Got an alignment, they "forgot" to print my before and after measurements. Also did not call me before and charged me for checking out the front suspension components when I DID NOT ask or approve the extra expense.

I would recommend anyone to them they save me over $200 on parts and labor I truly appreciate y’all it’s still some standup people out here. I got my front end wheel bearing on both side and I can’t thank y’all enough I’ll definitely be back & if anyone ask about mechanic shop I’ll definitely recommend you guys.

I’ve been going to Bandys for years, I recently discovered the shop on Madison, I was going to the one in greenwood for years. they are very friendly and did great work on my car. They had it all of 24 hours, fixed it and I picked it up and I’ve had no problems! I’m so grateful for them and the work they do. They will continue to get my business.

Took my van there to get fixed got it back and broke down again and this time the engine is smoking so they made me pay $1,000 just for them to not fix anything

I found them because of their proximity to a job, and they ended up being the perfect choice ! The staff was great, and communicated well. They diagnosed my issue and got me back on the road quickly. No complaints, thanks for saving the day!

I had a rear track bar replacement everywhere I called other shops wanted up to 360 to replace they didn't even charge half of that and they got in done quick they did a good job I will be coming here in the future

Highest Recommended Place and for a reason, These guys do AMAZING work, They listen and actually fix your issues they have techs with over 20years passionate experience....You wouldn't know if they didn't tell you cause they are still freshly excited about their jobs. Definitely a returning customer.

I HIGHLY recommend Bandys and their employee JP. I installed a downpipe on my mk7 gti and it made my car just insanely loud, I could not live with it. But i wanted the benefits that came with an aftermarket downpipe. I called Bandys and talked to JP and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best solution for me and giving me advice on how to proceed with my car. I can't thank JP enough, my exhaust note is perfect now and I'm not embarrassed to drive my car. The repair took no time at all and they were prompt with calling and letting me know status updates.

Had an issue with a front wheel hub and some dash lights, they did a repair to the rear hub assured me the front was fine, told me the lights were due to air bag sensor even though my manual states the lights are due to stability control system, spent almost four hundred dollars on a repair I'm not sure I even needed, I still have the issues I went in over and have some random cable hanging under my vehicle now. Never had an issue in the past but definitely not impressed at all with my last visit.

I had an issue with a brand new tire and Bandy’s took care of it for me and replaced it at no charge. They have competitive prices and timely service. I always call around for pricing and Bandy’s is typically the most affordable.

I have been loyal to bandy's for years. Even when I moved to the other side of town I still make the drive. They have the best staff and they do high quality work. Most of all they are trustworthy. Being a woman some places will try to take advantage of the situation. I never feel that way at Bandy's.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and straightforward it was to work with these guys. They removed two stripped out locking lug nuts on aluminium rims for me, and they did a great job.

I went there to have work done but the work they did was beyond acceptable more like deplorable. They did some welding for me on muffler lopes and welded the clamps then they said we need to redo all of it after they checked it out 1st. Now it leaks badly. Then they replace the neutral safety switch and now overdrive is 3rd gear and the transmission slips. Then they were suppose to check the timing and they said I need a new pcm box and now my timing is off. Then they charged me 420 for incomplete work. AVOID BANDY'S AT ALL COST. I WILL BE GOING AFTER THEM FOR THERE TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP

It would of been a five-star review but the fact that they only work til 5pm and u show up with a knuckle to get a bearing pressed in and out and at 430 and they refuse to do it real quick and make 100 4 10 mins of work lazy

Owner is very rude, mechanics are her puppets. They are liars.. And will absolutely rip you off, destroy other parts of your vehicle and say it’s this and not that or both. This never would’ve happened 8+ years ago. Both Locations needs an internal investigation.License suspended until completed. I’m sure BBB has been notified countless times. Very disappointing. Will never recommend them to anyone.

They quoted me $280 and tried charging me $700 to fix my breaks. The worst service I've ever had. I will never recommend then to anyone! They also charge extra if they have the parts brought to the store .so they rip you off

They were able to replace my upper control arms and help with tiers. JP and his mom were very professional. They are knowledgeable and honest, rare in the auto mechanic industry.
