HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This guy is not professional and can't be trusted. My son made an appointment to get his car alternator repaired. It broke down in the road front of our home. He told my son he couldn't fix it in the road and that's understandable so my son would need to push it in our driveway. No problem!! Then my husband spoke with the merchanic to just advise him that it's okay to fix it in the driveway but to please put something down so oil or liquids wouldn't leak onto our paver stones. His response was I'm just canceling this appointment and moving on to my next appointment. What!!! My son left work to be there for this appointment. It's guy is unreliable, and unprofessional.

I have no complaints. Mr. Marcus is very professional, excellent customer service, and a great person. He is an exceptional mechanic and is very passionate about what he does. Mr. Marcus took the time to explain the issue with me to the point where I could understand. My car was down for two days, which I thought could have been an electrical issue, but after Mr. Marcus diagnosed the issue, it was the battery. It turns out my car requires an AGM battery. When I purchased my car in 2019, it came with an AGM. In April 2023, I purchased a new battery and told the auto parts store I wanted the best battery for my car. That was not the case. They gave me, and I purchased a regular battery, which drains overtime. Marcus recharged the battery in my car, and I took it back to the store and traded it for an AGM battery. I am so grateful and thankful for him, and the old battery was still under warranty. Marcus helped me save a lot of money and time by not taking my car to an actual mechanic shop. I will definitely call Mr. Marcus again for any other issues I have with my car. Satisfied customer!

Marcus came out to run diagnostics on our jeep and located the problem of why it wouldn't start! He was professional and polite. The price was fair and I never felt like he was trying to swindle me or be dishonest to get more money out of us. He was informative and honest. I highly recommend!! I will be contacting Badger Mobile for my car repair needs going forward!

Very rare these days that you find a honest and professional mechanic. I highly recommend them! I am no stranger to working on my vehicle but sometimes things or beyond my knowledge/experience and Mr. Mason was up front with the issue he discovered and took the time to explain what was what with my vehicle. Also, you cannot beat the convenience of them coming to you. One recommendation look no further book service now.

A few weeks ago my vehicle started running hot. He came to my home and thoroughly explained and showed me a video of the issue. He didn’t stop until the job was complete and the price was very reasonable. I would use again and recommend to friends and family. He definitely went above and beyond

I hired a mechanic that spent about nine hours, trying to replace an O2 sensor in my Mercedes-Benz that couldn’t finish the job. Marcus arrived within 35 minutes of my call and made necessary repairs. This former Marine went above and beyond for me, and I am thankful to have met him.

Marcus is an exceptional mechanic and an even better person! He quickly diagnosed my issue and kept me informed every step of the way, even though I was 45 minutes away from my car. His expertise and communication skills are top-notch. Hands down, he's the best mobile mechanic in town! As a thoughtful touch, he even provided oil rags to prevent further leakage from getting in the driveway, may not seem like a lot but a little bit goes a long way. Highly recommended!

Marcus is the BEST car mechanic and super HONEST - he saved me a lot of money. My car won't start and I thought it was either the starter (expensive to replace), the starter relay, or the battery. Marcus came and quickly found a frayed wire connected to the battery terminal. He took his time, cleaned the wire ends & fixed the problem using a new connector and the car started boom. He saved me money. Good man. I will only use him in the future

Marcus came to my house, which that alone was a welcomed change. He helped me get the correct battery for my diesel touraeq vw. I had been sold an incorrect one. Much smaller and not for a diesel. Which I did tell them. Marcus straightened it out for me and exchanged the battery. He put in the new battery. This isn't an easy change as the battery is located under the driver's seat. Pain in the....to get out. Something I had no idea how to do. Marcus got me all set up. Didn't take him long, and the car runs great. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. This is the beginning of a forever relationship. Everyone needs a good, honest mechanic. I found one. We all know how hard that can be. Plus, he comes to you. Another thing no one has is time to be running to the auto shop and mechanic. Make life easier on yourself. Call Marcus at Badger. I've been asking myself where he's been all my life?! I think the hardest thing to do is find and trust a mechanic with your vehicle. Hands down if your looking for that Marcus is your guy. He truly cares about his customers and getting the job done the right way. He told me what he can and can't do honestly and didn't try to take my money. This guy is the real deal. If you are in the Jacksonville Florida, Mr. Marcus is definitely the Mechanic to work with! He was very prepared and attentive. He quickly ran diagnostics and was able to get to the root cause of the issue with my car and didn't leave me high and dry he offered the resolution for free!! This was something that I could actually do for myself and instead of him charging me a left arm and a leg, he advised me on how to do the work!!! He is truly Heaven Sent!!! And Im am being 100% honest he was amazing!!

Marcus is amazing. He went above and beyond to fix my Jeep. I requested front brakes. It needed both front and rear. He stayed until the job was done. Charged me less than the quoted price even though he stayed after dark to complete the job. Thank you so much!

Took my money and couldn’t do the job because he didn’t know how! He left telling me to call Pop a lock to come fix it. I had to pay someone else to do the job. When I asked him about possibly getting some of my $200 back, this was the response that I got from him. “You know everything don’t contact me no more. I should have left after your disrespectful loclass mouth. I did the work you requested. “ No he didn’t do the work that I requested and so I had to pay someone else.

EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL on 2 different occasions. Diagnosed a coolant leak and also an oil leak that the average person would have missed. VERY thorough with explanations of needed repair. I HIGHLY recommend as he displays QUALITY work and correct pricing. I will continue to request Badger Repair for any future needs!

I recommend this repair company to anyone who needs it, I called very last minute and the owner Marcus came within the same hour, he was very polite and helpful, my issue turned out to be something I could have fixed on my own so I kind of wasted his time but he was very professional and polite he made sure to verify the issue was resolved before leaving. Overall great experience!!

Marcus from Badger Mobile Repair was fantastic. I will call him for every auto issue I have moving forward. We reached out to Badger after we got an outrageous bill from an auto shop on the Northside, $1600 to replace brakes and rotors. We called Badger and he gave us a straight deal, he gave us all the numbers and options up front over the phone. He charged us cost of parts plus labor, and the labor cost was very reasonable. We paid up front, he didn’t ask us to, but there was as a note on the invoice that we received that said we needed to pay for the parts up front (I know some people will have a problem with this, we did too but we took the risk). We were nervous about it at first, since there were great reviews, 5 stars with 17 reviews, we took the chance. He came the very next day to our house on time with everything he needed. He got the job done quickly, was super friendly, answered all our questions and we could tell he was a pro and an overall good person. 100% would recommend badger mobile repair for anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic in Jacksonville.

Stores in rivercity wanted $500 for a simple fix, they even needed a day to order the part. Marcus was $200 AND HE COMES TO YOU! Picked up the part from Autozone too.
