As always, the work on my 2018 Dodge Journey was done properly and in a timely manner. As a customer, I always am made to feel special and welcome. While the work on my car progresses, I’m kept aware of what is happening so that there are no surprises at the end. Once the work is finished, the tech goes over it with me. Once again, no surprises. To conclude, I’ve taken my vehicle to Ford and Dodge dealerships and they don’t begin to compare to the service I receive at Barry Road Goodyear Service Center.

I was able to schedule my car for a Safety Inspection for the day after I called. It only took 30 minutes to get it done. Check in and check out with payment took no time at all. Reasonable charge, $12.00 Front desk clerks, courteous, and efficient.

Always honest and very professional. I like the way they have it all setup. Let’s be honest, not every mechanic is a people person, and not every receptionist is a mechanic. So, the setup here is great. Their man at the front desk is very knowledgeable about vehicles, he may be a mechanic himself, I’m not sure. But, he has great people skills. So, every time I call or go up there, he is the guy I talk to, he helps me plan what we are going to do as far as scheduling is concerned, also offering advice here and there about what he thinks I should do. The mechanics also just talk to him and he relays the information back to the customer. I think it’s a great system and it works perfectly. For both the mechanics and the customers. They are always honest and fair when it comes to pricing, offering advice to help save the customer a little money here and there. Definitely recommend to all friends and family.

I have been bringing both of my cars to Barry road service center for 20 years. They're thorough. They're professional and they're reputable which I love. I highly recommend Barry road service center. If they say they're gonna take care of the problem they do. They're honest and trustworthy.

I was impressed with the customer service. B and the other young man were very professional and knowledgeable in their position. Also, any issue that had arisen was explained and rectified in a professional manner that I had observed. They were very helpful and friendly to everyone and it was very refreshing to see for this ol veteran.

Very friendly and helpful people, easy to make appointments, they are honest, prices are reasonable and they try to get you the best deal. They will let you know if something needs fixing in the future, but let you make that decision.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people scammed me. I needed new breaks and they replaced one of my lug nuts with a 3rd party lug nut that was too big and didn't fit and my hubcap wouldn't fit back on. I go back later and ask them to fix it because it fit on there earlier and they said they replaced it and put my hubcap back on. Next time I filled up my air I noticed that they did not replace it and just removed the lug nut entirely. I had been driving around like this for over a week. They just removed the lug nut and put the hubcap back on to hide what they did.

I love the way they service my 2010 Mazda 3. It has 180,000 miles on it! I do lots of highway driving! I’m glad it’s still running! my aunt Mona bower Bought the car for me in July 2012. In chamblee Georgia. It’s a northeast suburb of Atlanta Georgia. we moved to Missouri in February 2013. my paternal aunt lives in southeast liberty Missouri. she drives a 2021 Subaru Forrester. from van Chevrolet Subaru. Of vivion road and 1-29. I love that this service center for Goodyear. will check and fill your tires for free. I have so many papers from here! In my glove compartment in my car! The owners change. And employees change. but the great service remains the same! I’ve taken my car to the dealer. Here. Being northtowne madza. But the dealer costs more than you guys. I can’t afford a car payment! I’m low income! They used to send me mail! Northtowne madza ! Asking for my car! And to upgrade! I want to keep the Mazda running for a long time. it will die out eventually. Hopefully someday I can afford another car. not yet! My aunt maintains her vehicles. My grandparents maintained there’s too. Grandpa bower was a Chevy guy. My auntie is now a Subaru woman. before she was buying me the Mazda. I wanted a red ford focus. at a local car max. I don’t remember why we didn’t get it! I really enjoy Broughton’s first name. It’s different! it reminds me of Jonah hill. Night of the museum: In battle of the Smithsonian There Jonah hill plays the security guard against Ben stiller. it’s a real funny scene! You should see it sometime on YouTube . or another streaming movie service! It’s definitely a good movie! I can’t remember when or where we saw it. but my auntie plays the dvd all the time . Or does it when’s it on one of the movie Channels. she has direct tv. I’m glad your mechanics know their diagnosis of different vehicles. I sure they get a lot of different types of Vehicles. I had a tire that was running really low on air and so I looked on maps to find the nearest place that had an air pump. This place was a block away so I called ahead and the lady on the phone was really nice and said they could air it up for me no issue. I get there and let them know I was the guy who called and I could hear one of the mechanics yelling at the lady behind the counter “We only have to do this because his mommy and daddy didn’t teach him how to put air in a tire!” He then proceeds to go around and check all the air in every tire which was really great but all while making it known that he was in the worst possible mood he could be in. He made it very clear I was the worst thing to happen to him. Aside from the mechanic that hated his life this was a good experience and was quick and easy which is why I left it at 4 stars but my “parents didn’t teach me how to” book an appointment with you guys either so when I go to get the air leak fixed I will be using another company in the future!

The guy at the counter, "B" was more than helpful. I have never been here before, but, I plan to come back. Friendly people who were not condescending or rude. He took the time to talk to me. He treated all the other customers the same way. Prices are better than anywhere else. I just moved up here to the city and have finally found my favorite mechanic!
