Mo was really helpful in fixing the plastic cover under my car! It needed to be replaced, and the staff got it done very quickly. Mo helped source a less expensive replacement for me that he picked up himself the day of. Overall, going here for my auto needs was worth it and made my life so much easier. Quick, affordable, good quality, and friendly staff :) would recommend

Mo is truly a life saver. I am a college student at Santa Clara University and need my car to get to school as well as get groceries. One day however my car broke down while I was driving to school. Luckily this place is so close so I took it to Mo and he quickly took care of my problem. Extremely friendly and generous in terms of pricing.

Had brakes and rotors done as well as transmission flush. Ali took care of everything. I would take my cars there again. Continue to do good work at fair prices. Don't hesitate to take your cars to them for service.

I thought something was seriously wrong with our Avalon and figured it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix. Mo found that it was the underneath engine cover dragging. Instead of selling me a new cover Mo repaired it which saved me a lot of money. I asked Mo to check out the front shocks and he gave me a quote which was $400 less than a quote we received from our old mechanic, and Mo uses high quality parts, too. After dropping my car off Mo gave me a ride home. No Uber! My car runs like it did when we first bought it. Mo even fixed the front right side corner panel, no charge. We will definitely take our cars to Mo in the future for all maintenance and repairs. Thank you Mo and team for a positive experience!

I was introduced to Moe by a colleague, and would absolutely pass on the recommendation. Timely work, great communication, no up-selling whatsoever, and great prices. Called Moe to get a quote on some clutch replacement work. Was able to get the car in the same day - Moe lives close to his shop, and came in on a Saturday so we could take the car in. Quick inspection validates the need for clutch repair, but nothing further could be determined without dropping the transmission, as is normal. Work was completed 2-3 days later, much sooner than the anticipated week long, at the agreed upon quote. Not a penny more, not a penny less. For reference, dealership quoted 3x the price of what Moe charged for the clutch replacement job, and tried to upsell on other services that were not needed! Dealership also charges 2x for oil changes, and also tried to charge $260 for diagnostics. Moe did not try charging any of these. I also got a look over from Moe on the car for some expert opinion on body work. Moe listened to my concerns and thoughts, and actually recommended not to pursue body work, given that the dent is not that evident. I would trust Moe with any future work on my car in the future, starting with oil changes and anything beyond. P.S. parking is a bit tight, you can stop in front of the shop or park on the street

Love that they have Saturday hours. I received a response within minutes of requesting for a quote. Quick turnaround time. Both Mo and the mechanic who worked on my car were very pleasant. Mo actually showed me what's wrong with the car parts before working on it. Glad I found this business.

Mo and his crew always takes good care of me. Charges me based on how long it takes, not some inflated book price. Multiple times they have proven work recommended by other shops was unnecessary, saving me a lot. Will install parts I provide too.

Mo is the best! I needed new brake pads on my 4Runner, and they were able to get me in and out in the same day. These guys go out of their way to provide high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Take your car to Mo! You will NOT regret it. He got me sorted out I had basically an entire suspension overhaul (bushings wearing) to do plus spark plugs among a few other things. The catch is I needed it done by Friday for pick up and it was Wednesday morning. I had all the parts because I thought I was gonna do it myself because I do automotive design and can turn a wrench… but that didn’t work out and I’m glad Mo was able to help me out on such short notice. The work was done and he made sure I got a tire alignment after I got my work done at his shop. Working with my felt like I was part of the family. He and his team are very professional and good guys. The car made it from Palo Alto, CA to Boston, MA no problem. Rides good. These guys do quality work.

This place is great and the owner and staff are very nice. I took my car in to get my battery replaced and there was an issue with the negative terminal stuck to the battery, and they took extra care to remove it and get everything reinstalled correctly on the car. I definitely recommend them for your auto needs, small shop, but great quality service!

While visiting from SLO, my daughter blew the engine in her 2010 Lexus RX350. I called Babylon Auto and Ali was a savior. The car needed a new engine. They sourced a used replacement engine for us and changed it out in about a week. We couldn’t be happier. Babylon is friendly, extremely helpful, and fairly priced. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks guys.

I am in utter disbelief. I dropped off my beloved BMW M3 to get a brake light error and some squealing near the engine checked out. When I came to pick it up the next day, I discovered a massive scratch on my hood. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he said he would cover the cost of the repair to make it right. So I took the car to a (reputable) body shop to see what my options were. They were generous enough to try polishing it out at no cost. Unfortunately the scratches were too deep and I was told my only option to completely get rid of the scratches was to repaint the whole hood. When I went back to Babylon Auto, the owner then offered to take my car to a nearby shop to get the scratches polished out. I asked him how that would help when I had literally just gotten back from a shop that had tried just that. He refused to pay for a paint job. When I explained to him how this was unfair to me as a customer to come in with a perfectly good hood and leave with a messed up one and that I'd be leaving an (honest) review of what transpired, he pointed at the sky and yelled at me something about being "unfair to him and unfair to God" for "threatening him". I came in with some minor issues and left with a jacked up hood. Beware.

I took my RDX to Babylon for some issues that I experienced recently. Firstly, there is a random clicking noise while driving / braking. Secondly, there was shaking while the car is accelerating near 60 mph. The owner was very knowledgeable and fix both problems with reasonable prices. Now, I am driving my RDX with confidence again and the ride is as smooth as it has been.

The best service I have ever had on auto came from Mohammad. I was stranded with my car not starting and it was Saturday evening. I called Mohammed and he came to rescue within short period of time. He not only help fixed but also was able to describe the root cause of the problem and made recommendations about how to prevent such subsequently. Mohammed has great understanding of auto and incredibly transparent, genuine and flexible. I strongly recommend him for any of your auto repairs and services

This place is fantastic! I brought my car over for some damage on the undercarriage. There was no charge to evaluate the vehicle (the dealership wanted over $200 just to take a look). Instead of simply pushing an expensive repair, I was given less expensive options. I ended up deciding to order a new part all together and was told the car would be ready in just a couple hours! Mo even gave me a ride back to my house so that I could wait there while he worked on the car! When the bill came, it was half as much as I had expected to pay, with most of it being the cost of the replacement part. His charge for labor was so low that I almost felt guilty! This is a place that REALLY cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great service experience.
