Very friendly fast accurate and now is going to do business with them. Prices are very good and they care for their customers. Thank you very much.

I recently took my car to Raul at Back on track and had a fantastic experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which really helped demystify the whole process. I never felt like I was being ripped off, and their prices were very reasonable. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car is running better than ever. When my car started overheating, a couple of friends recommended this place, so I gave them a call. Lourdes, who answered the phone, was incredibly friendly and professional. She set up an appointment, and when I arrived at 9 a.m. the next morning, they were ready to take my car in right away. Raul made everything easy to understand, clearly explaining what was wrong with my car. Best of all, I ended up paying much less than what the big service shops charge, and now my car runs like it's brand new!

Take your car here!!! Raul is a very honest person helped me a lot with my car he answered all my questions and concerns that I had. They installed a new engine in 2-3 days working very fast and no issues. Never taking my car to A dealership or another shop after being here. They make you feel like family, nice and lovely people. Took my car in for A/C issues, ended up needing new compresor…awesome. They forgot to put my Nissan cover back on the engine had to go back the next day for them to put it on. Fun! Noticed my car would only get cold after it was on for 10-15 full ac and with max ac button on. Didn’t think this was normal took it back 1 time they rechecked it but according to the gadgets everything was reading fine. Took it back another time only to be told to bring it back a week later. Felt like I was being gaslighted on the fact that my air was still pretty warm. Mind you I’m driving around with 4 kids one being a 1 year old with a new compressor but my ac still being Warm/hot, decided to take it to another mechanic. This mechanic didn’t detect a leak however he did say my car was filled to the minimum level of the Freon. Ummm why couldn’t this place suggest to maybe add a tab bit Freon to see if that would fix my problem. Sucks that not just I but my kids had to go the hottest months with warm air. Sucks I had to make time to go to another mechanic and pay him for diagnostics as well. Back on track friendly yeah sure but friendly didn’t give my kids cold air in the hottest months.

I had the best experience with this business! I was new to the area and I had no experience with any local car repair company. I decided to go with them because of their reviews. I am very glad that I did because my initial quote was about $1200 more than I actually ended up paying. About 2500 less than the BMW car dealership quote. The reason for that was because of their honesty. I was called at least twice to be told that I didn’t need to do some of the repairs and that they had found the part considerately less expensive somewhere else. I came from a car dealership family, and know that isn’t always the case. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. I was even able to pick my car up earlier than promised. I commended the owner for being so honest and fair. His response was that he was given good advice about doing business early in his life by a family member. Basically, it was that there wasn’t a need to be dishonest because there was enough honest business to be done. Smart advice!!! I definitely recommend this company for domestic and foreign auto repair. Thanks guys!

Back on track auto repair got me back on track FOR SURE!!!!! I had purchased a 96 Honda civic about a month ago and when I purchased the vehical I was unaware it was going to break down 2 weeks later.... I personally spent over 30 hours trying to fix this car and when i got tired of it I called Raul at back on track auto, come to find put my car had a motor swap in it and previous owner had done some bypass stuff with the ecu and Raul was able to figure everything out that was wrong with my vehical!!!! Car runs better than it ever has before!!! And he is very very very fair and competitive on his prices!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you again back on track for GETTING ME BACK ON TRACK!!!!

Amazing service. Had an overheating issue with my car and within a days time , they had it diagnosed and fixed. Raul was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and getting it fixed quickly! 10/10

Called Raul last week based on the reviews that I read here. Shortly after we got off the call he was able to shoot me an estimate and I scheduled the tuneup on Tuesday. Asked him to check the brakes. He was fair with his prices and honest about what needed to be done. I really enjoyed working with Raul and his other mechanic. They did a great job on my tuneup and rear brake and rotor replacements. I will be returning for my front brakes.

I’m glad Raul opened up his own shop. He was able to take my son’s car in and get it fixed faster than any other shops I called including transmission shops. It was the Transmission and it was done in less than a week. Transmission shops needed to get the transmission ordered and it would take 2-3 weeks we got one from dealer and installed it. Thank you.

Rual is one great mechanic he has been fix my vehicles well over 10 years and I have not ever brought one back with the same problem. He is got my pilot back running after I had a problem with it. He is very thorough when you bring the issue with the vehicle. He is fair with his price for repairs I would recommend him over and over! So if you need a great mechanic go check them out!

This shop is the absolute best!! I’ve been using them for years, with multiple different vehicles and always get hands down the best service possible. Raul is honest, fair and takes on any repairs right away, no matter how busy they are! From flat tires to transmission or engine fixes, they’ll get it done. The work is quality and efficient, even getting some repairs done by the end of day! I would never go anywhere else, because they treat every customer like family.
