right next to the fire. We went in on a Monday morning unannounced, and instead of being rude, they were super helpful and got us what we needed and got us on our way in no time. Thanks for helping us in a stressful time!
