Technician wanted me to pay before services were rendered and I was not willing to do that. How will I know that they won't take my money? When I called back on to speak to them over the phone he was giving someone his cash app information. Who would be willing to pay $100 dollars with no guarantee, not me!

I had a tire blowout and couldn't get to my spare. I was able to call and get a new tire delivered and installed on the spot. Technician went above and beyond working in the rain to get me back on the road. Great communication and great service.

I was prepared to leave a 5 star review. Here's my honest account of my experience. My car is parked at BWI long term lot and I've got a tire slowly losing air. I didn't know the tire was losing air when we arrived. At the rate it's losing air, it would be flat when I return. I'm getting notices about the psi dropping from the car's mobile app on my phone. So I call and explain what's going on. Much to my surprise he drives right over. He sent me a photo of my car and appeared to plug a leak. I know he filled the tire with air because I can see that on the mobile app for my car. I was so grateful for the prompt service. I sent $90 as payment for the service. About an hour later my mobile app alerted me that the tire was losing air again. I sent him a photo of the alert and explained that the tire was still losing air. He said he would return the next morning and check the plug again. He did not return. I didn't reach out again until two days later and I just asked for an update. I got no response. I'm not trying to be impatient but I do still need help with the tire. The car doesn't have a spare or I would use it when I return from my trip. I don't have an air pump with me or I would attempt to pump up the tire long enough to get myself to a tire repair shop. At this time, AJ has not responded to me at all. I can only conclude that he took my payment and now has no intention of fixing a plug that doesn't work. I knew when I called that I was placing a lot of trust in someone to go check out my tire and trust that it was repaired without actually seeing it myself. All AJ had to do was communicate with me. Now I'm $90 less and will have to call another business to see if they can help. Update. I see AJs reply. He did indeed patch my tire. The other business I called sent me a photo of his plug. But it didn't hold. I clearly never drove the car because it's in the same spot. I had to call another business and they went over and plugged it again and now it's holding air. So I paid another mobile repair business. Again, I don't know why AJ stopped communicating with me. Even a text to say "we're really busy but we'll get to you soon" would have been fine. Any other business would have wanted to make the work right. I'm not even suggesting he needed to return for free, but his work didn't hold and he stopped communicating with me. I realize there are no guarantees on a plug job. I was willing to pay for a tire replacement if needed.

listen i don’t do reviews. but here goes I was stranded in baltimore called about 50 people Aj was the only one who answered. after hearing he required money up front before coming out i was like hell naw sounds like a scam. i called around for about another hr no one answered. so i was faced with a choice stay here and waste money in a hotel or take a chance. so i took chance and glad i did. he came in about 45 minutes plugged my tire and i was on my way. Appreciate the help definitely would recommend good work not expensive and great customer service

Called set up appointment got my parts myself he showed up at my house done the job quick and the workmanship was excellent. This guy is a professional . Price was lower then I thought it should have been. Would recommend to everyone

Went MIA after giving me an ETA. I was originally told 45 minutes and ended up waiting on the side of the highway for 3 hours with no response. I had to eventually catch a random tow truck to get home.

Extremely convenient! They came out to me late at night for a battery installation. Was super easy to make appointment, installation was efficient, and payment was seamless. Definitely recommend if you’re in a tight spot and need some help!

I got this mechanic to change my headlights for me he told me he changed them but actually did not. I was in a bind and couldn't be there at the time. So I took my lights to my normal mechanic because they were still flickering after this mechanic told me he changed them thinking I had a electrical issue my mechanic told me that I just needed to bulbs and I 5old him I just got new ones put in and he informed me that do to the lightbulbs wear and tear he could tell it was not brand new so he careful spending your money with this mechanic and make sure your present to watch the service be completed.

If you EVER break down and you have the ability to use them DONT hesitate !! Driving from New York to Florida with my family and my thermostat froze shut and my truck almost over heated. I reached out to them and they were able to get me up and running in less then 2 hours from the phone call and it was at night NO ONE wanted to come help me but them. Professional, and very experienced it was as if he had the same truck and done it a thousand times with how fast he was done. I recommend them to ANY one who needs work done at amazing prices. Thank you again for fixing my Expedition we are truly grateful. And they came out 30 degree weather and raining they are GOD sent

I reached out to AJ's for a tire plug on my flat tire. I saved time and energy that would've been spent on installing a donut, driving to the tire shop, and waiting for them to take care of a plug. I was able to work from home while AJ's team took care of my tire. This is worth the cost to me. Additionally, my repair person was in an AJ's roadside mechanic T shirt, was communicative, professional, came prepared for the job, and provided me with a receipt, as well as additional business information and a business card when the service was complete. I paid by credit card on site. It's my impression that this company operates efficiently and cohesively and I would use them again!

GREAT SERVICE! Got a flat on the highway and was able to take the next exit and into a parking lot. Found AJ Transportation Roadside Assistance and was booked right away. He understood my situation, asked the right questions, and dispatched in a timely fashion. Arrived in an hr. The work took about 30-45mins, and I was back on the road. My husband ran into a curb this morning and blew a tire. Found AJ's online with a quick search. Tech came out quickly and replaced two tires (we had another one that had been losing air). Price was very reasonable. We are back on our way and couldn't be happier.
