Call in advance because the hours is not accurate. I showed up at 3 and they close at 4 on the website. At the location I was told they could not do any service at the moment. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT COME HERE. I waited for 2 hours just to have them look at my car (there were only 2 cars infront of me), then they looked at my car and the mechanics told me it’s the battery. They told me the employee inside has to order the battery (only 1 employee with a lot of unattended cars). I went inside and the employee is having a conversation with another guest infront of me for 30 MINUTES about Trump and Biden. I go up to him and he finally acknowledges me and says i’m gonna need a new battery. Which he still hasn’t ordered that whole time for it to get delivered to the shop. I grabbed my keys and left. The guy is rude and does not care at all, having 0 priority to help me. NEVER coming back here. Seriously, go anywhere else…. anywhere

You don’t want to entrust your vehicle anyone else than Raul and his Team. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and fair priced - they treat you like family each and every single time. Our next family adventure take us to Banner tire located in Westchester with a category 4.7 and more than 162 reviews I take my van transportation for fixing a tire. Everything was fast, the services to the costumers is very kindest and profeccional high recommend place.

I have found it so hard to find honest auto shops in Miami and these guys are the best! They are all so kind and clear in the communication, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Be sure to get there before they open on Saturday because they are so awesome they can get quite busy!

Excellent and good quality tires. However a free rotation is included when you purchased tires which is done with every oil change (every 5,000 miles). I was advised to marked my front tires before taking the vehicle for service, and to my surprise the tire rotation was not done when requested. When I questioned the service technician he lied to me, even when I showed him the marked tires. When the issue was reported to the owner, I was told in a very rude manner to depart the premises. According to them I was questioning their quality of work! Be aware of this kind of irresponsibility from businesses like this.

I do not recommended the place . I was there and the attitude to costumer it is not professional . I did and appointment a lady from there call me and her attitude was unprofessional . She was upset without any reason . I recommended control emotion before call a costumer . Thanks

I had terrible experiences with auto mechanic and auto shops in general, including the dealer. But, oh surprise with Banner tire: they treat you like you were family, attention to detail, prompt service, they tell you the truth and inexpensive. They do mostly what you need and sell tires too. I had a punched tire: they replaced it quickly, and left my car ready. I'm so happy that i finally found an auto mechanic that i can trust. I highly recommend Banner tire. You will not regret it....los recomiendo mucho:hacen todo lo que necesites y te respetan mucho. Les importa hacer un buen trabajo. Tuve una ponchada y lo hicieron súper bien y barato..... update: I went again and they were quick, efficient, professional and very friendly. Don't be shy to go. They do help you with tires, oil change battery, etc etc etc.

This is like home. They treat you like you are walking in Cheers. Mom is the best. Price us worth every penny. Warranty, depending on service. They are extremely knowledgeable and automobile!!!! FAST AND WORTHY!!!! Father opened family runned since June 2, 1981. By son Raul. His mom runs the office. Loving family, great business.

This place is amazing! I’ve been here twice already and the service has been impeccable. Any time something is wrong with my car, they will show me exactly what it is and be truthful about how to repair it. Aside from being honest and not try to sneak up prices, they truly do treat you like family. 10/10 recommended Este lugar es espectacular. Cada vez que vengo, me enseñan lo que tengo dañado en el carro y no me meten mentiras. Aparto de eso, te tratan con un respeto incomparable. Se los recomiendo un 10/10
