Pesimo servicio me cobraon 320 dolares por cabiarme las salidas de los escapes y por arreglar la tuveria que pegaban con la llanta de refaccion y la dejaron igual no la movieron solo pusieron las salida nuevas no vengan aquí solo cobran y no hacer buen trabajo

Great, affordable, and more importantly, honest service. I accidentally ordered the wrong catalytic converter and they were able to work with me on finding a solution. Great service on the installation of my catalytic converter. Passed the smog test with no issues. Highly recommended!

I took my car here to have my Cadillac Converter fixed. The owner (Jorge) told me he had to order the Cadillac Converter and that I had to wait 3 to 4 days. 3 days later they did not call me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them to follow up. Jorge then told me that the parts that he ordered were wrong. I then got upset and told him how did you get the parts wrong... Jorge then told me that he had to reorder the right parts this time and that it would take another 3 to 4 days of me waiting. I then changed my mind and then Jorge got upset because I didn't want to proceed in having my car fixed anymore. I gave Jorge a $200 deposit. He only gave me $100 back. Jorge said it was a $100 fee and restocking fee and stocking fee... Make sure before your car is worked on here that Jorge has the right parts for your car or truck.

I took the company van in to get a smog and the staff told me they were not getting a reading. They asked me if I had recently changes the battery. I told them, yes I had. The suggested I take the truck for a drive on the highway for about 30 minutes going 60 miles an hour so the computer can reset. So I did and the next day I took it back and it passed the smog. I was thrilled. The staff was polite, fast and professional. Highly recommend.

You tell me whether they deserve a bump up or bump down in rating: -Requested to replace catalytic converter in order to pass smog test as the mechanic from other place recommended after failing the smog test -For three days prior to pick up the shops phone went to voice mail -The day of pick up the owner claimed that the smog test machine had broken and repair will be made Thursday next week -When I called on Thursday they said the mechanic could not fix the machine b3cause missing few parts so check back -When I called on Saturday and asked for the status of the machine, the worker said, "pls hold" and hung up. I tried calling several times but it miraculously went back to voice mail -When I drove in the same day to ask the worker what's going on, he told me that the machine works now and come back on Monday to have the owner to test it because he can't test -When I took the vehicle today as the worker told me to, the owner said that the machine is still broke and don't know when the repair will be done. When I showed him the recent result of another failed smog test after the catalytic converter has been replaced he said that it's not the catalytic converter issue there must be a problem with fuel mixture. I asked him why he changed the catalytic converter and he said because I asked for it. Questions lingering in my head like: -Did they know off the initial smog test paper whether my cars problem was not related with catalytic converter but still replaced it even though my goal is to pass the failed smog test? (If they are the experts as the present themselves then I see it as a problematic, especially it cost $900 and thanks to the worker who didn't shut off the manual battery cut off switch, I ended up replacing the battery too) -Was the smog test machine (BTW my car is 81) ever broken? -Why is the shops phone repeatedly turns to a voice mail?
