I took my truck in for an oil change in hopes to save a little money as I normally have my local dealer do all my service. Banner tires was priced almost the same as the local dealer but now i found out that they used a different size bolt which cross threaded the oil pan! Their mistake of using the wrong bolt after changing my oil is forcing me to buy a new oil pan! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BANNER TIRE!

Excellent service, again today. Had a minor emergency which the team dealt with efficiently. Great coffee bar (Kurig), neat and comfortable waiting area. Or take a walk a block away to Golden Rule (seafood) for an appetizer and a cold drink. The best place for tires and service in south Dade.

BE VERY AWARE! Just left from changing my tires, balancing and alignment. WAS TOLD 1 PRICE AND RECEIVED HIGHER BILL. WAS TOLD 2 HOURS WAITED 6 hours!!!!! WAS TOLD IT IS $250 plus tax, no more than $300 out the door and in 2 hours we will be done. Balance, mount new tires and alignment. AFTER 6 hours it’s time to pay and the guy says $415. I asked where did the difference come from and he says, that was the price from the start. WATCH OUT PEOPLE AND BE VERY VERY CLEAR ! VERY BAD BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND

So big shout out to Tom, Gene and the crew! We took our rv for an alignment and these guys gave it there all to get the issue fixed before they could even do an alignment. Unfortunately there was a flaw from manufacture. These guys were attentive and took the time to explain each step to my husband. Highly recommend this place!

This shop was recommended to me by Betty from Alec's Trucks and RV. I needed a wheel alignment for our 2022 Entegra Vision Coach. I contacted them and Gene had me come in at 7 am the following day. We are the original owners of our coach, and it has had alignment issues since day one. We took it back to La Mesa RV in Ft. Meyers the first time, but they never got it right. The guys at Banner Tire Pros-South really took their time looking into the problem and found it was primarily a manufacturer design issue. They took the time to explain to me the issue. They were able to finally do the job correctly, something that the manufacturer and La Mesa RV could not do. I recommend these guys for any RV repair work or any vehicle in general. They are very professional and will even listen to your stories (see Gene for that). You will not go wrong taking your vehicle to them!

Oil & Filter change, Coolant Flush and Alignment. All were done at 100%. Alignment Tech is a Pro. My request was done completely as I wanted. Would I recommend and go back for additional work, absolutely!

I went to get a patch for my tire and came out with lots of other issues (TPMS sensor broken, the patch has a bump coming out of the tire, etc.) - I will never going back into that place again.

BONJOUR!😀 We travelled from Canada and Banner Tire did an alignment and serviced our RV before the rest of our big 15,000 miles trip to the west coast. M. Tom Kennedy, the owner, took the time to fully explain the repairs and took good care of us. They did a great job. They are honest, competent, have great prices and excellent customer service. Had an issue and poor experience during my initial visit, but Tom (one of the owners) quickly reached out to help make things right. He was respectful and responsive, and on top of that he took actions immediately to make sure future customers wouldn't have the same issue. Really appreciated the professionalism

I didn't use their services but I'm going to rate them anyway. I took a chance and had my car towed to their location after my tire blew out on the highway. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tire size but Jean pointed me to another tire shop across the street so that I could get what I needed and be on my way. I truly appreciate his altruism!

I went to Banner Tires to buy new tires and the service was excellent! The associate listened to my needs for the car and he advised me on the best way to proceed within my budget. He was friendly and we talked about the how long the shop has been at the current location. I would recommend anyone that would like a quality service to go to Banner Tires.

I would have given this place a 10 if I could! Owned by two brothers, and by the way they treated me, I would have never known that they owned the place. Lo peor de lo peor sinceramente te roban tu dinero, lleve mi carro y tan sólo dos ponches y alineamiento fueron $300 over price pero por completo, mi esposo llevó su carro y por unas piezas que en el autozone tienen un precio de $140 pretendían cobrarle $900 más los taxes algo totalmente loco, cuando les dijimos que no lo haríamos con ellos por su excesivo precio 10 veces las caro de su precio regular nos dijeron que por el análisis solo por mirarlo teníamos que pagar $150 aún sabiendo nosotros cuando lo llevamos lo que tenía. No pierdan su tiempo ni pongan sus carros en manos de estos estafadores, es tirar su dinero a la basura acabo de llevar mi carro a otro lugar y por $300 estoy haciendo lo que ellos pretendían cobrarme $900. Si pudiera darles 0 estrellas se las daría.

This is the slowest repair shop in Miami. And make sure you clarify the cost of each item BEFORE they start working on it. They are Extremely expensive. I never leave reviews but since I’m here getting screwed I might as well do something to kill the time. Charged double of the cost in parts and when you ask them what parts they use, they won’t tell you so you can check prices. Total rip off and total waste of time. Take your business somewhere else.
