Barnes is the only place I trust to fix my cars. I went to Barnes after visiting a different auto repair shop that tried to price-gouge me on an air filter. That was a red-flag to me and I immediately went to Barnes to seek a second opinion. Barnes was honest, professional, and reasonable. Their technicians have always walked me through the repair process and explained the issues they had found with my cars. They also gave their honest and realistic opinions about what issues needed to be fixed and what I needed to monitor. They also stand by their warranty and will make good on their commitment to their customers.

Barnes is the only place that I take my cars for service. I can depend on them to only recommend the items that truly need to be done. An upscale dealership told me I need to spend $2k on items that ultimately didn’t need to be done. I was instead able to spend the money on needed tires and maintenance.

I highly recommend them for any car, but especially if you have a hybrid. They have the equipment, knowledge, & experience to deal with the specific issues of hybrid engines. I've been taking my 2008 Prius to Barnes for almost 2 years and they've been nothing but professional. Regardless if it's routine maintenance or more serious structural or electrical work, they never oversell or use high pressure tactics. They're honest and straightforward with their estimates and diagnoses and, if they make an error, they own up to it and fix it immediately & correctly. For example, after replacing a worn front right wheel bearing, the technician dropped the brake pad and it broke, so they replaced BOTH front brake pads (you never only replace one brake pad). I've also taken our 2010 Honda Pilot there, and were extremely happy with how they handled that work, too. They are great to work with, and I highly recommend.

Very good experience at Barnes Auto Service. They did a good job and answered all my questions in detail. I only wish they offered some kind of discount for AAA, AARP, or Senior discount!

Barnes was able to review the problem with my car and send through email and option for service I could elect and pay for right on the spot. I thought after it might take a few days to complete but I called about middle of the day the next day and service was already wrapping up! Fantastic experience in an often hectic environment.

Recently had problems with my 2008 Silverado. When it would not start I searched online for an auto service. I chose Barnes because of their 40+ years in the business and the many 5 star reviews. Spoke with Donnie and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. He ran a complete diagnostic and was back with me the very next day and went over and explained everything. My truck was repaired that day. I will definitely go to these guys again for other things brought to my attention. Very highly recommended.

If you have a fred Flintstone car and need it to drive like a Corvette, these guys will be the ones to get it done no doubt. Cory is cool as hell and was incredibly knowledgeable. Taught me more about my sprinter van in 1 visit and I've been driving them for 7 years now. They also provide a comedian on site for no extra charge! Love this shop! My sprinter van runs beautifully!!

I am glad i took my hummer h2 for service to Barnes Auto Service with a couple of dash alert messages. The staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. They made me feel comfortable and Cory addressed all my concerns plus gave a detailed explanation of the repair process, before and after it was performed. Entire staff and the technicians were professional most importantly very honest. They never tried to upsell or make any unnecessary repairs. The repairs recommended were prioritized to most urgent. I was updated throughout the entire repair. Very happy with this auto shop. Not frustrating and stressful like the corner shops and dealers. They are a full service auto shop plus a clean facility. I will be taking my hummer and other vehicles for minor and major repairs to Barnes Auto Service. Very trust worthy.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is not easy, but I am so glad I've found this shop! I've brought my car in twice - the first time for a long overdue inspection. They talked me through things that needed to be fixed and helped me prioritize which repairs were the most urgent, while being completely transparent about the price. I brought my car back for a second time to complete all of the less-urgent repairs from my first visit, and the service was just as wonderful, with no surprises in price. I highly recommend Barnes Auto Service!

The best customer service I've ever experienced. They go out there way to make sure that their auto work is top tier. I would suggest them for the anything as big as engine work and anything as small as an oil Chang. They care about their clients. I locked my keys in the car. Barnes assisted with getting my door open, no charge. That meant a lot because they didn't have to help but yet they did.
