I accidentally ruined my passenger side door and had to get the whole door replaced, B Street stepped in and saved the day! I dropped my car off the 6th and was quoted til the 19th. They called back me back on the 13th and told me I could pick up my car. I am impressed not only that but very thankful for the entire staff who worked with me. You can't even tell there was any work done on my vehicle. I appreciate the patience with me and working diligently to get my car back to me! Outstanding job guys, I barely had to talk with my insurance company because they had it handled. I will recommend anyone who needs repairs to go to them! S/o to Cory & Lucy for being my main point of contact for updates, and the entire crew who put together my car! <3

B Street staff were helpful, clear about repairs needed. They work with Baxter Toyota, State Farm and Enterprise car rental, making it easy to coordinate work and transportation. Kept me updated on progress of repairs and finished ahead of schedule. Car looks like new. I am well satisfied with outcome .

I had dropped my truck off for hail damage repair (it was my first time at a body shop). They walked me through the process and I walked out of there feeling very confident in the place, as well as the boys making it all happen in the shop. I got a call a week AHEAD of my deadline saying my trucks ready for pickup. I couldn’t be more happy with how well of a job they did. If I didn’t know how extensively they had to rip it apart, you’d never be able to tell. They had this thing down to just a roofless cab with no interior and slapped it together like an Ikea table with all the instructions. I’ll never take my cars to another shop, B Street is my favorite street.

Super helpful! We had a garage fire with our car right next to the fire. We went in on a Monday morning unannounced, and instead of being rude, they were super helpful and got us what we needed and got us on our way in no time. Thanks for helping us in a stressful time!

We had a great experience with B Street. The whole process was super easy from scheduling, to drop-off, to repairs. We really appreciated the great communication throughout the process. We were quoted about 10 days, but they finished repairs in 7 and we were very happy to have our vehicle back early. The repairs look great as well.

Perfect service. Can’t think of anything to suggest for improvement. Scheduling my appointment, text reminders, ease of drop off, regular status updates and delivery a week ahead of planned date!
