Bought my bmw in for an oil leak and got it back with 2 more oil leaks costing over $5000. Scratch on the door and numerous other issues that weren’t there before. Go somewhere else. Don’t trust a response from this company. Response to Balta: This individual has receipts of all transactions and has a staggering estimate of all repairs to correct what Balta has done to my car. It’s well over $5k folks. Balts is great at responding to negative reviews, if only their work reflected the same.

I have used Balta for 8 years on various cars. Robert has never steered me wrong. He says what he knows (which is a lot about many various kinds), and never pretends to know something he doesn’t. He makes his best diagnostic decision, and that is where we start. Often times, his priced quotes are exactly on the money. Some are they less, but very rare are they more. I understand when they are more, because he always shoots me straight with updates. I have never had damage to my vehicle leaving his shop. He has always delivered my vehicles back to me on time. If you can squeeze into his schedule, do it. I highly recommend!!

10/10 BMW mechanic. Ranks up there with BimmerHaus from Denver. BMWs are expensive cars to maintain, but their prices are very reasonable and they are very clear with why the jobs needed to be done. No pushy upselling!

Brought my vehicle in to Balta 676 S 8th St for a checkup. Somehow during the checkup three lug bolts got stripped and they said I needed new hub and wheel bearing assembly for $500. There was NOTHING wrong with these bolts when I brought the car in. I just checked the torque the month before when I installed my snow tires like I've done for the past 10 years. Be cautious of this garage.

Was out of town when my AC, on the drivers side, stopped working. We were going to be driving back to Texas in less then a week, in the 100 degree temps, so getting it fixed was a must! Balta saw me right away, charged a fair price, and I was on my way!! Very pleased with the service!!

I picked up my grey BMW 335i today had some normal maintenance done with it, fuel pump and some censors that needed replaced, they cleaned the entire engine looks damn near brand new! That was unexpected. It’s runs great thanks Balta! I’ll be using them for all my foreign vehicles in the future! Highly recommended!

My experience was very good, the owner Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable with the car charge me a very fair price less than dealer. There were lots of BMWs in the shop. He's been in business for a long time so I really trust them highly recommend his place to anyone.

Such an amazing shop! I used to bring my Audi here and the owner was always understanding, honest, a skilled mechanic, and an staffed his shop with skilled mechanics; I say understanding because I had a modified car, which I concur is definitely not the most desirable of customer bases. I don't have a European car anymore, but I am yet to find a shop that I liked as much as this one. If you are looking for shops, you will be hard-pressed to find a better one in my opinion.

What a lucky break to find this locally owned business! We went in so certain that we had supercharger issues on the 06 Mini, but the owner diagnosed us as we sat talking on his couch in the waiting area. 😂 Wheel bearing. They were so wonderful and took us right in. Honest and really fair price. Thank you very much!

When it comes to auto repair shops, this place is more than honest. I was very impressed with how I was treated. I was not talked down to because I was a female. He offered to show me how he came to the conclusion my engine was seized. He gave me all the research he did for an engine, incase I was not able to afford his service. His price was only 1/3 of what the dealership wanted to charge. When we talked about if I should repair the vehicle, he was honest enough to tell me if I did not fix it, the only thing it would be worth is scrap. It is hard to find a shop that is honest and does not try to upsale. Thanks Robert for being honest! I have told many that I wpuld get my vehicle serviced there.

Baltic just completed repairs on my 2003 Mini Cooper. The clutch (throw-out bearing) was toast and there were several other repairs (suspension, also motor mounts). The clutch operates so smoothly now that I think it's better than new (but that was a while ago), and the ride is delightful, clean and totally without clunks. Thank you, Robert!

Took my Land Rover in to be repaired, needed a water pump, fan, belt, and battery. Robert was very kind, professional, honest, fair, straight forward and fast! His staff was fantastic as well. They got my vehicle fixed quickly same day I brought it in. Pricing was great especially considering how damaged it was. They did a great job and I will certainly be bringing my Rover to Balta Auto Repair for any and all future maintenance and repairs. Robert knows his stuff and is now my Land Rover guy. Lol I highly recommend taking your vehicle here, don’t think about it, just do it! Your vehicle will be in great hands.

During a time of unknowns it was overwhelmingly reassuring to know my vehicle was in good hands. They were very transparent about pricing/options, very efficient and cost effective. I had a previous quote for a new alternator that was $125.00 more than what Balta offered. My car is running like new and they have a new customer for life. Not sure why my son was denied service at Balta. He was told it's impossible to fix his 02 sensor? It took the german garage up the street less the 5 minutes to install one. I guess Mr Balta can afford being discriminatory.

On the day I was supposed to leave for Denver I noticed a leak beneath my car. I just left an auto store when I noticed Balta auto repair shop. I pulled up and was greeted by Robert I asked if he would take a quick look under my car at the leak and advise if I could drive it to Denver and back to Springs. He took my car immediately and checked the leak. He then adivesed I should not drive it on the highway. When I get back home I will be making an appointment with Robert so he can check it more thoughly.. He was so accommodating with my situation. He would not take my money. Thank you Robert for helping a 76 year old lady in distress.
