I work for marten transport ( parts department) and they use Bauer to get all the tires for truck and trailers, so the driver in charge of this account he is the best his name is Marquis, hard to find people like him, in less that 15 m he can unload over 30 tires , very polite, honest professional and hard worker guy. We don’t need to go out and count the tires because we really thrust him I hope you guys appreciate him with a good lunch, raise or something. Hard to find employees like him.

Amazing customer service. Matt (store manager) and the other manager (I think) were awesome and life savers. My wife had a tire blowout on 435 right near Front St. It was nearly 5pm on a Friday. I left work and rushed down to the QuikTrip on Front St and switched to the spare. I didn't want to drive back to Kearney on that donut. I remembered Bauer was down the road. I rushed over there and walked in just as the manager Matt was about to leave. I explained my situation and asked if there was anything that could be done. Matt didn't hesitate and got us a replacement tire and stayed late to get it mounted and balanced as well. I refer anyone and everyone to Bauer because of that.

I worked with Matt, the manager on getting tracks for my skid steer. I own a new small business and I really didn’t know how to install them. He gave me a quote to install them, price was fair but honestly couldn’t afford it. Matt offered to come show me. He delivered my tracks himself and showed me how to install them. Customer for life here!

The best shop in liberty, Missouri is change my tires called the road service it was very fast after that i came to the shop and change my shocks and air dryer filter. Thank you to Mat the manager. I recommend to semi truck drivers this shop !!!!

Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful! I was greeted by everyone even employees just passing by. Went in to have a tire swapped out and received top rate service. Reinstalling the spare tire under the truck and genuine concern for the blowout. My company will be back.

I was at this location on the 25th on April. And this staff is the best I've seen so far. From the shop manager Josh. Down too Eric Peterson, who did a great job on repairing my tire. I recommend this shop too all professional truck drivers. It's money well spent!!!

Very bad, Schedule appointment for Alignment drive extra two hundred miles and they said they cannot take me because they behind, not recommended, do not go there, not professional and not respectable.

Yeah, make sure you check prices before you bring anything in. It was $670 for mount and balance of 6 tires. That wasn't buying 6 new tires. I had the brand new tires with me and I took the old tires away with me. The staff was nice and the service decent but the cost is outrageous.

Curbed a rim this morning getting into the T mobile arena. Called and spoke to Melissa. She was very friendly and professional. She sent Collin out to preform repairs and I got the same friendly professional service from him. Thank you, thank you , thank you. P.S. I called 5 other tire services before I contacted them. Save your time. Call them first!

I do not recommend this place at all the worst customer service and management. I bought two used tires for 400 and they charged me more than 200 dollars only for service. They gonna rip you off.

I had a nail in my drive tire. I ask for a quote to get it plugged up they said $89. Not including the patch materials Goodyear gave me a quote of $79 not including patch materials Loves gave me a quote of $50-$65. Kind of disappointing.

I had the best experience ever with Collin! Even though it was my birthday, he is truly is one the kindest man that I have ever met. Their company is blessed to have him. He went above and beyond for me! I pray that if anyone has work requested from these folks, ask for COLLIN! Great guy, great employee, great service! Any employer is blessed to have him on staff. 5 starts all day, everyday! This business just made a customer for life! I was very lucky to be in the care that I was. Colin strived to set a new standard and raised the bar! Shout out to Bauer Built!!!
