Nope. Never again. They put some random lug nut on my car and it’s striped. So I couldn’t even get a new car tire on there. They accused me for only buying from them once. So I’m not a valued enough customer. They wanted me to pay 75$ to tow my car there and have me pay for the labor for them to take it off on plus having to buy 4 new tires from them 700$+ to even do that. SCAM

Customer service is extremely lacking. I came once before to get tires and was able to ignore the inattention I received because they got my service done quickly. However, when I returned for an oil change I had a worse experience. Granted I came on a Saturday an hour before closing. A simple oil change takes no more than 30/45 minutes. I stood in line, didn’t get recognized by anyone, got skipped in line by a guy who just walked in, then got told there was already three cars in the back so they couldn’t get it done. To top it off, I came out to my car completely surrounded and nearly barricaded in. Tried asking the guy who parked in front of me if he could move his vehicle and he just told me to back out and kept going. At the same time a semi was getting ready to park directly behind me. Super bad attitudes and energy about this place.

These guys have been my go to for tires since I moved to Sioux Falls. Fair prices, quick work and great service. The guys are always super nice and funny to chat with. Always recommend them to anyone I can! Thanks for being awesome guys.

I asked for an oil change and it didn't take very long and the price was very reasonable. The gentleman who greeted me and took care of the paperwork was kind, courteous and efficient. I will come back again.

Ben's bargain barn said my struts needed to be replaced and wheel alignment needs to be done. Paid 1400. Once replaced the original problem was still a problem. They said struts were defective and needed to be replaced again. After being replaced for the 2nd time the problem still existed and the alignment was off. After my 4th visit I was told to take it to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed a complete different problem and said bargain barn forgot to put a dust cover on one of the struts and verified the alignment was off. I called the manager Mike at bargain barn and he was willing to talk to the owner to get me a refund and replace the missing dust cover as well as the alignment. This conversation happened on a Friday so he said call him Monday and he will know more and take care of everything then. Come Monday he said the owner was out of the country and all he could do is refund labor cost and fix the remaining issues. Scheduled an appointment for me on Tuesday at 3pm. I showed up Tuesday at 3pm and he had no idea who I was and acted as if we never talked about anything but the labor refund. He was already irritated about the refund. And once he refunded the labor he tried to dismiss me. When I mentioned the appointment for the missing dust cover and alignment he proceeded to raise his voice at me stating I was stealing money from his business already and that it's not even possible to order a dust cover alone and even if he could that he would lose more money through the labor of having to put the dust cover on. As for the alignment he said they were too busy to help me with that. He got angrier the more I tried to reason with him. I had a dust cover before I went to this shop and the mechanic forgot to put it on with the new struts. He seemed to think this was my fault and yelled at me about his mechanic being there for 25 years and he's already doing enough for me by refunding the labor cost of new struts that were never needed to begin with.

I love this place. They're normally busy but extremely fair. They could have charged me a lot more but didn't. Friendly service that didn't become evasive when small obstacles arose.Well today that all changed. Twice my hubcaps came off after getting an oil change. I mentioned it to them and they told me they’d make it up to me on my next oil change. I brought it up after waiting for two hours for an oil change and the response wasn’t to my liking. The store rep made some type of remark about my hubcaps. I know they’re the cheap ones . Then he told me about not wanting to put them on because they fall off a lot. I’ve been going there for years. I’ve been using the cheap hubcaps for years without issue. I felt like I was treated like I was running some type of game. He took 20 off but the set cost 33 . Last visit.

Mounted a Firestone destination on my f150 backwards for 280$. Got a Goodyear Wrangler ultra terrain for 250$ from a seperate entity. Noticed right away a huge difference and went to trade in the Firestone they gave me for the same wrangler. Was told it's not a popular tire and they wouldn't even take trade value on this brand new 280$ tire they gave me that looks retreaded or used as is. Don't believe me? Look at the difference! There business practice is obvious right away with the attitude of the workers and the upkeep of the shop itself. Have went to Ben's for years as a Sioux falls local. Will not ever go again after this crap experience. Don't take my word for it. Read this review, look at these pictures, and hell go have your own experience with them and tell me I'm wrong.

