i used to think this was an honest shop till i took my class c motorhome to have the check engine light checked. it was fixed and the light came off...i was charged for a new egr valve....2 months later the check engine light came back on...the code came back...bad egr valve i opened the hood and found the egr valve well i noticed one of the hoses connecting to the egr valve had fallen off....i pulled the egr valve to examine it...and it was the original one with the original date on it. plug in the hose that had fallen off and the check engine light disappeared....they scammed me for around $280...would of cost $450 at todays prices

BAAM Thank goodness honest mechanics still exist! We brought our car there after a friend recommended them. We had just been told we needed a new engine at $8,700 from another shop in the northwest valley. Even though BAAM is not in our neighborhood we will only use BAAM in the future. Mohammad was able to pinpoint the problem (headgasket)and a few other parts, the bill came to under $2,000. He also said the remainder of the engine was in fine shape and would be dependable for quite a while yet. Thank you Mohammad for being a man of God, honest and reputable. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

I have been taking my Toyota rav 4 to Mohammed at Baam Auto for years, since I got my car. I have had nothing but amazing customer service and a refreshing honesty about issues with my car. This place is definitely a shop that Can be trusted.. I brought my Buick over to him because Nevada decided to change the Classic Rod and Classic vehicle loophole and it was time to get my 1997 Buick Regal Smog ready.. Muhammad went through the car with a fine tooth comb and fixed All the issues at a reasonable and fair price .. My Buick passed smog in flying colors and is a joy to drive again .. Thank You Brother ..! He is definitely a professional and one who will have my business for as long as i live in Las Vegas.....!

This location need to be close they are 100% not responsible and do not take responsibility on problems they made . Visit this place few days ago fix some electronica issue in my car instead of fixing they made it worse. For sure I won’t visit this place again I did not think you would react differently. It just proves your credibility. Lucky you revealed to everyone who you are and how responsible your business is. You will not see me coming to this area because you are a worthless brat and do not value customers.! I'm disgusted with people like you
