Called Barbours after they were recommended by a friend and colleague to help out a fellow firefighter that had accidently filled his diesel truck with gasoline while in town for a class. Asked if they could come out and pump the gas out of the tank. They said they could send someone out for $80 service fee plus mileage to check it out. An hour and half later they showed up, tried to drain the tank from the fuel filter housing and then said there wasn't anything they can do but tow it and drop the tank. Charged over $300 for no actual help accomplished and left us where we started but 2 hours later in the dark.

Very good service. Definitely very prompt and to the point. Accommodated exact time I wanted. Kay was a great driver! He called me to confirm and he even waited a few minutes because my shift was almost ending. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Kay!!

We are a commercial property management company and have had Barbour's drivers park illegally in our fire lanes, handicap spots, no parking areas, and right in the middle of the traffic lane to grab a pizza on more than one occasion. When we politely (please and thank you) pointed out the no parking sign or fire lane sign the driver's have acted very unprofessionally and cursed at our management team even with Barbour's on the phone listening to them yell and scream. You are very unprofessional truck number 88!

AAA was not able to help until the next day during business hours. I called Barbour's towing, they were able to pick up my bike inside of 20 minutes of my call. Professional operator had it loaded in a short amount of time. Dropped it off where I needed, was kind and personable. Wouldn't known how to of asked for anything better at 2:00 a.m.

Ray was so nice during my tow! His location was sent to me with plenty of notice. I was able to meet him at my car and he loaded my car to his truck in no time. A wonderful experience to an unfortunate event, thank you!

Really appreciated Bobby’s willingness to wait while the collision and insurance worked out there issues. He was very personable and helped ease my anxiety. The young lady I spoke to in dispatch was also very nice and accommodating. I would not hesitate to contact them again if needed.

Unfortunately, I needed my car towed twice in the past month due to recall issues. Fortunately, both times, Sam was the Barbour operator that came to the rescue. He was knowledgeable, experienced and very efficient. He provided some calm in an otherwise stressful situation.

I was involved in an accident today and was matched with a gentleman by the name of Ray as my tow truck driver. Instantly I felt safe with the way Ray handled picking up my car, getting me to a safe location and also personally helping me process what had happened and even offered advice! Ray was such a sweetheart and I really enjoyed his conversation and the service he provided!

What a day! We hired an auto transport company to transport a vehicle and the driver got the car trailer/truck stuck in ditch while he was backing into our driveway. Barbour's came to the rescue and pulled the truck out of the ditch. Our vehicle gets loaded on the trailer successfully. BUT THEN, the driver tries to load the third vehicle he was transporting (not ours) onto the trailer and accidentally goes off the tracks of the trailer. Barbour's came to the rescue AGAIN to tow the vehicle off the transport trailer. Everyone is exhausted and it's been a long day, but boy, am I thankful for Barbour's. They saved the day not once, but twice today, and our vehicle is officially on its way to its destination.
