I’ve been using Babacar Auto Repair for about 8 years. He's worked on my 2002 Toyota Highlander until I purchased my 2013 Rav4 in 2018 until present and he keeps it running. I use my extended warranty service there for certain annual freebies that they (ENDURANCE) offer i've had various repairs done on my cars over the years with no problems I've recommended him to my friends that's how confident I am with his work and they are well pleased with his work. His staff are very nice and efficient. He's come to pick up my car for me band he does use the disgnostic tool to check out your car. I call him my PRIMARY CAR PHYSICIAN. Try him you won't be disappointed. My friend had an emergency in the rain with her windshield wipers they stopped working the other day in the rain. She called the dealer they told her to bring the car in the next day so they could diagnose it to have it fixed. That's wasn't helping her we were in the rain. I told her about Babacar we drove there they checked it out and fixed it on the spot for about 3 times what the dealer would have charged her. Try him.

I noticed this business during my own travels in the neighborhood. I was looking for another good mechanic because my usual mechanic is so busy he can no longer take walk ins. Long story short I solicited this business and I am so far extremely satisfied with the results.

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE!! This is a horrible place. My car has more problems now than when I brought my car to this shop. I went here only because my warranty company sent me here. One block away from picking my car up from the shop, the front sub frame from under the car dropped completely and hit the floor. This was unreal. And can you believe he said it wasnt him, even though he just replaced my transmission. smh. I refused to go back and had it towed to another company. lol... you are in for it if you go here.

THIS IS A VERY BAD SHOP. HE BREAK MY CAR. HE PUT USED PARTS AND SAY NEW. CAR HAVE DENTS AND SCRATCHES NO THERE BEFORE. MY CAR BRAND NEW NOW MY CAR DRIVE VERY VERY BAD. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BACK ON SAME DAY I PICK UP. OWNER SAY SOMETHING ELSE NOW. FRONT WHEEL FALL OFF ON HIGHWAY BECAUSE THEY NO TIGHTEN SCREWS. VERY VERY BAD PPL THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO. HORRIBLE, BAD PLACE. BECAREFULLY HE THIEF AND DONT KNOW WHAT HE DO. HE BREAK MY CAR WORSE THAN BEFORE I TELL U.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SHOP I EVER BEEN TO. I BROUGHT MY CAR THERE FOR A TRANNY ISSUE - THEY DO NOT DIAGNOSE, THEY JUST CHANGED PARTS THEY "THINK" IS THE PROBLEM. I AM A MECHANIC MYSELF AS A HOBBY SO I KNOW A THING OR TWO. THEY CHANGED THE MOTOR MOUNTS. WHEN I PICKED THE CAR UP IT HAD A DENT IN THE HOOD AND THE SAME ISSUE. THEY NEVER FIXED THE DENT, HAD AN EXCUSE EVERYTIME IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FIXED. BABA THEN SAID IT WAS THE TRANSMISSION. ONCE AGAIN HE REPLACED IT AND STILL THE SAME ISSUE. I EVENTUALLY WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND ME AND THE MECHANIC FINALLY FIXED THE ISSUE. WE HAD TO REPLACE THE MOUNTS AGAIN BECAUSE HE PUT THE CHEAPEST MOUNT YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND. THE CAR HAD A INTENSE VIBRATION AND CRAZY SOUNDS WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND BABA SAID.. IT MUST BE THE MOTOR MOUNT... THE ONE YOU JUST CHANGED??? THEY ALL THE WORST.. THE TRANNY WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND WASNT ALIGNED WITH THE ENGINE, THERE WERE BOLTS MISSING EVERY WHERE, I WAS FINDING LITTLE PARTS HERE AND THERE IN MY ENGINE WHILE SEARCH FOR CLANKING SOUNDS, WIRES WERE BROKEN, SCRATCHES ON THE FENDER THAT WERE NEVER THERE.THEY SAY, WE "THINK" IT'S THIS... OR THAT.... DON'T SAY NOONE WARNED YOU.

Baba and his wife welcomed me into the shop like family. They took care of all my needs in a timely fashion, and offered extremely personable customer service. They made me feel at ease, unlike Pep boys, which was the first place I attempted. Baba has gotten himself a long time client. He’s been in business for 30 years, and it shows.
