Manny is the most honest and hard working mechanic I've ever met. If he can't recreate the problem, he tells you. If the part was cheaper than he originally quoted, he tells you and passes the savings on. Great service and present people. Highly recommend

Today, I stopped by Badger Automotive for a simple fix that I wasn’t sure they would even want to mess with. I had a screw in my tire and needed a patch. Manny and his team got on it right away. A few minutes into my waiting, Manny came out and showed me the location of the screw and how close it was to the area that you can’t repair the tire. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to personally attempt to repair the tire because of his experience level. In a matter of a few short minutes, Manny came back in and was able to get it patched. He and his guys are always friendly, professional and there to help. I would highly recommend using Badger Automotive!

As a veteran who has served in the military for over ten years as an aviation structural mechanic, I often approach mechanic services skeptically due to my pride and feelings that I can handle repairs myself. Despite residing in Murrieta, CA, I have family in Tucson, and I've found myself regularly making the drive—or even towing my vehicles—across states to Badger Automotive, the only shop I trust enough to be worth the effort and expense. Over the years, I've taken four of my family’s vehicles to them: a 2017 Chevy Silverado and a 2001 Yukon XL Denali, both plagued by tricky transmission issues, and my 2008 BMW 535i, which needed an engine/transmission replacement. The work was outsourced perfectly, at a great price, with top-notch efficiency. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the managers and mechanics at Badger have been consistently outstanding. One standout aspect is their main mechanic, Herbert. His honesty, openness, and incredible ability to foresee problems, provide quick diagnoses, and explain what needs to be done are truly remarkable and a big reason why I keep returning. Adding to the exceptional service is the owner, Mani Gomez, whose daily involvement truly sets a high standard. Mani is frequently on-site, greeting clients and checking in on the work. His approachable manner and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and responding to concerns immediately enhance my trust and confidence in this establishment. Their commitment to fairness in pricing and excellence in service, coupled with speedy completion times, makes Badger Automotive the only place I trust with my vehicles. I stumbled onto Badger Automotive after my SUV decided to die, over and over. They got me in really quickly, diagnosed the problem and got me up and running. Very reasonable prices and honest work. They also worked on our friend's vehicle (same time) and he was also really happy with the work performed. Super easy to get to, even with Sunset/Orange Grove under construction. We will be back!

Manny and his team were incredible to work with!! I was referred to Badger Automotive from my regular mechanic because the work that was needed was out of their scope. Manny and his team came highly recommended, as they knew the quality of his work and his professionalism. I was impressed with how I was able to get in the very next morning after I called around 2:30 the afternoon before, and they were able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of my arrival. I waited in their very comfortable waiting room while they worked in the car. Manny was transparent with what repairs were needed, the cost of parts and labor, and talked me through everything before starting on the work. Instead of waiting on parts from their distributor (2 hour ETA), one of the mechanics drove to the hub to acquire the part that was needed, which meant my car was fixed and completed almost an hour ahead of schedule! Even after my car was fixed, Manny and his team went over and above to provide me excellent customer service, ensuring my drive home away from their facility was a safe one due to the highway construction happening near their place. Overall this was a 10-star experience and I HIGHLY recommend Manny and his team at Badger Automotive!

We replaced my alternator and turns out it was a bad part. Manny right away was able to get me in, replace bad alternator with a good one and had me back on the road in no time. I recently went back and had to get my truck diagnosed. Before fixing anything, Manny and his team did a thorough inspection and were easily able to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend badger auto. Fair in their pricing, and they truly care about their customers.

What a refreshing experience I had with Badger Automotive. Had a clutch kit and flywheel replaced. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional.
