I have had multiple things done at Baum Blvd Automotive and have taken 2 different cars there. Ryan is very friendly and helpful upfront, and all the work was completed in one day. I also thought that the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was great! I will certainly be continuing to use Baum Blvd Automotive!

Nice folks, but they quoted my car for 10 times the price that it actually needed to be repaired. Go somewhere else for inspections.

Come here if you're rich or got money to burn. Almost the same price as the dealership! Which is shocking to me... They can't actually compare to the dealership in service and parts.... They are nice, but their prices for repairs are some of the highest in the area for an independent service shop

Terrible experience! All I did was call and ask for pricing. This guy Keith was rude for no reason. He wanted to get my money to bring it in for diagnostic. I explained all I needed was a price & he hung up the phone on me. Save yourself some time going here ! People like this will ruin your car or bank on things you don’t need fixed. Run from this place

Awesome shop with super respectful and funny staff. As a young woman, often auto shops are patronizing and disrespectful, they were professional and kind from beginning to end. Fair prices too, work done within 24 hours.

During my recent visit to Pittsburgh, my car developed brake issues: pressing the brake pedal provided no resistance, and the red brake light was on. I contacted several local repair shops, but they were all busy and couldn’t provide expedited service. I urgently needed to get my car fixed quickly to drive back to Canada for work. Luckily, I called Baum Blvd Automotive early Monday morning. After hearing my situation, the gentleman on the phone said their schedule was fully booked for Monday but suggested I bring the car in, and they would do their best to check it that same day. When I arrived at the shop, Ryan at the front desk patiently listened to my dilemma and actively sought a solution. He squeezed my car into their very busy schedule and arranged for Ray, one of their best technicians, to diagnose the problem. An hour later, Ray and Ryan returned with the diagnosis and recommended solution. I accepted their repair recommendation, and Ryan ordered the required parts from their most reliable supplier to ensure they would be delivered by 9 am the next day so Ray could work on the fix as soon as possible. The next morning, Ryan texted me that all parts had arrived, and the work was on track to be completed by 1:00 PM. When I got to the shop, Ryan updated me that it would take a little more time because of some extra work. Finally, Ray completed the repair and took the car for a test drive. I saw Ray all sweaty from working hard and long to get my car ready so I could start my trip back home earlier. Ryan also took a second test drive before handing over the keys to me. I feel extremely lucky that I found and contacted Baum Blvd Automotive. This is a shop that truly does the best for their customers! Many thanks to Ryan and Ray! I’m extremely satisfied with their exceptional service. Their understanding, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate my urgent need truly set them apart. Thanks to their amazing work and help, I was able to get my car repaired promptly. I highly recommend Baum Blvd Automotive for their professionalism and outstanding service. Ryan and Ray are the best!

Had my inspection and oil change plus alignment and they were very helpful and friendly as always. They weren't pushy about my alignment at all and shared it could probably wait but it would need done by next visit if tires continue to wear unevenly. They are always professional and explain all parts and functions to me when there is something to fix. During a past visit with my old car I mentioned I was thinking about new car shopping & Brett gave me a run down of when each of my prospective options start to have wear and tear- was so helpful. I tell all my family and friends to go there.

Keith, the representative that helped me was a huge help, and explained every problem I had with my car in detail and showed extraordinary knowledge in his field. The service was spot on and the shop noticed many things that needed to be performed on my car without trying to jip me. I also had my car back in a timely manor. I found a flat tire one morning this week, and gave them a call after AAA came around to pump it up, to see if they could have a look that afternoon. They could, found a nail in it, patched it, and sent me on my way about 2-3 hours later. It's the second time they've helped--both times friendly, wonderfully prompt, and completely reasonable price. Everyone in my neighborhood goes there--sorry it took me so long to follow their advice.

This place did decent work and showed me pictures of the different issues my car had when I got the safety and emissions inspections done. However, they will nickel and dime you for every penny they can. They charged me $15.00 to put on my new PA license plate (student that just moved) and did not even put it on correctly! A friend that had the proper tools had take the plate off because it wasn't screwed in properly and then put the cover on the rear plate that they never did. Because the wasn't looked at until the end of the day when they were closing (it had been there since before 9 am as I had class), I could not discuss the matter with anyone. It was uncalled for and unprofessional (not looking at the car timely which then caused other issues). This has not given them a good rep amongst the students at a nearby university. I will not be returning because despite it being close, I can't help but wonder what else they overcharged me for.

My car needed a lot of work and had some complicated issues. The staff was professional, kind, and explained all the services clearly. They did everything they could so that I had a positive experience. Also, the cost of the services were much less than a quote I received at the dealership. Thank you.

We had an upcoming vacation trip, but the car was not handling correctly. Baum quickly found the problem and remedied it. I trust them completely after they have always given me great advice. Importantly, cost containment is also always on their minds.

This is my second time using Baum Boulevard Automotive. I called them to try to get my car in for an emergency/same-day appointment the day before Thanksgiving as it was making a screeching noise just as I needed to get on the road. They were able to squeeze me in, quickly diagnose the problem, order a part, and fix it so it was safe to drive all by close of business. This allowed me to drive it to visit family hours away. The staff is very helpful. Brett and Ryan at the front desk did a nice job of explaining what was wrong with the car in a way I could understand. I can tell they value loyal customers and are thoughtful and caring with the work they do! Thanks, guys! Will be using this shop for my future service needs.
