I want to give a shout out to Ulysis the employee from Bakersfield Tire he was such a professional one of the best customer service. I called in to get some prices for tires and he was really helpful he made all processes so smooth he ordered the tires and less than 24 hours they had them in stock I will definitely go back to purchase more tires. I'll would give him 10 stars service

THIS IS A NO STAR REVIEW. This is a picture of brand new tpms redi-sensors I took to BTW for installation. Ulysses set up the appointment for me over the phone. I arrived on 1/11/24, gave the parts to Ulysses and he took them into the shop for installation. In a little while, he returned and said BTW could not install them because they only have one programming tool and the part was not the brand they could have installed. He returned the TPMS redi-sensors to me. The picture is what was returned to me. Note the missing black protective caps and product packaging for two redi-sensors. To try to appease me, Ulysses referred me to Tony at America Tire Depot saying they had universal equipment and could install the sensors for me. I called Tony at once and he said he has worked with Ulysses in the past but didn't understand why Ulysses would say they had universal equipment. They NEVER have had universal equipment. America Tire Depot cannot help me. I am posting this review in an effort to warn others of not only BTW's (Ulysses') shoddy referrals but also that their own brand new parts may not be returned as new. Protective caps and product packaging will be missing which might be a problem when returning them. BTW only installs THEIR parts but will allow you to go through all sorts of unnecessary efforts to save money. Then, after all your efforts they still will not be able to help. They will say one thing but then deny what they said. Classic gaslighting, the current trend in our society to shift the blame to the customer and avoid admitting wrong. I've been using BTW since they opened, but will be using another company from now on. In addition, I will no longer be referring anyone to them. This is sad, but necessary.

My new mechanic. The did my tune up and found an issue with the brake cable, fixed it. Great service and honest. If he can't he will call someone and hook you up. They also helped me when my car was stolen and recovered and he called another collision shop and they picked me up and towed my car to the shop. He doesn't know it yet but are now my new adopted family. Bakersfield tire and wheels 🛞 👍😁👏❤️

Dropped my car off for an alignment. Only one car in the garage on the machine. 3 hrs later no call. I went back to check on my car. Still haven't got to it. More cars in the garage at that time. Obviously they pick and choose which cars go in. Salesperson said Sorry he only has two guys working. Won't be going back and don't recommended these guys. They were better when they were Carroll's.