The Tire Barn guys always take care of us. A previous spot over torqued a lug nut in May. The guys there tried to fix it, but unfortunately could not. No big deal. Thanks guys. -BeeBop's Junk Removal

I have went here for years and have referred many people over the years. I took in a collector vehicle for a flat repair as I picked up a nail. Went to do some routine maintenance on said vehicle lug nuts were put on so tight I broke one stud. I also found another lug nut so badly stripped out I had to use an extractor too remove it. I will not be going back and I suggest you don't either. Unless you simply don't care about your vehicle. My vehicle should be torked to 110 ft pounds of tork. The lug nut snapped at around 200 ft pounds of tork. I am just lucky the rim was not damaged as said vehicle is a collector. STAY AWAY! If you care for your vehicle and family. I will not refer anyone too any place that would be so negligent.

I highly recommend Ben’s bargain barn for tires and oil changes! I have done business here twice in the last week and have been highly satisfied both times. The guys there originally quoted me an hour and a half, (it’s a Saturday so I know they are busy) to change my oil but I was in and out within 30 minutes. And as a mom of twins keeping the cost in my budget is always hard but these guys are decently priced ! Best place in town!

Went here for a new tire. Employee broke the stud off while removing the tire then said I would have to pay $80 to have it fixed. I explained to them that since they broke it I shouldn’t have to pay for his mistake or at the very least the price should be discounted. The manager was very rude, talked down to me and claimed his worker couldn’t have done anything wrong and the stud breaking was inevitable. Terrible customer service and they’ll up charge you for their mistakes.

Had an emergency. Bad tire blowout on our fifth wheel travel trailer on the interstate. With the spare tire installed, we limped into Bargain Barn. We decided to go with all new tires and Bargain Barn employees were knowledgeable about the type of tires we needed,at a fair price, and got them installed all the way around our fifth wheel in great time. So thankful for them for the speedy service to get us on our way. Highly recommend Bargain Barn tire center in Sioux Falls South Dakota!

I will never go here again. They broke a lugnut on my car then proceeded to say it'd take 3+ hours & maybe $150 to fix their mistake! Been going to Next 2 New faithfully for years. 45 minutes & $38 later they had my car fixed! They don't take advantage of women at Next 2 New so I'd recommend spending the extra money & going here instead especially if you're a woman!

Awesome place! Blew a stretched tire (I know, I know) driving across the country. Called every tire place in town but no one would touch it. Finally called these guys and they helped me out no problem. They were crazy busy on a Monday, but still got me in and out in maybe 45 minutes.

Appreciate this place!!! Our church was traveling through and developed a bad valve stem leak. Took the bus there when they opened and the got us back on the road within one hour, despite it being a dually and weird stem sizing.

Very impressed by my experience today! My mechanic, Richard, was fast and efficient, troubleshot my tire pressure sensor issues and did my new tire warranty rotate and balance all in under an hour. I had been there to also get tire pressure sensors replaced on my Tacoma before and no one else could get the warning light on my dash off even after returning a few times. Richard assured me today I would not be leaving without it being resolved. He SUCCEEDED in doing so in a very timely manner! He did his job with a pleasant happy demeanor and has a great personality...smiling the whole time! I will definitely be requesting him for future visits! That gentleman is an asset to Bargain Barn! I was, however, NOT impressed with the arrogant curly blonde kid that loudly yelled at him in front of me for taking too long...saying it had been 2 hours! First off, he needs to learn how to tell time, because I had not been there for even an hour at that point! It made me feel like it was more important to rush me out without my issues being properly fixed. Secondly, he should treat Richard with respect in front of customers, because Richard did the job thoroughly AND efficiently. Because of Richard, I left happy and relieved my tire pressure sensor and dash light issues were FINALLY resolved to my complete satisfaction! Also thank you to Brock, Kendall and many others for taking good care of me over the years I've been a Bargain Barn client!
